A Couple of Sai Baba Experiences – Part 50

Shirdi for us devotees is “Heaven on Earth”, but only fortunate souls are called there. In my opinion those whose past bad deeds have accumulated are called to this Heaven to be cleansed from within. We dont know what and how to apprehend deeds of this Lord. We only know to love Him and following His teachings and live Shri Sai Satcharitra. Below are few brief experiences stating how Lord Sai Baba called them to Shirdi or He Himself reached to His devotees in various forms.

My Experience With Sai Baba

Sai Brother Kancharla ji from USA says: I HAVE BEEN READING THIS BLOG FOR LONG TIME. I have been SAI devotee since 4 years. Whenever I feel sad, I read the experiences of SAI devotees and I feel very comfortable that Lord SAI is with me too.

I have been married last year with the girl whom I loved most with SAI blessings. I know her since a year and we both are Baba’s devotees. Lord SAI has been with me through all these years whenever I needed. I do Shri Sai Satcharitra parayana each month mostly. I used to read the experiences in the GURUCHARITRA where BABA used to send Vibudhi as His blessings. I prayed BABA for blessings on my marriage and surprisingly on the early morning, when my marriage celebrations started, I received vibudhi from Shirdi. I was really very happy and surprised. When I checked with my dad, I came to know that my dad has subscribed with Shri Sai Baba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi long back and they had sent the vibudhi. My wish had come true with SAI BLESSINGS. My life has changed a lot after reading parayana keeping my mind peaceful and making all my wishes come true. It has taught me to be more patient and kind towards others. Sai Baba’s Grace

Sai Brother Suresh ji from India says: I am S. Suresh, resident of Tamilnadu and working for IBM India because of Baba’s grace. Initially, I was the only devotee of Baba. But, now entire family has become devotees to Baba. I request you to post my experience. I am glad that I’m submitting my experience on His holy day, Thursday.

I am from Salem, a city in Tamilnadu. Almost from September 2008, I was in search of job in software companies. Getting a software job was very difficult in those times due to recession. I used to go on and off to Baba temple in Salem and prayed for the same. In the beginning of 2009, recession has taken new heights and landing on a desired job had become an uphill task. However, I never lost faith on Baba and prayed every day without fail. In April 2009, I had a dream. In the dream, just a piece of paper appeared and nothing else. In that paper, it was neatly printed “Come to Shirdi”. I understood well that Baba is inviting me to Shirdi.

Next day, I shared my dream with one of my good student. She urged me to leave to Shirdi immediately. But, I denied going Shirdi owing to some reasons existed that time. On the same night, before going to bed, I spoke to Baba by heart explaining all those reasons for not making travel to Shirdi. Thereafter I went to bed. Again I had the same dream. Indeed, getting the same dream second time is itself a miracle.

Next day too, I shared the dream of Baba inviting me to Shirdi to my student. She compelled me a lot to go Shirdi. She told me that Baba has come down to me for second time and invited me too personally. At last, I made up my mind to go Shirdi. But, I never went beyond Bangalore and in those times. I never have been to any place which is far away by more than 600 kilometers from my home town.

When Baba calls us, He make all travel arrangements. It happened for me too. My student came up on next day itself with travel arrangements, which was based on a post published in Orkut by a Sai devotee, who wanted to cancel his travel to Shirdi due to some personal reasons and have claimed any devotee can make use of his ticket. So, my student approached them on phone and making all possibilities for my travel to Shirdi. Meanwhile, I was in confusion whether my parents would allow me travel as I never traveled all alone beyond 400 kilometers and that too with too many strangers. But, Baba has already prepared my parents before I could ask them. My parents gladly gave positive nod towards my travel to Shirdi.

Then I went to Shirdi by mid of April and returned in 3 days to Salem. Within 10 days of my return, I received interview call from IBM. Around mid of May in 2009, I had another round interview with IBM. Almost around mid of June 2009, I had couple of interview rounds with IBM and got selected in IBM. During that time, I never received any interview calls other than from IBM and that too when the recession was peak I got this job just purely because of Baba’s grace only.

I am working in IBM almost more than 20 months passed. In these 20 months, I faced so many technical challenges, which was all resolved and now getting stronger and stronger in domain by Baba’s grace.

I had numerous such experiences having become Baba devotee. From my experiences what I can state is trust Him and He will never let us down. Om Sai Ram!

How Baba Called Me To Shirdi

Sai Devotee from United Kingdom says: Dear Hetal Ji, I have been reading your website since last few months and wanted to share my experiences also. But I think till date it was Baba’s wish, which delayed this. I have lots of experiences with Baba and I feel Baba is with me all the time. I can write a book with my experiences, but today I will share my experience of my first visit to Shirdi. I presently live in London. Hetal ji please don’t disclose my email id and my name.

I know Baba since my college days and I always wanted to go to Shirdi, but without Baba’s wish, it cannot happen. I tried so many times with my family or friends to go to Shirdi, but still every time it was cancelled and in the meantime my family was looking for the suitable match for me. In 2004, I was working in Delhi and one day, when I went to Lodhi Road Sai Baba’s temple, where I use to visit regularly, I told Baba please get me married to a devotee of Yours and call me Shirdi with my husband. In July 2005, I got my job in London and came to London and forget all about this. In Nov 2006, I went home and my family wanted me to get married soon, but I wanted to go to Shirdi. Therefore I booked my tickets from London to go to Shirdi. When I reached Delhi, due to some problems, I couldn’t go and I have to cancel all my bookings. I was upset about it. Then suddenly my brother said I will take you to Shirdi after your marriage. I remember what I said to Baba in Lodhi Road Temple. Then with the blessings of Baba, I got married in Jan 2007 and that too with the nice person, who is a devotee of Baba. So Baba blessed me with good husband. But I could not go to Shirdi that time as I was to come back to London for my job. So I was back to work in February and life goes on. Then I had a miscarriage in July 2007, which made me very upset and every time I was praying to Baba to call me to Shirdi soon. But nothing happens without Baba’s wish. During that time in august, my husband went to India for some work and I was alone and suddenly in Sept 2007, I had a feeling that I have to go to India. Baba is calling me. I applied for my leave, my bosses were not happy about this and even I did not had the money to pay and spend so much to go to India. But Baba made everything possible. On 19th Sept 2007, I reached India and then me and my husband went to Shirdi and had very good darshan of Baba. I will post later my experience at Shirdi in my next post that how Baba blessed me at Shirdi, for now Jai Sai Ram. Baba please bless us all and be with us always and take care of us.
