My First Experience With Shri Swami Samarth Maharaj – Sai Devotee Parag

Today’s experience is an unusual one because it not directly an experience of Lord Sai Baba but it a dream of Shri Swami Samarth of Akkalkot. Not writing much in introduction (as i am not able to do so right now after reading experience), i simply jump over to it. Let me know your views regarding this experience and let me also know whether you also believe that Lord Swami Samarth and Lord Sai Baba are one.

Many times, I thought to share my experiences with all, but whenever I tried to write, every time people around me told don’t tell your experiences with anyone keep them with you only. But few days before, I got another experience and I told that experience to my mother and after telling it I asked her, people says don’t tell your experiences to anyone is it correct? Then she replied always share your beautiful experiences with all who need it and leave rest on your Sai, He will take care of other people who says you don’t to share it.

One day, I closed my eyes and was thinking should I share my experiences then I realized about Shri Sai Samartha Satcharitra and thought If Hemad Pant also think like me then Shri Sai Samartha Satcharitra never would be implemented and then I decided Baba will help me with sharing my experience. And I think, Hetal ji, today Baba wants me to share this with all Sai Baba’s Devotees. Baba, please forgive me if I make any mistake and help me to write my very first experience in this blog.


I belong form middle class family and I was in standard XII. It was very simple and normal living. My dad is retired now, but he was working as government employee. That time he was getting very less salary and at 15th of every month after paying all the bills we have only limited money for rest days. I was not good in study. I thought I will get good mark in exam and will do engineering. But I got only 56% in XII. I took admission for graduation in computer science. My mother started worship of “Shree Swami Samarth” Maharaj and believe me even she was also not aware that from that day our life has changed. I thought in my mind will Shree Swami Samarth Maharaj change our life? And very soon, I got answer. It was my first paper of First Year of Computer Science, General Knowledge paper and believe me I am very bad at general knowledge. I went for paper and ticked options whichever I like without thinking, because I did not know the correct one there was no other option. After paper completion, I verified those answers with my friend and realized I did something wrong and very few chances to clear this paper and if I fail this paper then my overall result would be fail and I will not allow to sit in next class (S.Y.Bsc ). I was depressed was not able to concentrate on next day paper’s study. Before sleeping I prayed to “Shree Swami Samarth” Maharaj, and on that night, I got dream first time Shree Swami Samarth Maharaj has given me Darshan and believe me it was amazing. I can’t explain it as it is very difficult for me, but I will try. Sorry Swami Samarth Maharaj, if I make any mistake.

I saw Lord Shree Swami Samarth Maharaj sitting on sinhaasana, His position of sitting was exactly same as of Lord Shree Sai Baba’s. He was wearing crown and there was peacock-feather on his crown exactly same as of Lord Shree Krishna’s. Right now also, if I close my eyes, I can see that scene, but I am sorry Shree Swami Samarth Maharaj I am your child only and I am not able to explain it as it is.

Shree Swami Samarth Maharaj then said me why you are depressed I am with you just continue your study for next paper and I will take care of you and your life and loudly He said “Bhivu Nakos Me Tuzya Pathishi Aahe – (Do not fear, I am behind you)”. I completed my exam and the day has come, when my result was announced and in my life first time, I topped exam. I saw score of my general knowledge and grade was B+. In my mind I thought it is not just grade it is message from Shree Swami Samarth Maharaj that don’t disappoint in life I am always with you. Be positive always and He is still with me from that day. Sometime He helps me being Shree Swami Samarth and sometime He comes for my help as Shree Sai Baba.

Hetal ji, I have lot of experiences and I would like to share them all with all Sai Devotees. I was always thinking is that Shree Swami Samarth Maharaj and Shree Sai Baba both are different or one only and very soon, I realized they are one only. I have experiences with both Shree Swami Samarth Maharaj and Shree Sai Baba. I will share them, of course, when Baba wants me to do that.

Baba, please forgive me if I have made any mistake. I am your child please be with me in my life. My life is nothing without your presence. Bless everyone who needs You.

  1. Good Experience. Sai Satcharitra says Saints work in unison. There are lot of experiences of devotees in this pious book which proves this fact. Sai is the samrat (king ) of all saints. Thats why the famous lines says Rajadhi raj, Yogi raj…) which means king of kings and king of saints. If yoy pray sai, its equivalent to praying 33 crore Gods and everything and every living being is with in our Sai who fills every space and time. Jai Sai Ram. Jai Sai Samarath.

  2. Baba use to say "SAB KA MALIK EK HAI" and he had said saints are the different form of god. So no dought they are one with different form.

  3. Its a saying of our beloved Sai Ma :God Is One"….We need not to ask anyone or should not have doubt in this saying…Sai baba himself said…I resides in all saints…..yes all are one….

Let Swami Samarth and Shree Saibaba (who are ultimately one), bless all the devotees with happiness and good health.

  9. Yes, Shri Sai Baba and Swami Samarth are one. In fact the biographies of both contain references to each other. Swami Samarth had told his devotees just before his Samadhi that hereafter they could see him in Shirdi in the form of Sai Baba.
    In my own case too, Sai Baba has led me to the upasana of Swami Samarth and I feel their presence, sometimes in one form, sometimes in the other.

    baba knows whats going on in everone's heart and so he gives ans accordingly.

    Sai Baba has blessed you. Don't be afraid to share your experiences..feel free to share!! Baba was very kind and humble during his days, he never stopped any one to talk in front of him nor he disliked any one. So, if you think you are afraid of committing any mistake while sharing your experiences then it is wrong. He is our Mother, so dont be afraid. Every Miracle gives a positive attitude to other devotees including myself. Yes, Akhalkot Maharaj and Baba are one!! infact Baba did mention these to few devotees openly and he also appeared to some devotees as Akhalot Maharaj.

    When we face hard times, do not loose hope. Baba will come like a rescue boat and will stop us from drowning. We should do our work and leave rest to Baba.

  16. Hi there I am visiting this website first time. Glad to undestand such platform to share our thoughts with others. I was not aware of shree swami samarth maharaja until I was invited to my neighbours home for the prasad there I saw swami maharajas photo it is so real so live that thrills me. Later we went to shirdi saibaba (my mom dad n we all r big followers of saibaba) while returning back our manager told that we can visit akkalkot too so we said yes n started for akkalkot. It was around 8.30 pm we reached there it was my first experience with swamiji. We did seva. Take prasad n left fr return journey. While returning I saw a dream where I was praying to swami maharaj in my new home with my husband n kids. Here I want to tell I was not married that time n I was saying no to the sid marriage proposal since 9 months but finally swami maharaja show me what to do. As such I accepted that proposal today I am happily married n having a sweet loving family . Swami maharaj saved me from all the obstacles n all the problems my marriage is a successful one just bcos of swami maharaja he stood by me at each n every time bos it was his promise n wish that I shud be here.   18. Hello! Even I have come to know about Akkalkot Swami Samartha through 'Sai baba answers your questions site'. As prompted by Baba, I have read Akkalkot maharaj's Charitra and was amazed at his grace and simply fell in love with him.There is no doubt in my mind that He and Baba are one and the same and I am grateful for having experienced the joy of worshipping Him.

    Jai Swamisamarth Everyone,

    I am new entrance to this blog. My Naman to all of you.

    Me and my husband are devotee of Swami Samarth and Sainath.

    First of all thanks a Ton Hetalji for starting such a lovely and beautiful platform for devotees to share their experience and thank to the devotees who have shared their beautiful experience of Shree Swamibaba’s on this.

    I have also got ample of experience big/small in my life of SwamiBaba as I love both of them Swamiji and Saibaba in their respective avatar.

    I keep 9 days fast on Navratri . Last year on 1st day of Navratri, while coming back from my office on my activa, I had kept my office Laptop bag in middle space where we keep our feet.

    The bag was kept on big bundle of sarees which I was carrying at home. I was at 50 p/km speed and due to viabration my Laptop bag fell down. As I was on highway, I couldn't stop my vehicle suddenly as it could have cause to accident, I stopped my vehicle going at some distance thinking the bag might be lying at the same place where it fell down or might have got crushed below other vehicles.

    I went back to see my bag, but got a shock to know that there was no bag seen on the road nor none of the people standig besides the Road have seen the bag. (let me clear you, the lane is bit isolated and very few people be there at 7.30 p.m.)

    I literally got much dipressed and was tense of loosing my official and personal purse as well. I was not able to understand what to do, whom to talk just out of my sense, suddenly a car came ahead to me and there was image of Swami Samarth with his beautiful and true wording saying "Bhiu Nakos, Mi Tujhya Pathishi Aahe".

    But, I was so lost in sense, I started fight with him and MAA Ambe of getting my bag lost. I literally told Swami, that what every you say is not true, as see what has happened with me. I told Maa Ambe, that I kept your Fast, and this is the 1st day of the fast and my bag got lost.

    The Laptop was of HP brand and also my purse, debit card and other official detail was there in the bag.

    Though of loosing the bag and will cost loss of not less that 50000/-, after 15 minutes I called my husband and told him about the lost bag. He too got into tension and asked me to come home so that we can make a complaint to Police station of lost bag.

    Feeling much guilty about myself and tension of loosing the bag, I was about the start my Vehicle and go home, My husband (Sujit) called me and said that a lady had called him and told that she found a Laptop bag stuck underneath her Car.

    As my office Identity Card was there in the bag. (Our ID card has – emergency contact detail – which was of my Husband). She called him and told of finding the bag.

    Sujit gave me that lady's number, She is a doctor and was just behind me when this incident took place. And without anybody could know the bag got stuck underneath her Car and had drived some 10 – 15 Km continously. While driving her husband got sensed, something has got stuck under their car, and when they found it was my Bag. Immediately they searched for the identity and called my husband.

    I took the number and called the Doctor. Their Surname is Mr & Mrs. Pathare. Thankigng them a ton I reached the desitination where they asked me to come and collect my bag.

    I then realised how Swamibaba helped my and assured me been with me. I literally felt sorry for everything I said to Swamibaba and Maa Ambe. Just think. anything could have happened. And been in worlds like today, you cannot expect lost thing getting back.

    I again and again with depth of my hearth Bow to the Divine Majesty Shree Swami Samarth -Shree Sainath and Maa Ambe, for always been with me, loving me , gaurding me, guiding me saving me.

    May you all also get the divine expereince of them.

    • Dear people, being a Hindu I am astounded to see the levels to which we have fallen. And make no mistake, I ain't here to share my "experiences". Worshiping people who taught us how to worship?! Be it Sai Baba or Swami Samarth or any other saint for that matter, it is wrong to worship humans. They showed us they way to reach god, they aren't gods themselves. People have made them gods, they showed us the way to reach god like guides, and trust me guides are not the destination. We Hindus have forgotten how to worship our creator and are stuck in this vicious Web of Saint worship. We have to stop humiliating these saints and gods as well. The place of a saint is not in a temple but in the front row of line of devotees. Stop making fun of our 100000 year old religion by worshiping people who came a 100 years ago. We Hindus already have enough gods, please don't add up to it by making saints our Gods. By doing this we are just telling the original god that we don't need him/her because we have created some gods for ourselves, among ourselves.

    I do follow sri swami samarth and sai baba.
    I do upasana every morning. (charitra+chanting). Last week i had attended an interview at pune. I left from kolhapur to pune in my private car. Before leaving to pune i dont know but felt to take swami's charitra book and chanting ring with me in my bag along with related interview documents.
    while returning back to kolhapur in the evening i had an acceident to my car, as driver tried overtalking a truck.

    The car was in full speed and suddenly brushed to truck while was going from right side of road.

    My car was shaking in between the two trucks, somehow driver manages to speed it down, but it brushed to the front side of left truck, so much that the car turned in 90 degree, parallely to truck.

    The truck driver put the breaks and somehow the truck banged the right side doors of the car,

    the thing is i was sitting at the back side of the car in the left corner seat, and i had kept my bag to the right side.

    the truck just touched the right side door of the car and stopped there.

    i am in this world , only because of sri swamai samarth, saibaba, sri gurudev datta.

    aisa bahut bar hotaa hai ki jab mai kisi bhi kathin paristhiti me hota hu aur tab muzi koi bhi car ya koi bhi vehicleke piche ya kisi jagah par 'Bhiu Nakos Mi Tuzya Pathishi Aahe" ye swami maauli ka msg likha hua dikhayi deta hai.
    aur uske baad suddenly kuchh to honaa hai aur mera sankat talna hai!

    meri family saai bhakt aur swami bhakt hai…..mere chacha ne gaon me sai mandir bandha hai. aur jaise jaise saai baba ki mahati aur prachiti sabako aa rahi hai tabse us pavitra sthan ka mahatva bhi badh raha hai.
    mere gaon me matlabi aur vighna-Santoshi log the. saai baba ka mandir banane ke baad logo me saatvikata badh gayi hai.!

Because of you we 3 are staying together here , you always support us in every problem and always gave us the best things so I will not have any doubts in my mind henceforth and will believe on the same that whatever you do for me its definitely good for me.   33. Sri Swami Samarth !! Jai Sai Ram!! Till date I had so many good experiences and that believed me that you are there always with me and I dont have to fear for anything now.. I can easily trust now that whatever you will do for me it will be definitely good. sorry if I have said anything to you when I was angry but i believe you are very close to me so I can share all my feelings with you . I am very depressed…I am highly qualified but still struggling for a job…also it is late for marriage s ….also I belong to a middle class family….I have seen some people around me worshiping swami samrtha….and they quite happy in their life. I have also decided to worship swami samartha….I hope swami will help me and rescue me from all my tensions and worries…..please guide me for doing swami bhakti….I have tried to read a literature…Swami ya bhakta varti daya kara ani sodva mala ya paristititun……Jai Swami Samartha…
