A Couple of Sai Baba Experiences – Part 400

Few experiences are shared in today’s post.

A Blissful Experience

Sai Brother Nandakumar Ji from India says: The following narration is a factual miracle performed by Shirdi Sai Baba, which occurred on July 4th 2006 in Mumbai and experienced by me, Nandakumar Hattiangadi, personally. “Mano Ya Na Mano”. Before narrating the incident, I would like to recall to mind a couple of Sai Baba’s sayings, which are relevant and have a direct bearing on the incident:

  • I shall be ever active and vigorous even after leaving this earthly body.
  • I am ever living to help and guide all, who come to Me, who surrender to Me and who seek refuge in Me.
  • If you look to Me, I look to you.
  • If you cast your burden on Me, I shall surely bear it.
  • If you seek my advice and help, it shall be given to you at once.

My elder son, who lived and worked in Mumbai, had resigned his job and had secured a new job at Chennai. He had fixed a house in Chennai and it was decided to shift his personal effects from Mumbai. He was to report for duties at Chennai on 10th July 2006. I accompanied my son to Mumbai from Bangalore on 1st July by bus. I had reserved our onward rail journey tickets from Mumbai to Chennai for 7th July. They were on the RAC waiting list.

We had planned to shift all the personal belongings on or before 6th July and had accordingly fixed a transporter. When we reached Mumbai on 2nd July afternoon, it was raining very heavily. It seems it was raining since 30th June itself. All roads were flooded, rail tracks were submerged and air traffic was disrupted. It continued to rain heavily and without any let-up even on 3rd and 4th July. We were staying at Vile Parle at my brother-in-law’s flat. My son’s flat was at Kandivli. I was very much worried and anxious about the fate of our plans for shifting and travel to Chennai.

On 4th morning, I offered a silent prayer to my Sadguru, Shri Shirdi Sai Baba, requesting for His Grace and Blessings for our proposed plans to go through. I reminded Sai Baba that during His time a similar situation had arisen in Shirdi, putting all devotees to difficulties. But Sai Baba being so kind and merciful had ensured that the fury of the nature – rain and gale – stopped immediately. I requested Sai Baba to once again help us in a similar manner so that we could shift the household goods from Mumbai. I also requested Sai Baba to be kind and ensure that our tickets for the rail journey be confirmed. Believe it or not, within minutes of my silent prayer to Sai Baba, the rains stopped, the clouds cleared and sun was shining. No one could even believe that it was raining so heavily in Mumbai over the past few days. Mumbai returned to normalcy. We contacted the transporter and asked him to pack all the household goods and transport the same. The packing was done on 4th afternoon within 3 hours and the entire goods left the flat, by 6.30 P.M. We were able to do odd jobs like surrendering the Gas connection, phone connection etc during this time.

We were in touch with the rail reservation office for the fate of our tickets, but we were informed that the fate would be known only 2 hours before departure of the train. Around 11.30 A.M. on 7th we were informed that our tickets were confirmed! We heaved a sigh of relief and left Mumbai in the afternoon and reached Chennai next day after a comfortable journey. Our household goods arrived at Chennai safely on 9th morning. Well, if you do not call this a Miracle, then what else is it? I had completely surrendered to Sai Baba during the moments of anxiety and tension and He never failed me.

Sai Baba Saved My Kid

Anonymous Devotee from India says: I am a mother of two kids. I have a daughter and then a son. We were in USA for couple of years and the below experience happened a week before when we were about to return to India for good.

Just a week before leaving to India my daughter became sick. At 8 pm, she started complaining that her stomach is paining. She often had stomach infection, where she either had motions or vomiting. But on that day, she didn’t complaint neither of them. Since it was Sunday, finding for a doctor was difficult. So I tried calling emergency line of hospital, where they asked us to get her for checkup. We were worried since my husband had appendicitis operation recently and when updated this to doctor, they said there are few chances of inheriting those symptoms from parents. We were worried and immediately rushed to emergency ward. However she had to undergo several tests, which took almost 6 to 7 hrs in hospital. Still they were unable to trace the cause for pain. I prayed Baba to help us and wanted all reports to be normal. Moreover we had to move back to India in a week. Medical is very expensive in USA and we already had to spend a lot for my husband’s operations and because of a bad insurance we also had to pay good amount for checkups. I was worried because my baby is just 4 years and didn’t want her to experience all these. My main prayer was to have all reports to be normal. To our surprise, all reports were normal and they said it could be a gas problem and pain will subside. We also had to pay little amount for this checkup. My daughter was active on the next day. Thanks a lot Baba.

Sainath Ki Karuna

Sai Brother Bhanu Ji from India says: First up on I wanted to give a great thanks to Hetal Ji with whose help we all devotes are tie with one channel. I am a small devote of Baba because there are lots of people whom can be says a pure hearted devotes of Sainath. I have been always prayed for other one of those I will share here. I hope it will bring more faith to people that our Lord Sai is always with us.

This is the incidence, when I was small. I had gone to Shirdi with my parents. There I saw lots of devotees are in queue and praying Sai Bhajan with their own beautiful tones. I also started singing with them. After few time, we reaches to Baba’s tomb and over that “a King of King or a God of God statue (Sainath)”. I was so happy and with that I wished for my brother that “he should get two jobs” because by that time he was going under lots of pressure due to jobless. Then we came back to home town. We can’t imagine very miraculously it happened within two year. He got. He got a first job (a lecturer) and he left that job after getting one more job in Calcutta. I really give love to my Sai from core of my heart. Like that many incidences, I have seen in my earlier life, which people say magic of Saibaba. Whatever it is, but completely proof that our Sai is always with us.

Recently I have hurted one of my very dearer person whom I love the most. After Sai parents, her name will come in my life, but because of my stupidity (unknowingly). Now she is away from me and each second of my life I am crying for that. Now I am praying to my Sai she should be happy. It is my sincere request to my Baba please give me the punishment for my mistake, but don’t take her away from me and it’s my humble request to all of my guru brother and guru sister , please don’t hurt anybody in your life. It is like hurting to Sainath. Now also I am sure that Baba is always beside me and He wants me to realize. The more realization will make me to remember more about Baba. Have strong faith in sai. Nothing is impossible for sai. Recently i read in a facebook page of sai " let your faith reach its extreme, you will see how he turns the impossible to possible" such a wonderful verse.   13. Baba ..you know that how bad I did in my past eventhough I have had good opportunities in my life.now I realsied and cried on almost everyday Baba.
    I even thinking of commit suicde but I beleive on you so that you will forgive me and make my life without having any more sorrow.Baba All I need peaceful mind.Please BABA Please BABA .I am crying like nothing almost every hour.

  16. Dear Sai Devotee Nandkumar ji, I truly believe what you are saying! BABA fulfills even smallest wish if you believe in HIM. I am happy for relocation of your son's belongings and your journey to Chennai etc. worked out so seamless.
    I live in Arizona, a desert mountain area. The rain fall is hardly 10"-15". Winter is also not that severe. Since last two years it did not bring that much of snow either! When I read about snow storms in other parts of USA, in the month of January this year, a thought crossed my mind, what if it snows here too! And LO! out of nowhere the clouds showed up in the sky, it was grayish all day long and next day there was snow everywhere. Though it did no last long, it melted away by noon. BUT won't you call this a miracle, snowing just to fulfill my wish? I thanked BABA the very same moment I saw snow drizzling at midnight.
    And I would call this event that happened today in the morning too.
    We (me and my husband) are going to visit both our sons, one in Atlanta and the other one at NJ, spending 12 days with each of them and planned to have 3-4 days as whole family reunion sort of, for the first time in our small family unit. We will stay for 12 days in Atlanta,and than we have planned to meet half way by road from Atlanta to NJ and reserved a log cabin to stay together for 3-4 days, and than will join younger son to go to NJ with him and stay for 12 days over there. I thought of a particular dress to carry with me for this event. Since I moved in January to my new place here, I had no idea in which bag I have placed that dress. Today when I woke up I thought of searching for it in all my bags. I was just standing in my walk-in closet thinking which bag to open first. I am having back pain recently, so afraid of dragging the heavy bags unnecessarily. I opened the first small bag that was anyway kept horizontal position. And LO! the first item I saw is my dress that I was looking for! Isn't it BABA's mercy! Usually it proves Murphy's Law that whatever we are searching would be found in the "last" bag always!
    And one more incident would be a miracle too.
    When we went for a visit India, my nephew's wife had recorded a DVD of my husband and his sister's singing session of 2 and a half hour. she had thought of handing over that DVD to me before I leave India. I earnestly wanted to have my sons listen and watch that DVD.
    She could not give it to me. During this vacation my same nephew with his family, is visiting his brother in Canada for summer vacation. When they landed here, my nephew's wife asked me to send my mailing address so that she can mail that DVD to me. I did send her my mailing address but so far I have not received that DVD.
    Today, my nephew called us before he leaves tomorrow to go back to India. Just like that the topic of that DVD came up and he suggested why cann't he mail this to my son in Atlanta and we can enjoy watching all together when we meet for 3-4 days at the log cabin? WOW !, if this happens I would certainly think it a blessings from BABA as my wish to have my sons enjoy the same moments we spend at that music session in India, would be fulfilled like this at a family union get together showered with such a wonderful event!
    I pray for all Sai Devotees to live blissful life blessed by BABA.

Nandakumar Ji, Baba performed a great miracle to make sure that you weren't delayed in getting moved from Mumbai to Chennai, Baba always makes sure His devotees are protected. Bhanu Ji, Baba helped your brother and also showed you that He is always thinking about our problems and finding ways to help His devotees. Devotee from India, Baba took care of your daughter and if there was any problem, Baba removed it by His grace. Om Sai Ram!

  30. anonymous,july14 2013, i am staying with my husband and only son outside india. pls pls help us deva to remove our problems now we are facing iam keeping all my prayers and problems upon you iam sure you will surely bless us to overcome all our problems. me and my husba nd is not that much qualified so we want our son should study as much as means that he should take adoctrate degree even though we are middle class family we are giving him almost every thing we can.now the problem is till 12th class he was agood student due to some problems we put him here for his b.e. engineering degree which my son dont like because he wanted to study in india but my husband told he wont allow for some reasons because of that he was not studying well and always used to complain about that to me.what all things he told me has happened and still going to happen which iknow but my husband is still cursing him and always blaming him .anyhow he got some arrears which he is clearing now. iam telling all sai devotees should pray for my son and to babaji that my son should pass in all the exams which he had written.pls listen to my prayers baba.

      3. Take a small plate and fill the clear water and put the flowers on water and keep the plate in front of sai baba photo (This is help you for peace)
