Sai Baba Takes Care Of His Children – Anonymous Sai Devotee

Today i am sharing experience of lady devotee of Lord Sai Baba who do not wish to reveal her identity.

Sai Brother Devotee from Australia says: Sai Ram Hetalji. I have been reading devotees’ experiences on your blog for last 2 years. Some of them have touched my heart. You are doing a great Seva to Baba by way of this blog. May Baba be always with you and all His children. I am sharing my latest experiences with our beloved Baba. Hetalji, you are requested to kindly not give my name/email ID.

We have recently migrated to Australia. My husband and I were in good jobs in India. When we decided to migrate, there was a fear in my mind whether this was a wise decision to do so since both of us were doing quite well in our careers and my son was studying in a good school. Also, we didn’t know anybody there.

Whenever I am upset about something, I open Sai Satcharitra and read whatever chapter gets opened randomly. That day the chapter I read summarized that if we surrender completely at His feet and leave all our worries to Him, He will take care of us. I took it as an assurance from Baba that He will be with us when we move to a new country. Same evening when I was watching Sai Baba serial on Star Utsav Channel, the same message was conveyed 4-5 times. I was now sure that He is with us.

We moved to Melbourne, Australia and started looking for jobs. Meanwhile, our son got admission in the school of our choice. Both of us, however, were not getting any positive response regarding our jobs. Our savings were fast depleting and we started getting worried. Both of us had been applying for all jobs – big or small, but nothing was happening. I was not getting any call for interview. My husband attended few interviews but could not succeed because he didn’t have local experience. I knew Baba has assured me to take care of us but still sometimes felt very helpless on our situation. We started planning to shift to another city in next 2-3 months if we were not successful here. I kept praying Baba to give us strength and also jobs so that we settle down.

One day, somebody suggested my husband to apply for a vacancy in a bank. He said that he knew the manager and would put in a word for my husband. My husband had already applied for the job. Soon, he was called for the interview (which was a Thursday) and then for second round and was offered the job. The salary he was offered was far more than what we had expected from his first job. This was Baba’s miracle. We thank Him from core of our hearts for keeping His promise.

Now it was me who had to find job. I was surprised that I was not getting even a single call for interview. However, after 5 months of rejections, I was finally called for an interview and was immediately selected. I was told that I would be contacted soon for completing joining formalities. When I didn’t hear from them for some time, I called them only to know that they were considering few internal candidates for the post. I knew that meant a clear ‘NO’ as I lacked local experience and didn’t have any chance vis-a-vis internal candidates. I again started applying for jobs. Few weeks passed but still no luck. I was very sad as the bank job was very good and the salary was also good. I prayed to Baba to do some miracle once more and get me into the job. And Baba listened to me again. The same Thursday, I got a call from the bank that I can come and complete the paperwork for the post. My happiness knew no bounds. Baba kept his promise and both of us are in good jobs now.

We thank you Baba for taking care of us in a country in which we knew nobody but You. Be with us always. And bless us that we never be away from Your Lotus Feet.
