Amazing Visit To Shirdi

Sai Baba has been in my life since I was a young girl. After I lost my father at the age of 14, Sai has been my Father. His divine Grace has carried my mother, brother and me through life’s many challenges.

In January 2014, I had the good fortune of visiting Shirdi for only the second time in my life. My daughter was recovering from health issues by Baba’s grace and when I visited India from the US that year, for a week, I wanted to visit Shirdi. They say you can visit Shirdi only if He wishes. By Baba’s grace, we arranged a car for the day and my mom and I planned a day trip from Mumbai to Shirdi. We left at 5:30 am from Mumbai and arrived at Shirdi by ~10 AM. All the way from the US, I had this desire to see Baba’s Aarti at Shirdi. But since we were only visiting for 1 day and doing only one darshan, I was doubtful whether we would be able to visit during that precise window for the noon Aarti. We planned to return to Mumbai later in the afternoon the same day, so evening Aarti would not have been possible.

When we reached the temple at 10 AM, the lines were long. We stood in the general queue, for the darshan. I have always been claustrophobic in crowds all my life. My mom, who is an ardent Sai devotee, asked me to close my eyes and chant ‘Sai’, Sai’ as we waited in the serpentine queue. I kept hoping and praying that we would be able to get into the Samadhi Hall for the noon-Aarti.

Close to noon, we got to the head of the queue. The guards let the people in front of us enter the Samadhi Hall and then, just in front of us, cordoned off the rope, leaving us at the head of the queue, just outside the hall. They said that would be the last of the entrants for the noon Aarti. Needless to say, I was disappointed that having come this close, we would not make it into the hall for the Aarti.

Then just before the Aarti started, when everyone inside the hall were seated, the guards lifted the rope and said two more people could go into the hall. My mom and I ran in quickly and squeezed into a couple of empty spots just as Aarti started! I was overjoyed, felt very blessed, sitting there praying for my daughters’ health and enjoying the Aarti.

We had a great time during the rest of the trip and came home safely that evening. In this way Baba fulfilled my desire to attend Aarti at Shirdi and timed our entry to be perfect! I am convinced that this was nothing less than a miracle performed by Baba and consider myself immensely blessed.

Like this and in many other ways He has carried our family in the palm of His hands through life’s struggles. I will forever be grateful for all the blessings that He has showered on us. Om Sai Ram!

Baba’s Timely Help To Prevent A Potential Loss

I have been a devotee of Baba for many years now and Baba has always made His presence known to me on various occasions during this time – sometimes as soon as I ask for His help and guidance and at other times a little later but always making me realise that what has happened has been for the best.

My recent experience is also another such instance of Baba, once again delivering on His promise to help you when you call out to Him. Recently, I made an error which could have resulted in a temporary financial loss to a customer. When performing a duty that I perform regularly I completely overlooked a factor that would have prevented the potential loss from happening. It was Baba’s grace however that my error was brought to my attention before it could cause further issues.

Once I saw what had happened I realised what I had overlooked. I felt extremely guilty that my ignorance could potentially cause inconveniences to someone and wanted to rectify it immediately. I prayed to Baba for guidance and help and to not only rectify my error but to also prevent any inconveniences caused to anyone as a result of my error; while I started the process to rectify the error. Baba helped me at every step of the way to rectify my error that could cause a potential loss and with His guidance and blessings I was able to put the situation right. I cannot thank Baba enough for guiding me through this situation. This situation also reiterated to me the importance of being extremely diligent in any work that I undertake which is one of Baba’s mantra as well.

I wanted to share this experience to not only offer my humble prayers and gratitude to Baba but also to help strengthen the belief in Baba for anyone who reads this experience that your prayers will not go unanswered if you call out to Him with pure faith and devotion. My humble pranams to this all pervasive Sadguru!

Thanks Baba For Everything

My husband, kids and I had our vaccines (2nd dose) and were afraid of the side effects. We all had symptoms for a day and we were fine. Thank You Baba!

My husband and son had to fly out of town and I was very worried due to covid. They were taking trains and going around which made me more concerned. Thanks to Baba, they had a good trip and came back home safe. Om Sairam!

My son committed to prestigious college and has appealed to another great college as he was waitlisted. Baba, please get him admission from the waitlist and I will post it again here.

My Mom had her 2nd dose of vaccine and was worried with side effects as she had some symptoms for the 1st one too. Thanks to Baba, she is doing fine.

Baba, please show us the right path and give us the strength and courage to face any problem.

My friend had seen the worst part of her career. She was jobless for a few months and even personally her life was not going great. I was praying to Baba everyday to bless her with a good job so that she could take care of her and her family well. After a lot of struggle Baba blessed her with a great job.

Similarly I had to receive my settlement amount from my previous company. I had a lot of follow-ups but to no avail. Finally I prayed to Baba and left everything to Him. Within a few days I was able to get my money. Thank You so much Baba.

Please take care of everyone’s health and fulfil all their wishes. Baba, please help my sister and me to get married at the earliest. Sri Anantakoti Brahmandanayaka Rajadhiraj Yogiraj Parabrahma Shri Sacchidananda Sadguru Maharaja Ki Jai. Om Sairam.

Anonymous Shirdi Sai Devotee from USA says: Sairam everyone! I live in the US with my two beautiful girls. Baba is always with me. But it’s me who sometimes carry awards with problems and don’t recognize His presence. I have anxiety problems and with some many bad things happening in the world and in my personal life is not helping either.

Today I am submitting this for good positive blessings. My elder daughter teenager couple of days back went to her friend’s house. Usually I don’t send kids out but she was in high school and was stressing about her grades. So I took precautions and sent her. But after two days she complained about a bad headache and after that she had a fever for a day. Then the next day that’s today she has a low grade temperature. I am praying and begging Baba to make her healthy. First I said I will submit this after she becomes alright but who are we to put conditions before Him, so submitting.

Secondly Baba You know I want to buy a home for kids. Please bless me and help me with the process. Please save all of us and protect the world. Samastha Loka Sukino Bavanthu Om Sree Sai Rakshak Sharanam Deva!

Also Sai Maa I realised my mistake that whatever i am doing from the past two days is a genuine mistake. I should not have done it. I am very guilty about it.
