Baba’s Blessings In Life

1. I am writing my experiences as part of my vow given to Baba. I had promised to Baba that I will carefully compose my life experiences and how I’ve been blessed by Baba in various times.

When I was 17 years old, one of my friends (she is a great devotee of Baba) suggested that I pray to Baba. At the same time there was a lady warden in our college. She was also a great devotee of Baba and asked me to worship Baba.

We as humans don’t believe until we are satisfied. I was a young girl in my teenage years, I made some wishes like the teacher shouldn’t call me to answer some questions. When I prayed to Baba for little of these things, to my surprise my name wasn’t called at that time. Now I recall back, it seems to be a silly wish but at that moment of time it was a miracle. From then onwards, I’ve been experiencing Baba’s blessings throughout my life.

I’ve started reading Baba’s Satcharitra

Education Life:To cite an example, when I was in my engineering there was one difficult practical test where the majority of students fail in that test. I was very much afraid of taking that test; I urged Baba that I should pass the test. Usually there are 10 assignments, students have to pick one of them and demonstrate it in the practical.

Due to Baba’s blessings, I picked a paper which was quite an easy assignment and I was able to demonstrate it without any difficulty. Not only this, Baba helped me to pass all the subjects every year without any backlogs in my engineering.

In any matter, when I put best of my effort and leave the remainder to God, I’ve been saved by God. While it’s just not by praying Baba that I passed in all the subjects but I’ve put my efforts as much as I could and left the result to Almighty. I’ve seen few people who don’t put their effort from their end and blame God for not being kind towards them.

Career Life: I’ve completed my engineering with first class but I felt very difficult in clearing the competitive exams. At some point I felt I couldn’t clear at least one exam in this life. But nothing is impossible when there is Baba’s grace. To be frank here, I prepared previous test papers for a reputed company. To my luck I got some of the questions from those papers in my test and I was able to clear the written test.

Next challenge was clearing the interview. By nature, I was a very timid and nervous kind of person but did my best as far as I know in the interview. Due to Baba’s blessing I cleared the interview and joined a reputed company In India. I’ve worked on different projects for almost 3 years. As years pass by, I’ve experienced Baba’s blessings many times.

Married Life: I, being born in the Moola birth star, my profile was rejected bluntly due to my birth star. Some of the profiles were rejected by us due to horoscope incompatibility. At some point, I felt devastated and dejected in life. Seeing my situation, my mother’s health also deteriorated. As my bad phase passed, someone by name “Sai” came forward to marry me, with whom my horoscope was matched and I got married to him.

Though I had a tough period before marriage, my husband’s entry brought a big change in my life. He took me to a different world i.e. moving abroad and I’ve been living abroad since then. We are blessed with two amazing daughters.

Restart Career: After understanding our financial situation, I thought about restarting my career and also as my children started going to schools I had time to consider my career. It was very difficult for someone who had a long break in their career to resume work. But nothing is impossible when there are Baba’s blessings. Even in foreign land, I was offered a job in a consultancy. Though I was offered a job, it took a long time for me to get into the projects. Finally, even in this Covid situation I survived in the job. I would like to thank Baba so much for all these happenings in my life. In return, what am I doing to Baba?

My answer to this, though I do pooja everyday or not
1. I try to inculcate the good qualities mentioned in Satcharitra.
2. I try to give food to the poor and hungry.
3. I try not to humiliate anyone.
3. I try not to say anything behind someone’s back.
4. I try not to mistreat anyone when they ask for my help.
5. All in all, I try to see Baba in others.

As I had promised, I composed my experiences Baba. Again, it was due to Your blessings that we are all healthy and safe. I urge You Baba, this covid is making everyone’s life miserable. Please grace us all with Your blessings. Jai Sai, Sri Sai, Jai Jai Sai.

Unique Ways Of Baba

One day during office hours I heard a relaxing Haryanvi bhajan of Hanuman ji(Balaji as said in Haryana). I was very impressed with that bhajan and after returning home I continuously played that bhajan. Then suddenly a thought stuck in my mind that I should also write a bhajan for Sai Baba with my own lyrics using the rhythm of Hanuman’s bhajan. So with great excitement I penned down a beautiful bhajan and started chanting it during puja in my home. Now today after 7-8 months I was recalling that bhajan but forgot some lines. I tried very hard to recall it. I became anxious and prayed to Baba that if I recall it today then I will share my experience. By Baba’s grace after half an hour suddenly those lines came in my mind. I am sharing that bhajan also.

Baba’s Grace On Mother-In-Law’s Health

Anonymous Shirdi Sai Devotee from UK says: I am a regular reader of this site. I wanted to share a recent incident in the family.

My mother-in-law is above 70 years and has been having pain in her knees for a couple of years, but more recently it went to extremes and she wasn’t able to even walk to the loo. My in-laws reside by themselves in a small town. The only option to resolve the pain was through doing knee replacement surgery. She being diabetic and insulin dependent it was scary to think of surgery.

As the pain was severe, my co-sister took her to the specialist for checks and they recommended that the knee was in a very bad stage and hence the knee replacement was the only solution. We were adamant about agreeing for surgery, due to her age and other reasons. Leaving everything on Sai, we agreed for surgery and she was hospitalised to be monitored prior to surgery. Her sugar levels kept on shooting up and this was causing stress on all of us and even she was frustrated by the delay that was causing in performing the surgery.

Within a couple of days her sugar levels were brought under control by insulin doses and she underwent surgery successfully on her right knee. Her left knee was also in similar condition, but she was able to manage weight on it.

Doctors were happy with the progress of the surgery and with her approval decided to perform left knee surgery the following morning. This was a real testing time for us and we left everything on Baba to make the decision of operating the other leg. However, on the same night her sodium level increased and she started behaving weirdly like she had a memory loss and started scolding the nurse who was looking after her. My brother-in-law and co-sister told us all this and we couldn’t sleep that night by listening to this and not being with her and family at this needy point. By Baba’s grace her sodium levels were brought under control within a day and she was remembering things, although was in a lot of pain due to the surgery. Her left knee surgery was called off due to her spike in sodium. Maybe this was Baba’s way of telling us not to proceed with surgery on the other leg.

During this time, I also read Sai Satcharitra and completed it in a week. My mother-in-law has now recovered almost 90% from the surgery. Given her age and her health condition, we strongly believe it’s by Baba’s grace that she has had a miraculous recovery. Om Sairam! May Baba bless each one of us abundantly.

Book Found by Baba’s Grace

Coming to my experience: I had won second prize(“The Autobiography of a Yogi” by Paramahansa Yogananda) during my Engineering in Essay Writing competition. The book was there in the drawer but I didn’t read it as such. I think I read a few of the pages sometimes. After many years, I saw a post or a video (don’t remember exactly) wherein Virat Kohli was recommending the book and mentioning that the book had made a huge difference in his life. I felt like reading that book but somehow I couldn’t. I am not sure if I read it or not at that time or even found the book.

Then sometime back I saw a video on YouTube of Rajnikanth wherein he was talking about the book and said that miracles happened in his life after reading the book. I felt like reading the book but somehow I couldn’t find it. I remember it being in one drawer but I didn’t find it. So I thought maybe it was in the other house. So I searched for it a few times but couldn’t find it.

Then one day I got to know from YouTube that Steve Jobs also read that book and he had the eBook in his mobile which he used to read. Now I felt like reading it but couldn’t find it. So I thought of buying the book but still was not sure as I wanted to read the book which I had got in prize and was there in the drawer for so many years.

Once, a thought came in my mind that “Sai Baba, please help me find the book and I will share the experience.” So one day I went to the other house and opened one of the drawers and lo it was there. It was without the cover but the bounded hard cover was there and on it was written “The Autobiography of a Yogi” Paramahansa Yogananda. I felt so happy. I thanked Sai Baba for giving me the book to read. Om Sairam. Love You always.

Baba Cured UTI Problem

Om Sairam to all Baba devotees. I really want to share my Baba’s miracle. Few days back due to some change in my life I got really scared. I was very, very scared and suddenly I started urinating every 3 to 5 minutes without any pain. Soon after it got really bad and I just googled it wherein I found that one of the reasons for it might be tumour or something.

I got so scared that I didn’t sleep that whole night. I kept on praying to Baba, took Udi also but somehow my fear was bigger than my trust.

Next day morning my husband called the online doctor as we couldn’t go outside because of covid. Doctor gave me antibiotics for 3 days saying that it looked like a UTI. I started medicine but my frequency of urinating was not getting less and that thought in my mind was killing me inside. During that time it was Ram Navmi. On the third day of medication I got so worried that I prayed to my Baba and took Udi, I said, “Baba I am going to the hospital for a scan or check up. Now everything is on You and I know You will save me.”

I went to the hospital and at the entrance there was my Baba’s idol. It felt like He was already there to save me. I met the doctor and told everything. She said, “Although during the day you are urinating a lot but if you notice because of the medicine at night time you are now able to sleep and this all means that it’s just your negative thoughts during daytime which is triggering the urination.” I was relieved, as if my Sai relaxed me. After that I just kept on saying, “Sai Baba is with me, He is healing me.” I got healed after two days.

I just wanted to say to everyone that whatever situation comes, just keep praying and trust our Baba. He will definitely help all of us. Baba, forgive me for all my mistakes and keep Your blessings on all of us. Om Sairam!

Baba, now I am struggling for my Ph.D. I have been selected for NIT but issues appeared and I didn’t get permission to join there. I accepted it by thinking, it is Your wish. I have joined my Ph.D. in my working place but it’s almost 3 years to be completed but I couldn’t yet publish a journal. So many problems are arising. Please help me Baba to complete my Ph.D.

My husband is a very good student. Academically he is very strong but he is struggling to get a good job. Please Baba help both of us to be settled and also to complete our Ph.D. Please Baba help us. No one is there except You to help us.
