Dear Devotees,
Sai Ananta Sai Katha Ananta. Each day I look forward to Hetalji’s “Devotee Experiences with Sai Baba” and Poojaji’s “Mahaparayana Experiences.” These are truly divine websites where we get to listen to Sai Katha like Amritdhara which not only purifies our soul, the sins that we have committed knowingly or unknowingly in this birth and in our previous births but gives us gyan (knowledge) to live life in a simpler and happier way holding onto His lotus feet.
The experience that I am going to narrate is very long so please bear with me. My apology for the long post. I invoke Sai Ma’s grace to pen down this leela well to benefit those who need it right now.
I got enrolled in Baba’s Darbar in 2015. I live in the USA with my husband and children. We all love Baba. We came to this country 16 years ago (2003) with much struggle. Life was never easy at the beginning after coming to the USA as my husband was underpaid (though he had a MBA degree from the US ) and on top of it he had a huge student loan that we were repaying every month. I was on the dependent visa and not working. Our children were already in middle school and elementary school. After staying in a rented house for 5 years when my son was in 12th grade we started looking for a house within our budget. My husband’s boss encouraged us to move to a house whose owner was moving to a different state and wanted to sell the house. He was a shrewd person and not liked by many in our community. Knowing his nature we were a little hesitant. It was a big house and not under our budget but keeping in my mind the rent to buy option we moved to the above house and started paying high rent. The owner was very happy initially. We all were very happy also about the house, especially my children as everyone dreams to have a house in America.
After a month or so the owner of the house started harassing us and asked us to move somewhere else as he had got a buyer for his house. We were in a precarious position as we had told everybody that we were going to buy that house and had moved into the house recently. We were very upset both with my husband’s boss who had encouraged us to move to this house and the other person of course. Both were from our community. There was not much time left for us to vacate the house as we started hunting for another house within a very short time frame. We found a house much further from the place where we were living but were not eligible to get a loan from the bank to buy that house. Our boss who had put us in this situation was forced to help us buy this house when we agreed to pay the down payment and the mortgage amount as rent every month. It was an agreement for rent to buy options on paper by both the parties. We hurriedly vacated the house, moved our stuff to a public storage and stayed in a hotel for 15 days before moving to the new house in 2008.
After a year we got our green card. I started working on a part time basis. But still our financial condition didn’t improve much. My husband never got a raise in his salary which would have helped us to get a loan in our name and own the house. Twice we tried to get the house in our name but were not successful because of our low take home salary and we continued paying the exact mortgage amount to our boss every month as rent and the insurance money for the house too. Years passed by. After 10 years in 2013 my husband was laid off when the owner ( my husband’s boss) sold the company and my husband left the company without a single penny after all his hard work in building the company for so many years. My husband was very broken. After a couple of months he got a big offer to head a start-up company based on his long experience. We were very happy. We again tried to get a loan to get the house in our name in 2015 but it was during this time that my husband left the above company due to some conflict and started our own company in 2016 as per Baba’s guidance.
We started our own company but went through a lot of financial hardships and getting the house in our name was out of question. After a long struggle our financial situation finally started improving from this year in April. During Pandemic both children came to stay with us. My daughter, who graduated from a top university last year, has been working for a top notch research lab at a different city for the past one year. Somehow I felt Baba was giving hints to go and apply for a loan to get the house in our name this year. We applied for a loan with my daughter as a co-signer as we have credit card debt. The first lender that we tried offered us less loan than what we needed. I cried a lot that day and asked Baba why even I bothered to ask for a loan. My children asked us to follow up with the above lender once again with a different person. Baba had asked me not to go with the former lender and they again offered us less amount than desired. Baba through chits gave us permission to go with another lender who acted on our behalf so seamlessly that I can’t explain here. It was as if Baba Himself helped us.
In the meantime my husband wanted to double check with his former boss the exact amount ( though we knew) we owed to get this house in our name as we have been paying the mortgage amount as rent for all these years. Here my husband’s former boss tried to play a game and quoted a much bigger amount adding some other personal loans that he thought we had taken from the company ( according to him, there was no record) when my husband used to work with him many years ago. The fact remains that he never paid my husband well and didn’t pay a penny when he left the company. We sent him an email to keep the personal loan aside and just help us in getting the house in our name. We were very worried that night and prayed to Baba to do something. And that day we came to know that he had already bought the house himself paying the whole amount and didn’t owe any amount to any bank. He was enjoying the high interest rate that we were paying as rent money. He never told us when he bought the house. He is a rich person. We kept quiet for sometime not knowing what to do besides praying Baba.
The market value of our house was much, much bigger than the amount we owed to him to get the house in our name. Clearly he wanted to make more money from this deal. It was a very complicated case for sure as he had never registered the sale of deed in our name in the county too when the house was bought, so we needed to buy the house like any other house. We came to know about this from our lender. The lending company acted as God sent. Our lender advised us to make our daughter the sole borrower looking at her good credit history and income and applied the loan in her name. We agreed. The loan got approved and the same day I received a message from Baba like ‘The thing you have been waiting for so long will happen now, your wait is over.’
Our lender was an extremely kind lady and was helping us in all possible ways. We wrote an email to the boss about our daughter buying the property in her name but we didn’t receive any reply from him for two days. We were very worried. My husband and I started a seven day Saptah. I have always seen that Baba’s saptah is very powerful. Lo it was a huge miracle. He agreed to sign the purchase agreement in our daughter’s name very happily. Needless to say we were greatly relieved. He was not an easy man to deal with. The lender only assigned us a real estate agent as we had none. They sent the purchase agreement to the boss and when he signed the agreement without any issue, we knew Who did all this for us. Not only that after a couple of days we received another purchase agreement where the lender had added both our names too. It was a big surprise for us as we always wanted our names too in the purchase agreement. Again the boss signed the agreement without any argument with the exact amount needed to own the house and not the amount he wanted. It was a huge miracle! This all happened during the parayana week. You all can imagine our happiness.
During the process the boss again started an issue with the appraisal. He demanded a copy of the appraisal as he knew all along the high market value of this property. We immediately started another Saptah of Satcharitra. Our lender informed us that the underwriter was also not convinced why the seller is selling the property so cheaply. But our lender convinced the underwriter about the whole history behind this purchase. All the issues got resolved. The lender company, the real estate agent and the Title Company all helped us like anything as much as Baba had instructed them to help us as a team. Finally on a Friday, 2nd October after 11 years we went and signed all the documents to get the house in our name. We were very, very happy. Not only we got a very low interest rate but we got this property which has a great market value. It is a beautiful house.
One interesting thing to note is that me and my husband had started a Nav Guruwar Vrat when we started approaching lenders. Out of the blue my daughter also wanted to do the vrat with us. She did this for the first time. Little did we know that three of us will be on the purchase agreement document. At this point we do not have any hard feelings for the former boss and wish him all the best in life. We call him uncle.
I had told Baba that I will do a Laxmi puja at home after we get the house in our name. Baba listened to that too. Our closing was on a Wednesday but again it got moved to Friday. Can you believe that? I have done Vaibhav Laxmi Vrat for many years.
I would like to mention here that Baab’s Nav Guruwar vrat is very powerful as also the Sapatah Parayana. Baba’s words are always true. Devotees, we need to trust Baba blindly as that is called Shraddha and need to wait on His timing which is called Saburi. Om Sairam Om Sai Sri Sai Jai Jai Sai.

Om Sairam to all Sai devotees I have already shared some of my experiences and would like to share the recent ones and want to thank my Sai from the bottom of my heart.
Experience 1: My mother was not feeling well and for a few days she was complaining about a headache, body ache, sore throat and even she didn’t feel like eating. These days we all are scared because of Covid situation and so without a delay she consulted a doctor. He said that there was fever inside and asked to take medicine for 3 days. He then said that if she felt better then it was ok otherwise we would need to go for all the tests.
After three days there was not much improvement so she visited again and then the prescribed Covid test, CBC, Chest X ray. I was very scared and prayed to Sai to please help my mother. As always He answered my prayers and all the reports are normal. Thank You so much Sai but she still has a headache. Baba, please help her and make her healthy in a day or two. Please Baba nothing serious should be there. Please, take care Baba.
Experience 2: One day all of sudden my aqua guard stopped working. There was no water so I tried to restart it multiple times but it didn’t work. I was thinking what to do and then immediately an idea struck my mind to apply Udi. Then there was also a second thought why to disturb Sai for all these petty issues but again there was a thought that I should do it. You won’t believe I could not resist myself and I applied Udi. I waited for five minutes and again restarted it. To my surprise it started working. This was all my Sai Leela. Thank You.

My wife was not feeling well and she was going through some stomach related issues and also a cold and cough which added more anxiety for her due to this Covid issue. We visited a doctor a month back and took medicines but it was of no use. We also tried some home remedies suggested by elders which also didn’t help in subsiding the problem.
Later, we left everything to our universal doctor our Sai Baba and visited one more doctor, took medicines and Udi water along with it first thing in the morning and before retiring to bed at night. Now she is all fine. Devotees please make a habit of keeping a glass of water adding Udi and drink It first thing in the morning empty stomach and as last thing before going to bed. Om Sairam Om Sairam Om Sairam Om Sri Ananthakoti Brahmandanayaga Rajadhi Raja Yogiraja Parabramha Sri Sachidhanandha Samartha Sadhguru Sainath Maharaj ki Jai. Om Sri Sai Arogyashemadaya Namaha. My daughter was not sleeping. So when I prayed for Baba she slept.
I felt that she was not growing and her weight was constant. So I had prayed to Baba that when she would reach at least 7 Kgs I would post here. Thank You Baba. Jai Sairam!
