Baba Is Ubiquitous – Anonymous Devotee

Anonymous Devotee from India says: Hello Hetal Ji, Thanks for all the hard work and the good you are doing for the site and it’s really gives enormous happiness on reading the experiences of the devotees. I want to be kept anonymous this time. This is my life on how my marriage got fixed and how it’s going through lots of twists and turns.

I am currently working in an IT company. When I was in India, the company processed my visa and asked me to travel to USA. I denied saying that I want to get married and can’t go. They kept up building pressure on me. I asked Baba and got the answer from Q & A book that have faith on Baba and everything will be sorted out. I told my parents to search a bride for me within the next 2 months else will go to USA.

My parents with my uncle’s help gave a ad in paper and lot of proposals came. I was on the verge of finalizing two proposals and at the last moment with Baba’s grace. Those two proposals didn’t work out. Finally we short listed 5 proposals, but my uncle found one more proposal, which I was not interested as the girl was staying in USA in a different city to where I am going. But by the time, I went to my native to look for the proposals. All the proposals didn’t work out, but this proposal worked out to be good. I met the girl parents and they were really good. Then everyone was thinking without we meeting each other how can we fix the marriage. The girl’s father, after two days, told me that the girl is coming from USA and have to delay my return for 2-3 days more. I met the girl for 4 hours and we discussed and finally decided we will go for it. And after two days, we got engaged. After that I and the girl we talked about each other nicely.

Then I came to USA and the girl went to her sisters marriage in India. The way, she was talking and the way she was expressing her rights on me and the way she was treating her and my family, I slowly and slowly felt in love with the girl. Even she was also happy and I felt good that she was made for me. But after I came to USA, I had tremendous pressure in terms of work. So I just formally talked with the girl every day. I used to call her daily and talk formally. Slowly I observed that her talks went very formal. One day her sister called me and told that she is behaving in a awkward way and she felt there is some problems. I talked and decided to meet the girl in USA.I had lot of aspirations that I will spent some nice time with my fiancée as I am meeting her for the first time. I met her in USA for the first time.

She came to meet me and first day we had planned to go to a place and we spent nicely. She was really good and I was happy to spend some time together with my girl. I really felt nicely. The next day also we went to some other place and while taking our lunch I asked her that I am missing something in you. What happened and what is the problem. She told me that she is not good and she is not ready for the marriage, which is in Nov and if we proceed we might end up in divorce. I didn’t expect such answer from her. I was just thinking about her parents and my parents, how happy they were and what will happen to them. She was telling that she is bad and she won’t be able to meet me and my family expectations. I told that I will give all the support, but she was telling that she knows herself and she is sure that things won’t work out.

I was not interested to roam here and there and was not feeling good. She asked me that she will take a photo of mine. How can I take a photo at this time? Finally I told her family about it. They were really sad to know all this. She is still talking to me, but in a formal way. I asked Baba once again from Q & A book and He told me that things will take place as desired and you will be happy once again. Her parents got angry and stopped talking to her. I asked them not to do that as she is alone and she loves them very much. Even she termed my love for her as attraction. I don’t know what’s troubling her from inside? Baba I am worried about her. She is telling that I will get a good girl, but I don’t want anything good than her. Slowly I am feeling good as she started talking to her mother and sister. I am happy about it as I love her so much and don’t want her to have any problems with her family because of me.

Her family is still with me and I haven’t told my parents about it and have given the assurance to the girl’s parents that she will change and she will love me the way she used to have. I have faith in Baba that whatever Baba is doing is happening for the better, but both our parents have accepted each other families and have accepted her as my wife. But I don’t know why she is saying all these. Hetal Ji, please pray to Baba for me and help me to get the girl of my life. I am not able to share this with anyone, so thought of sharing it in the site so that the prayers of all the Sai devotees and blessings of Baba will come to my help. Om Sai Ram.

  2. building relationships becomes sometimes complicated for people, especially for girls who are getting married to stranger person. From what you have experienced, this girl needs some time. Have faith on BABA. He will sort out her confusion and your problem. And even though having decided to get married, it won't happen till that 'SANJOG' comes. Believe me it's true. I have experienced it. Once you have that sanjog everything will be automatically happen as your wish..

  8. I am really impressed by your commitment. Baba has made you a very good person. May Baba be with you always. I have seen people who just end marriages without any reason, leave the wife because of some whims and fancies and here you are who is standing by the girl whom you have not yet married also. This shows how much Baba has made you into a wonderful person. HE will only set things right for you again and I am sure your fiance will become the same again with lots and lots of love for you.   19. Really I am surprised to see if the boys are this much humble and good these days. Definitely it's a miracle that how baba is changing the world. I am very impressed by your behaviour towards the girl and her family and also I want to warn you to recheck the things like is she in love with any other guy becoz these days girls are coming across these type of things when they are alone from parents. Of course I can say it is false love not more than attraction and emotional dependency when u are alone in most of the cases. This is just only a possibility and don't think I am making you suspicious towards the girl, but I am thinking realistic as I don't want a good soul like you to suffer for other's sake. Talk to her openly as what is stopping her to avoid this marriage. I don't think any girl just drop a marriage for the sake of she is not good( it applies to most good girls I can say). Just know the truth as you are supporting both the girl and her family. And I know in either way you will have a happy ending to this and I wish you should get the result as you wish.

  25. dear sai devotee…I hav come across some girls who are basically gud by nature…but due to their past relnship dey get a fear in dem if dey can carry out d present relnship…wat f d same mistakes hapn again…dis fear wil b a lot for girls who had been very sincere n honest in deir previous reln but got betrayed and ultimately dey consider dem to b at fault and dats wat stops dem from goin further in a new reln though they wana b in it…please talk to her as she might be a very nice girl but may just need some help at the moment…such girls cannot speak freely wen dey lose deir confidence and dey start underestimating themselves…please give her and urself time…start ur reln wid her as a friend…am sure she will open up once she gains your confidence…may baba help u at every step due to ur good nature…may he settle everything well…om sai ram…

Sometimes some people have doubts and different feelings they must work through before making such a life long commitment.   30. I have a similar experience except that the guy whom I speaking to for 1.5 years left me a week before marriage dates were getting finalized. I prayed to BABA and read Sai Sat Charita to bring everything back to normalcy. However, during the saptah week he blocked me from gtalk,whatsapp everywhere and said he is getting married to someone else. I do not really know what transpired, what happened.. nothing. Today I forced to talk to other guys whom I am not remotely interested. I am really disappointed.. Dont know what to do..

    • I know how it hurts. May be that guy was not meant for you. Baba will give you a caring and loving guy. Don't worry.

      To the devotee in the experience, Baba will make things right. Have patience.

    • Dear confused sai devotee, Let me tell you 1 1/2 year of friendship is nothing for knowing a person as your life partner. And at the same time, sometimes "Love at first sight" also proves to be true! You might be saved from a disaster taken place after your marriage! Just leave your worries to BABA and seek BABA's guidance finding a "right man " in your life. It is hard to accept such a cruel truth when our mind is set on something which goes totally wrong.

  45. Hello Sai devotee, Really BABA's leela is most complicated as, see, how many different stages you went through and you at last found a partner that seemed very best choice who is now backing out while you are now in love with her!
    WE all readers here pray for her whatever fear bothering her get cleared and you could be with her.
    In my son's life also very similar case had taken place. After a long search for a life partner for him we ultimately found a girl of my husband's best friend's daughter. Unfortunately my husband's friend was no more alive even when this engagement took place. But the girl's mom was too delighted to see that her daughter is going to the best family they knew! Everything was going on smoothly. WE wanted to have a great celebration for the engagement but the girl said , she had some credits to earn for her graduation, so let that event be arranged after she returns visiting foreign country.
    My son was in constant touch with her, they were talking everyday. And one late night, she called my son saying, she thinks she is not yet ready for going ahead! After almost 2 years of talking to each other , meeting several times, spending lots of travel money, and wasting so many hours over the phone AND THAN going ahead for engagement , and how come she did not come to a level of making a decision till than? We all immediate family members from both the sides co-operated not to disclose they are communicating till they were ready to go ahead for engagement.
    My son was very much disturbed so as his fiance's mom as she was tortured both ways. We were her husband's close friends and her daughter behaved like taking her on top of the mountain of happiness and now thrown her from that top of the mountain of happiness and dragged her into humiliation of our relatives too as we had declared the engagement to all our connections.
    Well, it may sound harsh and unbearable at that time, but did not BABA saved us from such an immature girl coming to our family? She did told me to come and visit us in person to explain WHY she took this decision. I told her not to worry about it, as now she has already made up her mind, it's not going to change the situation, so why to waste more money and time on travel? NO need to visit us. And I blessed her for her future, no grudge on my mind, of course I was hurt, but that does not mean I should be harsh to her.
    Now she is married to someone and is happy over there and my son found a very good life partner and is happy with his growing family too!
    My advice is to just express your concern to BABA and let BABA give you best option. Till you find a solution, be patient and do not loose faith. It may be hard when something like this happens, but BABA does provide courage and strength to handle the situation as well.
