A Couple of Sai Baba Experiences – Part 329

Following are few more interesting experiences of devotees with Lord Sai Baba of Shirdi.

Baba’s Golden Heart

I will start with a brief introduction on faith. I believe that Baba is present and He is always with devotees. But I have very fragile faith. Even though I am aware internally that Baba is there, I don’t always believe that Baba will help me. I often find I have a lot of expectations from Baba, and when I expect something, it does not happen. Sometimes I find myself being disappointed with God. After seeing people so hurt and nearly destroyed, seeing the plight of poor victims without food, I find myself questioning, that although things happen due to past karma, what is the point of people suffering, who do not even remember what bad they have done? Why not allow them to pay their karma in the life that they committed those sins? Though I know God knows more than me, they have reasons beyond what I can even imagine to understand.



I have explained before that I often find that when I expect things, it does not happen. Here is a small, account of one. I always request Baba on Thursdays to allow me to be involved in the Palki procession by doing the Shej, but it never used to happen. For over a year, I waited and requested it, and then I stopped asking. It came to one day, when I was extremely depressed. I had a lot on my mind and when I looked to Baba, I was close to tears, not asking for anything. I tried to contain myself as I knelt before Him. I sat in the temple, dwelling on my situations, and He allowed me to do the Shej in the Palki procession. I didn't deserve to with my fragile faith and high expectations, but in my opinion, I believe He tried showing me that He was with me to carry my pain regardless of whether the situation improves or worsens. Baba has granted my wishes many times, and has rejected the wrong wishes many times too. But I had stopped asking things from Him some time ago in the belief that when you gain something that is not in your fate, you have to compromise and lose something that you were fortunate enough to have. Although I am struggling deeply in life at the moment, I have written this short experience, to show that sometimes you have to stop expecting from Baba. He can never think of anything bad for you. It’s not in Baba's nature. You have to let Him do His job as He sees what we can’t and that He blessed me to allow to do the Shej during the procession even though I was not worthy of it, showing that doesn't matter what kind of devotee is before Him, He cannot withstand seeing anyone in pain. He suffers more than us for our sins.

My First Miraculous Experience Sai Saves My MBA


Anonymous Devotee from India says: Dear Readers, April 2010, the final day of my academic life and one of the most important as I had to submit my Project Report. At that time I never believed in Sai Baba. I always thought that hard work will help me overcome every problem. The day before the project submission, I was preparing and editing my project and also one of my friends, Rahul's project. I completed everything by 4 p.m. and went to give it for final print, binding and golden engraving on top of the binding. The printers, near Rahul's residence, refused to take the project as they would not be able to give it by 8 am next day. I was staying at Rahul's house and our college was about 40kms from there. We mailed it to a friend, who submitted it to a printer near our college and we were to collect it by 10 in the morning. The next day we left in Rahul's Car. After 15 - 20 minutes, we decided to read through our projects. I first read Rahul's presentation for him and then I opened my project report. Horror struck me as I opened my project. I had made one of the biggest blunders of my life. Instead of writing my details and project title on the first page, I had by mistake entered Rahul's details. This is the page that will be engraved and will also be inside. My entire two years of MBA and everything flashed right in front of me and it felt as though it was all over. The professors and interviewers would never accept it. After about 15 minutes of tensed discussions, Rahul said don't worry, just close your eyes and ask Sai Baba for help. Reluctantly I agreed and I closed my eyes and with all my heart I said Oh Sai, please help me, please just change everything. I beg u. I felt little lighter, but still the tension was not over. We reached the printer and were desperately searching for our project amongst 100, which were there. Rahul found his and it was perfect. When I found my project, I was shocked, I had goose bumps. Everything was perfect even the 1st page. The Miracle- My mind kept thinking how did this happen. When we reached the bill payment counter, the guy collecting it said, both of your projects had the same first page so I read inside and changed the first page for you. I was astonished. A guy, who did not know anything about the project, who had no need to read or change anything, he was also not educated and yet he did something so big. That person I realized was Sai Baba. He came in the form of that person to make the miracle fuse with reality. I was drawn like a bird with a string tied to his foot. Om Sai Ram

Shirdi Sai Baba In My Life


Sai Sister Niharika Ji from India says: Om Sai Ram. I am Niharika from Hyderabad. I am devotee of Sai Baba from more than 5 years. First of all, Hetal Ji, I am very thankful to you to give me this wonderful opportunity to share my Baba experiences with all of you. Please feel free to edit this post if it is too lengthy or if I have mentioned anything wrong here. Please do not mention my email id. In my childhood, I don’t know much about Baba and I used to worship Sri Venkayya Swamy (in Golagamudi, Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh). After completing my Engineering, I came to Bangalore for job search. During that phase, I met one person from my college only and from the same batch. But surprisingly I don’t know him, when I was in college. He is strong devotee of Shirdi Sai Baba. From him only, I came to know about Shirdi Sai Baba and Sai Satcharitra. Slowly I also started experiencing Baba's love and started reading Sai Satcharitra very often. Our friendship became Love. Finally it ended with marriage. All this is because of Sai blessings only. Actually our castes are different, but with Sai blessings, our parents agreed and they only did our marriage. Before marriage, I had to face lot of difficult situations in my office because of my manager. At one point, I have also decided to resign from my job, but I could not do so because of some family issues. I used to pray Baba and read Sai Satcharitra regularly at that time. Due to Baba's blessings, I got a wonderful chance to move to other team, whose manager is very good. Baba gave me good job. He has chosen His devotee as my husband. I am so thankful to Baba for all these. Recently also Baba saved me from a very difficult situation between my parents and my husband for the sake of gold. My husband wants to take gold loan and purchase something, but my parents are not happy with that decision. So I was praying to Baba like "they both (Parents & Husband) are like two eyes for me. I don’t want any of them to get hurt. Please handle this situation Baba”. Baba answered my prayers and saved me from this critical situation. Baba, Please forgive me if I do anything wrong and shower Your blessings on us. Since today is Thursday, I started Sai Satcharitra parayana for 1 week. Please help me in completing this successfully. Also I am trying for new job now and also want to get pregnant. Baba please bless for this. Without Your love and blessings, we cannot move forward in life. OM SAI RAM. For the first devotee: It is hard to understand Gods ways of doing things but all we can do is leave our hurdles to Baba and move on in the direction he shows us. Thanks for a giving all sai children a good reminder on how we should stop expecting everything.

    Sorry devotees I am sharing my 2 little experiences here.
    I had promised baba i will do it but as i didnt do it i think Baba gave me a little punishment and reminded me of it

    Experience 1
    =============
    I was at work a couple of weeks ago and i have standing job for like 8 hours. My right foot suddenly got severe pain and i tried so many things like putting in hot water or massaging but nothing worked. I prayed baba very strongly and applied UDI on my entire foot before sleeping. Next day my pain vanished completely and i was amazed at baba's blessings

    Experience 2
    =============
    Again before a few days at work as i have physical job , my right hand started paining severly and i cud not afford 2 stop working so i prayed baba heavily to relieve my pain and within no time i was completely alright. Thanka Baba!!!

    As i didnt share this with all readers as i had promised baba i think gave me a little punishment today:

    1) I lost my wallet unexpectedly with all cards (debit n credit) + a very special baba photo that came from shirdi. I am very sad at baba's picture loss. can't concentrate on anything.
    2) While talking on phone today itself My phone fell in the washroom and it stopped working.

    2 bad things at the same time. Baba I am sorry if i did any mistakes. Please forgive me and give me peace of mind. Please help me in getting my wallet(your photo) back and phone work.

      Baba is our father and mother. More over he is our sadguru. Don't even think baba will punish us. He just saves us from big problems.

    As i Promised to my baba to share one experience with all sai devotees which will help to increase their faiths and believes in our Sai Baba.My parents went for complete checkup in Oct 2012.I was very much tensed.And Prayed to baba that If my parents report will come normal then I will share the exp. with all devotees.From the reports ,I came to know that My dad's cholesterol level has been increased and Mom's glucose & sugar level has been increased.Doctor advised to do the check up again after 3months.My parents again went for checkup yesterday.Submitted their blood reports.Todays they got the same dad's cholesterol level has been little increased and Mom's glucose & sugar level has also been little increased .Dear devotees plz pray for my parents.I really love my parents.Due to babas blessing,my parents are alrite.

  22. Very nice experiences! Niharika Ji, Baba helped save you from the job situation and also the gold loan situation in your family, showing that Baba is there listening to all our worries and problems. 2nd devotee, it was Baba who helped make sure your MBA printing went well and also likely told the printer to make the change. Very good that everything worked out well. 1st devotee, Baba sometimes wants us to be patient and although you had to wait a long time to be in the procession, Baba gave it to you at the correct time. Baba gives us many good things, but we should just be patient that He will give those things to us at the correct time. Om Sai Ram!

    Baba is Beyond space and time, Sai's powers are unimaginable and not easy for mortals to understand.
