They Are My Brother And Sister-In-Law Says Shirdi Sai Baba – Sai Devotee Dhara

We all very well know that Shirdi Sai Baba meets each and every devotee who visits Shirdi. Even if He does not come to meet in bodily form, He plays Leelas with someone or to someone He comes in dream. The following is a recent experience of my family friend to whom Baba came to met in person and even gave them whatever they wanted just few minutes before leaving for Shirdi.

As said in an earlier post I had been to Shirdi to celebrate Diwali this year. One of our family friends (husband, wife, two kids and mother) were also called to celebrate Diwali in Shirdi. They went to Shirdi before two days of Diwali. At that time Shirdi was not crowded. They had blissful darshan for three long days. All the members in the family are true devotees of Sai Baba. They go to Shirdi almost every month. It is their practice take a garland from Samadhi Mandir and hang it on front side of their care before leaving Shirdi. It is a kind of prayer to Baba to take care in the way and also a request to Baba to come with them.

This time they were to return on next day of Diwali. There was huge crowd for darshan since morning. They had planned to leave Shirdi at about 11:00 am. But before leaving they wanted garland from Samadhi mandir. There seemed no chance to go inside and if they went inside by chance they would be able to come out only till noon. So they were in fix. The husband was standing outside Samadhi Mandir asking Baba’s permission to leave and apolising for not taking garland (rather say Baba) with them. Suddenly a security guard came from behind. He asked him “Do you wish to have Darshan ?” He said “yes”. He even asked “Do you want garland?” He said “If you have one extra then you please give me. I have to leave for Baroda and want Sai Prasad.” The security guard asked to follow him. In the meantime his wife also came from behind and they both entered Samadhi Mandir from side door along with that security guard. Another security guard tried to stop them, but he said “He majhe bhav ani vaini ahe” meaning they are my brother and sister-in-law. Following the security the guard they went ahead and Lo! they reached just in front of Baba’s idol. They both folded their hands and had a peacefulful darshan of Baba inspite of heavy crowd. The couple was very happy at this Leela of Baba and thanked Him with their deep heart. The security made arrangement for a garland and few Udi packets for them. He stood in a corner quietly waiting for them to finish off and then handed over garland and Udi packets. He even offered to give more, but they denied saying they had collected sufficient Udi.

Now security guard came out and went with them to bid good bye where their car was parked. In the way he told them that he lives in Shirdi since many years. They reached near the car wherein devotee’s mother and kids were seated. The security guard said to devotee’s mother “Your son and daughter-in-law are very kind”. How could a person judge another person in just few minutes!!! Who will help devotees to have peaceful darshan in the crowd of Shirdi!!! It was rightly Leela of Baba or rather Baba Himself to take care of His devotees’ needs and wishes before leaving Shirdi…Shri Sadguru Sainath Maharaj Ki Jai!!!
