A Couple of Sai Baba Experiences – Part 83

While we all are striving for one thing or other in our lives, Lord Sai Baba gives us everything we wish for, but when correct time comes. The same is being experienced by below devotees of Lord Sai Baba.

Blessings of Shirdi Sai Baba

Anonymous Devotee from USA says: Let me introduce myself as a devotee of Sai Baba, who has experienced many of Baba’s miracles. I will take this opportunity to narrate His most important blessing in my life and a one of my recent experiences.

I started worshipping Sai Baba ji, when I visited India in 2008 and when my Uncle took me to Sai Baba’s temple. I was going through a tough time, when my engagement was broken off and visiting Sai Baba ji and listening to His miracles rekindled hope in me. I came back to US and found that there was a Sai Baba temple near my workplace and I then made it a point to visit it every day. This gave me a lot of peace and helped me get out of my depression. During the same time period, my family started searching a groom for me. The search went for quite a few months, but we could not find a suitable groom in US. One day, I got extremely saddened by the state of affairs and left my office in the afternoon to visit Baba ji and share my worries with Him. I sat in Sai Baba’s temple for an hour and poured out all my worries to Him. I then went back to my office and found that I had received an email from a potential suitor, who met my expectations. I also considered this as a blessing from Sai Baba ji and started talking to this person. After many months of talking, we decided to meet. Before meeting Him, I went to Sai Baba’s temple and prayed Him to give me a sign if this person was right for me. After my prayers, as soon as I was about to leave the temple, a lady approached me and gave me a flower saying that she felt like giving me this flower. I thanked Sai Baba ji for His sign and went ahead to meet this person. We liked each other and after many meetings, we decided to marry. I am happy to say now that this marriage was a blessing from Sai Baba ji and my husband is a very caring and loving husband.

There is another small incident which motivated me to pen down my experience. I recently underwent a medical procedure, which left me weak. One night at 2 in the morning, I started suffering from intense pain. On calling up the emergency, we were told that the pain is a side effect and must be bearded through and I was supposed to rely on pain killers. My husband gave me a couple of pain killers and they were having no effect on me and I was in sheer agony. Then my husband asked me to concentrate on any one God and take His name and try to forget all my pain. I started chanting Sai Baba’s name and focused all my pain on Sai Baba ji. Within 5 minutes, I fell into a deep slumber and did not wake up until morning. I thank Sai Baba ji for helping me through this.

BABA Is Always With Us Giving Answers To All The Questions We Ask.

Sai Sister Harsha ji from USA says: My name is Harsha and I am an ardent devotee of BABA for the past five years. There are so many experiences I had with BABA. I cannot dare to write those as I can’t express them the way I felt, when I experienced those miracles. With the grace of BABA, I am sharing this experience that I had few days ago.

I am a software developer working in the US on H1-B VISA. I had to go for my VISA extension. As most of the people know, Immigration has been very tight in the US. I work for a consulting company. Before going for extension, I read Shri Sai Satcharitra asking BABA to give me H1-B for three years without any problem. Once done, I again asked BABA is there anything that I will have to do. I opened Sai Satcharitra for his advice. He wanted me to read GURUCHARITRA. So, I read GURUCHARITRA. I applied of H1-B extension. I got a query asking for additional documents. I didn’t have all the documents, which were asked. So, I prayed BABA and sent documents whatever I had. Days were passing by, but I haven’t got any decision whether my petition was approved or denied. I asked BABA for a 3 years extension. One day, I sat before BABA before going to bed and asked Him if You are really satisfied with the way I worship you, I need Your Darshan tonight. It did not happen. I was really depressed and cried before BABA saying that all I know is to pray You, eat nothing without offering You and read Your Leelas daily. If You are not satisfied with the way I worship You, You have to tell me how I should worship You and I asked Him again for His Darshan. I went to office very depressed thinking BABA is angry with me. At noon, I checked the website for any update status. I went to drink some water and I was thinking BABA is not with me. Suddenly this miracle happened. I again refreshed the page and saw my extension approved. Suddenly everything changed. I thanked BABA. I was not sure for how long that was approved. A week later on Thursday, I got my approval notice and my extension got approved for a year. I was worried and later thought that whatever BABA does, will be good for us and not, whatever we think. Still I am not satisfied as I asked BABA to give me three years extension, while reading Sai Satcharitra and Gurucharitra. I again asked BABA why He did like that and again opened Satcharitra. The page was discussing about Dhoomal’s incident where BABA says “It’s only because of My grace, you all are relieved”. I was satisfied with His answer. I told myself that BABA is with me and He had some other ideas for me. I went to Satsang and I asked BABA so many questions. To my surprise, I got all the answers during the Satsang. He wanted me to have SABURI. Whenever I ask BABA something, I ask Him to do it instantaneously. He gave me in some occasions. I understood what He was trying to give me, was utmost patience with pure love and dedication.

One thing we have to remember is even we can’t see BABA, He is always with you answering your questions and BABA constantly improves faith and devotion. Some times when we ask BABA for something, He may not give us. We should not feel bad. We should think that it was not good for me and there is something in His box, which He want to give us.

I am sure that I am not able to put the right words to express how I felt with this incident. BABA is always with me listening to me, answering me and testing me occasionally to strengthen my faith towards my GURU.

Sai Helped Me Secure A Job

Anonymous Devotee from USA says: Dear Hetalji, Thanks for the wonderful forum and giving us the wonderful experiences of the devotees throughout the world. This forum has been really my support. Please do not disclose my name and email id.

Whenever I used to be depressed, I open the forum and there would be some devotees, who would have shared the same problem of mine with the solution. This has not been happened once; still this is happening till now. I strongly believe that Sai is giving answer to my problems thru the other Devotee’s experiences.

I am married and living in US for 3 years. I entered US in dependent visa and hence I was not able to work. We tried various ways to get a job and visa and nothing was materialized. So after 1 1/2 years, I decided to study, and hoping that after I finish my masters I would get a job. So I changed my visa to F1 to become eligible to work later. Once I got my F1 approval, I started applying for Internship. Initially I didn’t get any call. My husband was getting more depressed than me and he started feeling nothing is happening in our way. I strongly believed Sai and used to cry every day before Him and asking him for a job. I didn’t know how to answer my husband, if I didn’t get a job. Because he has done so much for me and I wanted to make him happy.

Slowly I started getting interview calls. The first interview that I attended was good. I was hoping I would get in. But I didn’t. I attended couple of other interviews, and nothing was materialized. They were also not in the technology that I wanted. So I had a strong feeling that Sai would give me a job according to my liking. The days were running fast and I had to get some job quickly as companies were hiring for summer intern actively.

In the mean time, my university wanted teaching assistants (TA) to teach the undergraduate students for summer. I applied for that, and my Professor was very happy with my teaching capabilities and said I was also being considered as one of the prospective TA’s. Then finally I got an email saying they have decided to go with some other student. I believe everything was Sai’s play. If I had got a Teaching offer, I would not have had the opportunity to work in a company.

Finally around May 25, I got an email from a company asking suitable timings to set up for interview. The interview was scheduled on May 27 and I was given the offer on June 1. The position is just what I had desired. I am sure Sai knows what everyone wants and gives at the correct time.

I will be joining the company on June 20 with the blessing of Sai. Thanks and humble prayers to Lord Sai and to this forum for giving me strength to face everything in life.

Also, I wanted to add one more thing. We have been married for 3 years and we are now planning for a family. We seek the blessings of Sai and everyone in the forum to bless us with a baby soon. This planning stage is being very stressful and I need the some strength to face everything.
