Shirdi Sai – Our saviour – Sai Devotee Remya

If something is asked from our Lord with true heart and deep devotion, He never leaves any stone unturned to make the thing reach us.

My faith and devotion to Baba have increased manifold since 2005 and He has guarded me well.

Recently in Nov 2011, I had undergone IVF treatment to have children, but I did not succeed. So I was angry and upset with Baba. But my mind used to tell me everything is for good. There was always a conflict between my heart and my mind, where my mind said in spite of undergoing treatment and having full faith in Baba nothing worked. But my heart was constantly telling me not to give up hope and things will be better. So I used to light lamp, offer flowers and so on. But the intensity of my prayers decreased a bit due to this conflict. But later on I realised my folly and started my worship and listening to Sai Bhajans. I must mention here, though I have been reading this blog since 2008, I never went through the Bhajan section in the blog. It was during this time, I felt a sudden urge to listen to Sai songs and I must say I just love all the songs written and rendered by Rana Gill (Sai Tere Hazaaron Naam).


Coming to my experience, I was actually not very much looking forward for the New Year. For me, it was just another day. My mind was worried as how this year is going to be. We stay in a duplex house, where my in-laws stay in the ground floor and we stay in the first floor. On 1 Jan 2012, in the morning, I went to meet my in-laws to wish them New Year and my mother in law greets and gives me a gift saying that this gift has come in search of you. Our neighbour uncle has gifted Baba’s calendar to them in the morning and since I am a devotee of Baba, my mother in law gifted me with which I was very happy. I was yearning deep inside for some Prasad from Shirdi, as my UDI collection was getting exhausted and wanted a reassurance from Baba that He is with me. Just see how Baba pulled wires to make things happen.

I work in a small office of three people. My boss is a Christian and doesn’t believe in any gurus or priests of any order. My boss was planning to start some consultancy firm in his wife’s name through which he could earn extra income and for the same. He had invited 2 people to partner him in this new project. The discussions of the new project were over and they decided to start their operations. While leaving, one partner handed him a packet and left. My boss asked us to clear the meeting room and there we find that it was Baba’s 3D table calendar from Shirdi and also sugar candies from Shirdi. I and my colleague (She is also a devotee of Baba) were overwhelmed and so happy. We were sure that the calendar would come to us as our boss never believed in any Gurus. Our Boss after leaving the guests came back to his Cabin. He gave us the sweets, but not the Calendar. The 3D Calendar of Baba occupied his work station. We were so surprised because he makes fun of all gurus and priests and doesn’t even go to church. No offense meant here, just wanted to share that he is like an atheist.

The next day, he comes and enquires to me regarding Baba. He is aware that we both are devotees and he made us explain about Baba and his life. That was Thursday and it gave so much of happiness to us to explain about Baba to an atheist on Thursday. My boss has severe mood fluctuations. So my colleague said now Baba is sitting along with him and so we will have fewer tantrums from Him. Believe it or not, boss is now less cranky and takes care of us. We always have to remind our boss about appraisal and increment as this is a small office. This year without any reminders on his own, he increased our salaries and gave us good increment. I completely feel it is the miracle of Baba.

Still my mind was bent on getting some UDI from Shirdi. No one from my friends and relatives were visiting Shirdi and so I was thinking as to how I would get it and left it to Baba. Then on the second week of January, I get a call from my ex colleague saying she wants to send me something by courier. Off late I have not been in touch with her. It seems that she had been to Shirdi during New Year and she remembered me and got something for me. So I gave my address. I was not sure what I would be getting in the parcel. I was in tears when I saw UDI packet and ginger sugar sweet packet of Shirdi Sanstan. I realised I should never be angry or doubtful, when it comes to Baba. He knows for sure what is best for us and will guide us. I am sure by Baba’s grace all worldly miseries will be removed and lead a peaceful and blissful life.

    baba blessings r always with u and ur family..we r all sai,s children..sai will defenitely save us from all problems..u will get a pregnent soon..u will be happy..

  9. Just wanted to tell u that baba has blessed me with a healthy and most beautiful baby after several attempts of Ivf. I know it's easier said than done but BELIEVE in him with your heart and soul.. Read lots about him, listen to bhajans… I always felt if baba had given me a baby straightaway I wouldn't have known him so well… I thank baba for giving me an opportunity to know him… It might sound insane but hard tests are given only to those who get the best results… Just believe in him… He will not turn you empty handed..but the faith has to be rock solid.. Shri satchidanand satguru sainath maharaj ki jai!!!!!

    Even i am sailing in the same boat.I thought i will take ivf treatment my husband supported me initially but later refused to go for the treatment.I don't know what to do where to go.I am still believing that Baba will give me a baby of my own soon.

  21. The devotees who are trying for baby through ivf or otherwise …..please don't stress , just because its taking long to get pregnant does not mean it will never happen …i know its not easy but just pray and have faith

I had my son through ivf 13 years ago …I was beside myself when going through it …it was probably most stressful part of my life , in that year everything went wrong but when my son was born baba turned my life in such a way that i could not have imagined I pray and hope he does the same for all his devotees who have written here …

    Do nt worry .baba bless u with beautiful and healthy child soon…me also in the same boat..my 1st iui failed last month..but my faith towards baba is increased more..I am doing sai vrat ..
