Lord Sai Baba’s Mercy on Me – Anonymous Sai Devotee

An anonymous devotees has shared her few experiences with Lord Sai Baba.

When I was searching to read Saibaba’s miracles, I ran into your blog and it has been a part of my life. Now I usually come to your blog to read great miracles of Baba. Please don’t disclose my name or email id.

I have become Saibaba’s devotee since 2009 summer through my friend. I was going through some major health problems and we had problems with my husband not having a job for quite some time. I feel Baba only came to our rescue. I feel very fortunate to have Baba in my life. Even though it is just 2 years since I am His devotee, it feels like I know Him forever.

He has been a part of my life now and I feel He is there with me always. He has shown numerous miracles from small to big ones. Whenever I need His help, I have prayed for Him and He is there to help me and guide me. I wouldn’t be what I am today, without His grace and blessings.

Couple of my experiences from small to big:

As soon as my friend told me about Baba and His miracles, about Sai Nav Guruvar Vrat, I immediately said I would like to do the vrat. She got me the Vrat details the same day and with Baba’s grace, I was able to start the very next Thursday. During my Vrat period, Baba has showed His miracles in so many ways.

One miracle was that I was struggling to solve a problem at work and when I exhausted with all my attempts, I prayed to Baba and He helped me to fix the problem. Once I had a problem with my laptop and it was very clear that it was because of His miracle the problem just went away magically, when I prayed to Him.

There is Baba’s idol in a Hindu temple near our house and I came to know through the Aarti performed in the temple. Then I made it a habit to sing Shej Aarti at home. On one Friday evening, I went to the temple and I was thinking I wish I could get small pictures of Baba. I was also thinking about getting hold of a copy of Sai Satcharitra book. After the Aarti was over, I was talking to a Baba devotee in the temple. I was telling her about the Sai Vrat and she told me about Sai Satcharitra book. I told her about my wish and she immediately went to her car and got me a copy, which was also in English. I opened the book and there were two Baba’s pictures in the book. I was almost in tears and was amazed with Baba’s omnipresence and how He knows all our thoughts. Both my wishes came true. I used to read 1 chapter every day and after some time, I was also able to finish Parayan in 7 days by Saima’s grace.

Once I had seen a bag to keep the Silk Sarees and I had liked that so much like a small kid. I had forgotten all about it. During Gowri festival, one of my daughter’s teachers had invited me to her house to get the Prasad. How, all of a sudden I met her in the temple was also a miracle and I felt it was all Baba’s plan. To my surprise, I saw Baba’s photo in her temple and I got the bag I had wished for. I was surprised because I had even forgotten all about it and the way Baba fulfilled my wish.

I did Sai Vrat for the second time and I have been seeing a lot of improvement in my health condition and I feel He is there with me always.

During this summer, when we were planning to go to India, I also asked Baba to bless our family to visit Shirdi. As I have read in Satcharitra, it only happens if it is Baba’s wish and it came true. We were going there just two days before Gurupurnima. I was a little worried about having Darshan and able to attend the Aarti because I heard that it will be very crowded.

Shirdi trip got finalized and we all went to Shirdi as planned by His grace. My mind was in a disturbed state due to couple of reasons during my journey and there was lot of tension in me. We were able to go through the long like line with the kids and make it to Dhoop Aarti. It was so crowded and it was a miracle even to reach Baba’s Samadhi. While we were going in the line after the Aarti, the security person looked at me and said “Aramse darshan karo” (“take your time to see him”) and I felt Baba is telling this and I was filled with joy.

Next day, it was Thursday and we had to return from Shirdi in the afternoon. I wanted to go to Kakad Aarti, but I couldn’t make it. I went alone to have Baba’s Darshan before we left. Again there was a huge line and I had only one hour to return to the room and pack up. It was all Baba’s wish because the guy who took care of my sandals, told me that I can make it in 1 hour if I go immediately.

Then I went through the line as I knew Baba would help me to get there and get me back in time. I got nice Darshan and when I was coming around in the line and when priests were standing and giving Prasad, there was so much rush and I was thinking in my mind, there is no way I could get any Prasad, right then, rose fell into my hand and my joy knew no bounds.

I also wanted to bring some UDI as Prasad and I managed to get it in time. When I came back to the room in a hurry to pack up and head back to the airport, to my surprise, kids had all packed the bags up and I didn’t need to do anything. This was all Baba’s grace and blessings He showered on us. My only wish is to go to Shirdi again with a calm mind and be able to relax and stay for another day or two and have His Darshan for a long time and visit the places which I couldn’t.

My husband was looking for a job for quite some time and Baba had indicated it in the Chit method I follow sometimes that he will get it after we come back from India. After we came back, I was nervous because nothing was happening. I used my Chit method and Baba indicated that it will happen in September. On September 1st, my husband was offered a job.

For some reason, this might be Baba’s wish, the job didn’t last for a long time and my husband is looking for a job again. I was very disappointed and wondered why this is happened. I think Baba has a better job for him and will bless him with a job soon.

I will post my experience again as soon as this comes true. We just have to have “FAITH” and “PATIENCE” as Baba’s wish and He will shower us with His blessings. There are still more experiences that I would like to share next time. I love you Saima.
