A Couple of Sai Baba Experiences – Part 835

Blissful Shirdi Trip

Sai Sister Geetanjali from India says: Jai Sai Ram, I have shared some of my previous experiences at Hetal ji’s blog long time back. My earlier experiences are Meeting With Baba At Chicago Airport, Sai Baba Blessed On Guru Poornima and Grace Of Baba Felt At Each Step. This experience is long pending to be shared but somehow was getting delayed. On Baba’s inspiration, I now try to recollect and narrate this experience during our trip to Shirdi in October 2012.

After a long gap of 3 years, I got an offer from a company and I was supposed to join on October 18, 2012. Around 1st week of October, while working out in a gym, a thought crossed my mind that how nice it would be if someone was going to Shirdi and could get me a small Idol of Baba to keep with me at my desk in office, when I join. I have been working for more than 8 years but have never kept any Pictures / Idol of Baba at my desk apart from having them as desktop / laptop wallpapers. Why this thought crossed my mind, I don’t know. The same evening, I got a call from my guru brother from Pune whom I fondly call ‘Dada’ saying that he was going to Shirdi the next day. I immediately told him, “Dada, please buy a small Idol of Baba along with clothes and garland and courier it to me and I will bear the courier expenses.” He happily obliged and called me from Shirdi after His Darshan and said that he had got an Idol for me after he finished his Darshan and also got the clothes and garland.

I had a deep desire to have the Idol consecrated at Baba’s Samadhi but since he had already finished his Darshan and couldn’t go back in general queue, he refused. I then asked him if he could purchase an additional set of clothes but he somehow couldn’t. I had no option but to leave the thought then. This all happened in the first week of October. He went back to Pune and told me that he will courier the idol to me making sure that it reaches me before I join. A sudden turn of events took place and Baba’s invitation for us to visit Shirdi came. My husband just casually asked me that one of his friends is planning to go to Shirdi and if I would like to go. I was dumbfounded and said yes. Everything got planned so hurriedly that we didn’t get much time to think. Within 4 days of Dada’s visit, our plan got materialized. We were 2 families and decided to drive our way from Bangalore to Shirdi and on the way have Darshan at Pandharpur and Kolhapur as well. On 10th October, I got a call from Dada saying that his wife has sent Baba’s Idol by courier and it should reach me by 12th afternoon. We planned to leave on 12th morning and i was little disappointed that even this time, I wouldn’t be able to take the idol to get it consecrated at the Samadhi. But Baba had different plans, the courier reached on 11th evening itself and I knew the blessings are ahead. We were all extremely delighted to start our journey.

We left as planned from Bangalore and reached at Pandharpur. We were just in time for the Kakad Aarti. Though we were too tired driving all night, we decided to go for Darshan and take rest after that. We alighted at Gajanan Maharaj’s ashram and got ready and went for Kakad Aarti at Pandharpur. Had a blissful Darshan there and left for Shirdi after taking some rest. We reached Shirdi by evening and attended Shej Aarti at the temple. Next morning, we went for Darshan at the Samadhi Mandir and I took the Idol with me. Again, we had a wonderful Darshan and my wish to get Baba’s idol touched at Samadhi also got fulfilled. We went to Lendi Baug to light the Diyas and then finished our Darshan from there. We went to Dwarkamai and Chavadi and took permission from Baba to leave with His blessings.

We then left from Shirdi and went on Pune route to Bangalore. While on the way to Pune, we had the good fortune to take Darshan at two Ashtvinayakas at Ozar and Lenyadri. We stayed in Pune that night and next morning left for Maha Lakshmi Darshan at Kolhapur. We had a wonderful Darshan here also and after taking Devi’s blessings, we left on our way back to Bangalore. When we thought our trip was over, God planned us to visit another pilgrimage before we could come back home. On the way back, we were diverted on our route and reached a place called ‘Hari Hara’. The town is known after the Hari Hareshwar Temple where the image of the deity is a fusion of the right vertical half of Shiva and left vertical half of Vishnu. We were mesmerized by the Darshan and filling our hearts with piety, we left the place and finally returned to Bangalore. On every step, it felt like as if the 5-day trip was just a blessing in every sense of the word for all of us. Baba took care of us at every step and even the smallest of my wish was fulfilled and taken care of. Thank You Sai Baba for everything and pray to You to keep blessing all of us with faith and devotion towards Your feet. Amen! Bow to Sri Sai. Peace be to all.

Experiences With My Sai Baba

Anonymous Devotee from Canada says: Sai Baba fulfils our every single wish but on right time. Baba fulfils our every single wish. Keep your faith and patience. I am a big devotee of Shri Sai Baba. I came to know about Baba in 2010. There are a number of experiences with Baba that shows His existence in this world as well as in my life. In 2010, I was working and planning to get enrolled in Ph.D. In my apartment there was a big poster of Sai Baba with all His sayings written on it. I used to read those sayings daily and developed my faith in Baba. I prayed to Baba for my admission in Ph.D. Baba showered His blessings on me. I got enrolled in Ph.D. with good fellowship amount and completed my Ph.D. on time.

I did 9 Guruvar Vrat for getting a good match as my mother was really worried about my marriage. Sai Baba helped me to get a wonderful life partner. I got married within a month. I am now happily married. My husband is living in Canada so I moved to Canada after my marriage. I was very nervous about moving to Canada. My husband got an apartment for rent. From the airport, i directly went to the apartment. There was nothing in that apartment except one poster of Sai Baba at entry. I was surprised and my happiness felt no boundaries. My husband knew nothing about this as he was moved to that apartment in the morning the same day i arrived. Baba welcomed me in a new country and showed me His blessings that He is always with me. There is one Sai Baba temple here which is opened few months ago. I use to go there every Thursday for His blessings.

My husband always wanted to get a govt. job. He applied for one job and successfully passed his interview but still we were not able to get any further information about his selection. So i put in question and answer website and Baba gave me an answer that work will be done within 8 days. With Baba’s blessings he got a job within the mentioned period. It’s been 5 months that I am also looking for a job but i have full faith in my Sai Baba, He will definitely help me to get a good job soon. At last, i want to say that just keep your faith in Sai Baba. He is always with us in any situation and fulfils our wishes when there will be the right time.

Baba Blessed Me With Job

Surprisingly one day one of my acquaintance (I had met her only once that too for few minutes, 2 years back, In that few minutes we had exchanged our phone numbers, we were exchanging messages very rarely) called me and said i am quitting my job and I want to place you in my position, so tomorrow come to my company and submit your resume. Since even I was looking for change of job, I submitted my resume. After fifteen days I got call from the company to attend the interview. On the interview day I was very upset because my engagement was broken and one of the software company didn’t turn back (they had said me we’ll send you offer letter, but they didn’t). In a very bad situation, I attended my acquaintance company interview, I didn’t do well in the interview and the interview was on Thursday. I was sure I’ll not be selected. Surprisingly they called me on Tuesday and said Thursday you have a HR round. With Baba’s grace I got Job confirmation today and once again it’s Thursday. I believe this job will help my career to grow. All This Happened Only Because Of Baba. Thank You Baba.

I have posted my experience last month saying Sai is not seeing me. I was very depressed last month, had lost all hopes in job and in life for some reason. I’m B.E graduate, was working for very less pay, In the mean time my Mother was searching for marriage alliance, but it was not working (Initially guy’s family would say” we like the proposal, shortly we’ll let you know when is our next meet” later they never used to turned back, This has happened ‘N’ no of times). I am doing Sai Nav Guruvar Vrat and have read Sai Satcharitra couple of times. Now my confidence, faith has increased, i am sure Baba will bless me good life partner too very soon. One more thing I would like to share. when I was very upset few months ago, I asked a question to Baba at www.yoursaibaba.com and the answer was “The work held-up for 3 years will soon be completed. After completion of auspicious function new work will start. You are planning to travel. You will gain. There will be great profit in the month of Shravana. (August)” I’m joining for my new job in August. Lastly I would like to close by saying Never Ever Lose Hope In Life. You Are Not Alone , Baba Is With You.
