Sai Baba Helped Us In Buying Property

Anonymous Devotee from India says: I am a 30 year old married female from Bangalore. Sai Baba helped us in buying property. Om Sai Ram. This is my second experience I am sharing in this blog. I am a married female from Bangalore. We were thinking of buying a site in Bangalore since three years. Somehow it was never happening and my husband was also reluctant as we would have arrange for some 30% of the amount of the site as we could get loan for only up to 70% of the property amount. People staying in Bangalore would know the difficulties in buying a site. We have to go through many obstacles. I did Sai Vrat when I was pregnant and I prayed Sai Baba to help us in buying the property. We were starting a family and I wished we could build a house of our own. We started looking out for the property since Dec 2013, we went and saw many properties and finalized one plot in a villa gated community. The day we went to their office to formally discuss about the property I saw Sai Baba’s portrait and felt very happy and I was sure that Sai would help us and take care of everything. We got the agreement done by paying the initial amount.

Then the actual issue started, we just checked my husband’s cibil score and it was just below than required. So we were not sure of if banks would approve the loan. Then one bank agreed to give the loan, and we applied for the loan. They kept on asking for so many documents related to the property and we were providing whatever they asked. Days passed and it was almost end of Feb 2014. My husband had to travel to UK by mid-March. I was getting tensed as in how I would handle all these alone if we cannot get the registration done before he leaves to UK. The owner of the property was also a Sai Devotee and he assured me that he will help me in everything and take care of the registration as well. In mid March my husband left to UK giving all the documents to me. Now it was my turn to run behind the bank and get the loan approved. With the small kid, I had to go to bank several times and also go to the site office to get the necessary documents. I gave them everything what they asked and the Manager assured me that the loan will get approved. But it was a shock to receive a call from the Manager and learn that the legal team had rejected the loan because of some reason. I was heartbroken, thinking how to arrange for the rest of the amount as our agreement amount also would go for the toss.

But Sai helped me here through the bank manager. He said as a last try I will try getting it approved from a different lawyer. I just prayed Sai Baba to help me and not disappoint me after coming a long way. If we could not arrange the loan in another 15 days, we almost had to cancel the agreement as the owner would not wait for so long and he was travelling overseas for few months. I kept praying Baba, what a miracle! I received a call from the manager and he informed me that the loan is sanctioned and we can proceed with the registration. The owner was a gentleman, may be because he is a Sai devotee too. He helped me in registration and registration was on April 9th, and it all went smoothly. One more thing I would like to mention is that, whenever I was asking Sai regarding property in Sai Baba question and answer site, I used to get a reply saying “Work will be done next year”. I was getting confused as in how can this be? Next year would be too late and we cannot even buy this property as they would not wait for so long. Then in the month of March, on the day of Udagi I realized, Sai meant next year was after the Hindu New Year that is Udagi. Thank you all for reading my long post. Baba’s Miracle

Sai Brother Sudarshan from USA says: Om Sai Ram. I and my entire family have been Sai Baba devotees from childhood. I always see Him as our Family Member, Guru, and as my Everything. I feel His presence everyday in my life. We live in Chicago. Thank You Hetal ji for the wonderful website. One evening, I was checking my mail and received a court notice for failure to pay traffic fine and if I don’t pay the fine within the time period, my license would be cancelled. I was shocked to see a notice, as I was not stopped recently for any offence. Initially I was thinking, the notice was a fake notice to get money. Upon further checking the website, in the notice, it was found to be a real website of the court. Upon further verification, I found it was a speeding violation and I was shocked, how could I get a failure to pay notice, when I never received any notice for speeding and was never stopped and no citation received. I had many sleepless nights and trying to research how it was possible and what could have happened. I kept on praying to Baba and asking for His Grace and Help.

I contacted few attorneys for advice, some of them checked and said that the car information and license information was mine and doubted my story and said it might be very difficult to prove it in absence of any strong evidence. One of them was thinking, if my personal information was stolen and was an identity fraud victim, and I told him, I don’t mind spending money to fight the case. But he said that we can try, I might have to pay a lot of fees for him and chances were not that great. I was not satisfied with the advice and wasn’t sure how I could prove my innocence. I was always praying to Baba and asking for His help and forgiveness for any mistake committed knowingly or unknowingly. I was calling many lawyers, and then I spoke to one lawyer’s receptionist. I told her my problem and she suggested that it could be a mistake by cops and asking to take the ticket to the police station and check with them. That was the ray of light from Baba. He through the receptionist showed me the way. That it was somebody else car and my license information mixed up. I did not have any high hopes, based on the Google. But i prayed to Baba and went to police station and showed them all relevant documents. Then one nice cop said, he knew the mistake and took my information and told me to take a new court date and reopen the case and the cop will come and tell about the error. I decided to do 1 Lakh Baba’s Name Jap. I was happy after talking to them.

But there was still lot of work before the court clears it up. I had to file a motion to vacate the order and take the court date and go and explain it to the judge the problem and hoping the cop comes and tells about his error. I took all the documents to the court to file for petition and take a court date. When I went there to pay the fees, that lady at the court say my papers and said I might need to wait. As they need to investigate my case. I was kind of worried. The lady went to some of her superiors for help with my case. After some time the lady came and Wonder of Wonders happened, she said that the case is cancelled and cleared. All charges dropped. No need to pay any fees and come to court and gave me a letter in that effect. I was so relieved and happy and I was thanking Baba for the unbelievable Miracle. I completed the name Jap in few weeks. Words might not be enough to describe my thanks and I remembered one of Baba’s commandants, I am ever living to help and guide all who come to Me, who surrender to Me and who seek refuge in me. Baba I Need Your Help

Anonymous Devotee from India says: First of all, i thank the admin of this page for his wonderful service. I came to know about Baba, when i was in 6th standard from my aunt. I used to attend Sai Baba Bhajan regularly organised by her. From then onwards, i used to pray to Baba. Baba helped me a lot in many situations whether it is big or small. I prayed to Baba to get into a nice institution. By Baba’s Grace, i got placed into it. I completed my UG course. When i was in my first year of my UG course, i ignored Baba (Sorry Baba). I was in a new environment. But Baba won’t leave His devotees. I had a problem in receiving my UG certificates. It was the fault of the persons in my college. I prayed to Baba a lot to help me out of this. I struggled for 3 months and at last i got my certificates with Baba’s blessings. This all happened because of Baba.

After that, i was preparing for competitive exams and worked hard and cleared the written exam. On the way to my interview, i showered with Baba blessings in the form Baba. Same happened while i was returning back. At last, i cleared the exam. I got a government job. But i did not got posting because of certificates problem. I was rejected for this. I don’t know why this happened. It may be because of my past mistakes. But i have faith in Baba. He will again help me. He will always be with me. He will give my job again. He will help me out. I again wrote the exam, completed with interviews and waiting for the results. Baba please help me. I am waiting for the results. Please forgive me Baba if i made any mistakes or i missed anything. Baba Helped My Friend In Clearing His Exam

Anonymous Devotee from India says: This is my second post. Baba helps everyone, who prays and seeks help from Him. My Friend is going from difficult situation from past 2 years. He lost his mother 2 years back. He has to suffer a lot as no one is there to support him. He alone earns for him working part time, studying chartered accountant. You all know, how difficult it is. He is a merit student, but could not clear the exam at first attempt. He was frustrated. He won’t believe in Gods. It was very hard to convince him. I convinced him somehow and asked him to pray to Baba. He prayed to Baba and visited Shiridi. After that, he cleared the exam. This happened because of Baba’s blessings. Please Baba, please be with him. Help him in every path of his life as a parent as no one is there for him. Baba will help every devotee who seek help from Him. Om Sri Sai Ram! Baba Helped My 4 Year Old Son

Sai Sister Shilpa from USA says: Baba always proves that He is next to His devotees. My 4 year old is hysterical about using the toilet. Diaper was a must for him because of this. We could not afford to so that for any longer since he is already 4 years old and starting school next year. Every time we coaxed him, it became worse. We decided not to buy anymore of diapers and ran out of it. So he was holding on to himself for last 24 hours without using the toilet but I know he was struggling to hold. I prayed Baba to help my baby feel better and would write the experience if he volunteered to use toilet in next 10 minutes. Within 5 minutes or so, he couldn’t help but relieve himself in the toilet. Thank You so much Baba. He is with us all the time. No matter how big a trouble is. Jai Sai Ram.

Baba Helped In My Career

Anonymous Devotee from USA says: Hi to all the faithful devotees of Sai. First of all, I would like to thank the group admin for creating such a wonderful platform to increase the faith on Baba. I do read daily all the Miracles of Sai posted by various number of devotees. I became so attached to Baba. Also so many Miracles happened in my life because of Sai Baba. Recently, I got visa and went to U.S. to do the masters. This is my second experience that I am posting. As I said, recently I got visa and came to USA for doing masters. I joined in one university with conditional admit and I paid all the fees about 6 Lakhs to them. After few days, my uncle called and asked me to change the branch because the branch which I have joined had no growth here. But it was not possible to me as I didn’t have another admission from university. Then I asked in my university. They said that if I have any admit from any other university within two days they will transfer me to that with all the fees. But I had only 2 days time. I think it was impossible to get the admission from other.

My uncle talked with one university and they were ready to give the admission if everything is good. So I applied on that day itself but that day I didn’t get any reply from them and they were saying that they didn’t receive any applications. I got very tensed if I can’t get I have to stay here and it will be a big problem for me to the next semester. As I believed Sai Baba, I have full faith and confidence on Him that Sai Baba will surely get my admission. I thoroughly chanted Sai Name and I said Sai Baba if I got the admission I will do Sai Nava Vrat and I have the only 4 hours of time to get the admission. I was continually calling to them but they were not responding to me. I did not understand what to do. But I knew, Sai is there for me. I got message from my brother that the university accepted my admission and they sent the letter to him and immediately I did all the process and successfully transferred to the university. This is all because of Sai Baba. Without Him, it would not happen. I really love You Sai Baba. Thank You for listening my prayer. I believed You and surrendered my life in Your Feet and You are the care taker of me. Please keep my life in correct path Baba. Please pray Baba with faith and trust Baba wholeheartedly.
