My Experiences With Shirdi Sai Baba

Sai Brother Suraj from India says: I’m a 24 year (will be 25 in July 2016) guy born in a middle class family of Chembur, Mumbai. I am the only son of my parents. I am friendly, down-to-earth, jovial, honest etc. I am a multi-talented guy i.e. singer, multi-instrumentalist, motivational speaker, yoga expert, graphic designer, adviser etc. My humble salutations to Shree Shirdi Sai Baba. Kudos to Hetal ji & her team for spreading the message of Baba through this great work of sharing the experiences of Sai devotees, which is helping to keep humanity alive in this Kali Yuga. There’s a stanza in the famous Sai Bhajan sung by Sonu Nigam called “Suno Suno” which says “Bhakti Bhaav Se Jo Bhi Man Se Yaad Sai Ko Karte, Maha Dayalu Sai Unke Pal Mein Sankat Harte” which means “Whoever remembers Sai with full devotion, the ever compassionate Baba removes their difficulties within minutes” & really it’s working out for all those who pray to Him. I have lots of experiences which are given below and apologies to Baba for not posting them on time due to various reasons.

How I started believing in Baba- My parents and my mother’s side are great devotees of Satya Sai Baba and have been to Puttaparthi umpteen times. During my childhood and teenage years, though I heard of Baba in the form of His films, books and TV serials; I did not know the power of prayers. In the year 2014, my families were having lots of difficulties. My father lost his job in 2009 due to the world recession and was struggling to get a good break. Due to his frustrations, there used to be fights which would end up my parents not speaking to each other for a few days. I used to get scared, inhibited and nervous due to the above situations. There used to be a serial called “Sai Baba” by Ramanand Sagar which was telecasted on Star Plus. I used to watch the episodes Sai Baba of 1st season by Sagar Arts & Sai Baba Tere Hazaaron Hath by Sagar Pictures. By watching the episodes on YouTube, my faith in Baba slowly started to rise.

How I got job at Infosys- It was Jan 2015, the New Year began. I started looking out for a job at Infosys. I went through many rounds of interviews. The first interview was in HSR Layout, Bangalore. It went smoothly by Baba’s grace. Then came the telephonic interview. Due to some error committed by me, I got rejected. In JP Nagar 6th Phase, Bangalore; there was a Sai Mandir called “Shanti Dham”. I used to go there many times during my interview days in the Bannerghatta Infosys (also called Towers building). My 2nd telephonic interview was a great success due to Baba’s grace. I cleared all the rounds of interviews through His blessings. I went to the Mysore Infosys for training on 21st Feb 2015. While waiting for the train at Bangalore Railway station, I befriended a guy named Preetam Lunawat who came to Bangalore the previous evening from Pune. He was also going to the same company for training as he’s a Computer Engineer. It’s all Baba’s miracle for sending him as a companion in order to not make me lonely while travelling alone. We both became great friends. We both reached Mysore safe and sound by Baba’s grace. He said we’ll meet on Monday as he wants to sight see the place with his cousin living in Mysore. I had lunch at a good Vegetarian hotel. While entering the company car to go to the main reception of the company guest house, there was a small photo of Baba at the car’s dashboard. I felt so happy, relieved and thrilled that Baba welcomed me to a new world at Infosys Mysore. While staying at the campus, Baba was constantly helping and standing by me at every situation over there. Before going to Mysore, I took a vow at JP Nagar Sai Mandir that if my training at Mysore went successful, I would go to any Sai Mandir at Mysore city and fulfil my vow. I fulfilled my vow successfully at the Sai Mandir at Mysore & came back safely to Bangalore after my training was over in Mysore.

Baba’s Timely Help

Thanks to Hetal ji and entire team working on this auspicious blog which boosts faith and devotion towards our beloved Sai. By Baba’s grace, I already shared few of His blessings showered on me through this site. I can say I am a devotee of Sai from my childhood but sometimes may be due to my past Karma I used to lost faith on Baba and again by His Grace able to again pull towards Him. Please Baba save me from that kind of situation in future. Don’t make me to lose faith on You in my any kind of situations. I am going to share my recent experiences. I am working in US and living with my family. Suddenly there was big twist in my current status and have to leave US at that point. I was very much disappointed and cried in front of Baba as I don’t know what to do. Later after few days I realized everything happened is for good sake so gained some confidence by Sai’s Grace and travelled to India leaving my family. It was really tough for me in that situation. I reached India and got stamped without any issues as I am feeling Baba’s Grace throughout Journey.

At that point there were so many rejections happening at embassy as well as at Port of Entry in US. Baba saved him from all those issues and able to join my family without any issue. I always bow to Your Holy Feet for making this so smooth, without You it cannot happen in this way. I am still waiting for some magic to happen, Hope Baba sets everything back to normal as You always do for Your devotees with so much care and affection. I promised Baba that I share my experience if everything goes well with my trip. Hearty thanks my Dear Baba. Om Sai Ram. Another experience is one day my 3 years old daughter suddenly fell sick with high fever and cold. Cold is pretty common during winter but her body temperature was too high. I can feel warm from her clothes itself. I got very scared as she is very picky eater and with fever she won’t eat anything. On that night itself I prayed to Baba and applied Udi on her forehead, stomach. By next day morning her body temperature came to normal and she didn’t any symptoms of fever. I was very Thankful to Baba. He is the all-time protector and takes care of us nicely. Anantha Koti Pranam. Sadguru Sai Nath Maharaj Ki Jai. Please Baba save my Parents from tensions and relieve them from stress, they are big devotees of You. Also shower Your blessings on all of us.

Baba Is Always With Us

Reading the experiences of all the devotees gives so much joy and hope in our day to day life. Baba please showers Your blessings on everyone always. I have been to Sai Mandir when I was younger but have become very close to Baba since 2009. Baba had always shown us the right path. I visited Shirdi for the first time 3 years ago and it was such a wonderful experience. Sainathaya Arpanamasthu. My son after finishing school applied for medicine but did not get an interview call for three consecutive years. He became quite dejected and had to take on some other course. My sister in law told me about the Satcharitra Parayanam. I started my reading and finished it in seven days. Within a week he got an interview call. After that we did not hear any results for some time, which is when I did the Parayanam for the second time. Again within a week he got the results that he was selected. He is now doing his medical degree and is very happy. Thank You Baba for helping my son.

The second experience was with my daughter, she did an English degree. She worked hard and was aiming for a first class. Somehow she felt that she had not performed that well, again my Baba blessed her. I did the Parayanam and she passed with a first class. I have been doing the Parayanam quite regularly since then and it has helped with my outlook on life and my attitude. That I think is the biggest gift for me. Recently I had to have an MRI scan, I was very anxious but during the procedure I kept my eyes closed and just meditated on Baba and He helped to go through with it. Life has a lot of ups and downs and Baba teaches us how to face it and take things as they come to us. Thank You Baba, always be with everyone and bless them. Awesome Experience

Anonymous Devotee from US says: Om Sai Ram, I am a devotee of Sainath and had great experiences since I have been His devotee. I have started praying to Sainath since two years and from then I have been praying Him and With His grace, I have learnt to be strong no matters what. Two of the best experiences I have seen due to His grace and having faith in Sainath. My brother was trying for student visa since his graduation and was not able to accomplish his goal for about 6-8 months and everyone in the family were very upset and I decided to do 9 Thursdays Vrat for my brother and started doing my Vrat and surprisingly before my 9th Thursday, my brother was approved with the US visa. I felt so happy and my faith and trust in Baba strengthened. It was the happiest moment and thanked Baba. Om Sai Ram! The other experience I had was when my 5 years old niece was not feeling good and everybody in the family were tensed for his health again while my family being joint. I was here in US alone, crying for my niece for about 5 days continuously and I prayed in front of Baba’s photo for his good health and decided to do 9 Thursday’s Vrat and within one week he was recovered and everyone was happy. I got to visit Baba’s temple after his recovery, I was so happy to visit temple. I literally cried and thanked a lot in the temple for His Hand on me and my family. Om Sai Ram, I wish all good health and wealth with God’s grace. Thank You.

Sai Baba Helped Me In Difficult Situation

Anonymous Devotee from Zambia says: I am simple devotee of Sri Sai Baba. Since my marriage, my life is not good. I went to Shirdi in February 2013. I went to Shani Shignapur also. From 2013 things are changing slowly in my favour. In September, my husband came to Zambia. In 2014, I joined with my husband with my 6 years daughter. 6 months we were very happy. After 6 months due to US dollar fluctuations my husband’s salary went down. There was no increment in my husband’s salary. In 2015 there were no savings. It was very difficult for us to come to India. In December 2015, I started Sai Nav Guruvar Vrat. In first week only I got job and in 9th week, my husband’s salary was increased. Thank You so much Baba. My employer was applying for my permit he asked me about my relieving letter. I forgot my relieving letter in India I don’t know where I kept. My mother was searching she did not find it. I prayed to Baba please help me. After some time I called to my mom she found my relieving letter immediately she send the scanned copy. Thank You so much Baba, You helped me a lot. Please Baba help me in my salary increment.

Sai’s Miracle

Anonymous Devotee from USA says: Sai Ram. Thanks Hetal ji for this wonderful work done by you. I would like to share the experience that I had with Sai Baba. I am a Sai devotee for the past 6 years. I came to know about Baba after my marriage. My husband’s family are devotees of Baba. November 2015 I had my general health check up done and the results showed my Blood Protein level was high. I was really worried about this and prayed to Baba and promised to take 9 Thursday Vrat and started to do the Vrat. The next time when I went to see my doctor the protein level started to reduce and doctor told that all the other blood reports are normal nothing to worry about this and he has asked me to come for one more check up after 3 months. I have strong faith in Baba that next time when I go for check up everything would come to normal. Jai Sai Ram.
