My Miraculous Pregnancy – Baba’s Gift

I have shared one of my previous experience here long time back and my fertility issues. I was diagnosed with PCOD (Poly cystic Ovary Disease) and was advised by gynaecologists to opt for assisted fertility treatments like IUI and IVF. To give you a back ground, I was 31 years old when I got married and then after a year we visited a hospital as I was not conceiving where it was found that I have PCOD and my husband too had minor issues. We tried our luck to conceive naturally for almost a year with no positive result. My doctor suggested that we try three rounds of IUI (Inter Uterine Insemination) and if that doesn’t work then to switch over to IVF as the quality of my eggs were deteriorating rapidly.

So in another year, I had three unsuccessful rounds of IUI. So we finally decided to go for IVF. The first round of IVF was done in 2010 with no positive result and the second one in 2011 again with no positive result. Though the embryos transferred to my uterus were of good quality the doctor was unable to explain as to why I could not conceive. We were emotionally, financially and physically stressed so much. I had almost reached on the verge of depression, but constant reading of Satcharitra and regular prayers helped me tide through this difficult phase. Though we were consulting in one of the leading hospitals in Bangalore, I was quite tired of the doctor’s approach and also somehow started feeling cheated.

By now I was diagnosed with type-II diabetes too. Hence for a last time we shifted to another renowned fertility specialist and a hospital. What awaited us there was a night mare. In the first meeting the doctor was nice and as usual we had to undergo so many tests which was the routine course. By then the quality of my eggs had deteriorated badly and so they were not so hopeful of the quality of embryos. To top it, my husband’s semen quality also was bad. But still the doctor said that they would try for one more round of IVF in 2012. Our desperate state to have a child propelled us to go through the difficulties. Once the treatment started, the doctor and the hospital staff turned very cold and literally treated me like a guinea pig; in simple words unprofessional and non-empathetic. Their treatment protocol resulted in ovaries enlarging too much and hardly any eggs were released. With just a single egg they treated and finally an embryo was implanted to my uterus with lots of hopes. Next two weeks passed by with painful oestrogen injections and the hope of seeing a positive result. Exactly after 14 days of embryo transfer, I was supposed to do the blood test to confirm pregnancy or not.

We were waiting patiently for that day. I was anxious the whole night and it was a full moon day. I saw the full moon and got mentally prepared for the next day’s result and slept off. At around 4 a.m., I had a strange dream of Baba coming in my dream with a baby on His lap against the back drop of full moon and I woke up thinking I would be getting a positive result today. By morning 10 a.m. I had severe stomach cramps and finally I got periods. I was devastated with the result and felt why did Baba show me such a dream and then such was the result. We went to consult the doctor and she told us that it was medically next to impossible for me to conceive as the quality and quantity of eggs were extremely poor and we should opt for donor’s egg if I wanted to conceive or else look at adoption as a possibility. I was numb to react but something inside me told Baba will never lie and He will fulfil His promise to me.

After my periods got over, I first visited Baba’s temple and prayed to Him to show me a way. By then we had collectively decided that we will not further go to any fertility treatments and take any kind of torture. I started concentrating more on my career and other things. In the mean while a young brahmachari from UP who was a Sai devotee started coming to our house for seeking alms. He only used to come to our house and go away. He would tell my in-laws that I am coming to this house because here is a Sai devotee. I met him once when he had come for alms. He waits outside the gate and never comes inside. When I went to give some money he blessed me and said in hindi “jo tumne sapne me dekha who sach hoga” which means what you saw in dreams will come true. I had not disclosed my dream to anyone except my close friend who is also an ardent Sai devotee.

2013 passed away with nothing much and then in 2014, my mom suggested that I should take an ayurvedic detox treatment after 3 IVFS. My body was in a bad shape and to top it I had gained a lot of weight too. The first thing that I did was to consult an ayurvedic doctor in my native place in Kerala. After seeing my reports fully he said, ‘I am no one to say that you will have no child. We will treat you as per what the report and test results say. Have faith in your God’. That was a beautiful and positive message I got. From 12th August to 21st August 2014 I underwent ayurvedic detox treatment along with treatment for PCOD, strengthening the uterus etc. Doctor prescribed medicines for my husband too. I stopped thinking too much about children and started fully concentrating on my job as well as starting my own business. I joined for aerobics classes daily and followed a diet as prescribed by the doctor along with ayurvedic medicines after the treatment. I missed my periods in February 2015 but I did not take it seriously as it used to get delayed a bit due to PCOD. On 25th February I brought a test kit and it showed positive but I didn’t believe. I waited for another 2 days and reconfirmed. I informed my husband and by now we didn’t trust any gynaecologists due to our previous experience. Then Baba’s miracles also started from here. I called my childhood best friend and told her about this positive development as she had always been supporting me during my difficult times. She laughed and said, ‘My aunt is now the HOD of Gynaec department in this hospital. I will call her. You go meet her. She has just come to Bangalore from Mangalore last year to look after her mom and her mother-in-law. This is where Baba started playing the next level of His kindness and love for devotees. I met the doctor aunty and instantly we clicked. She was more of a mother figure. She listened to our complete history and assured her availability at all time. She made me promise that I will not google anything and in case of any doubts I would call her. I was directed to the diabetologist there. There also surprise awaited us. He is the son-in-law of my in-law’s best friend. He also took care of me like his own and his wife was the neo natal specialist. So these three doctors together treated me like their own. Even during the pregnancy there were a lot of complications as I had to stitch my cervix since the cervix length was too less. And then a bed rest. I experienced Baba’s touch, love and care in these doctors. My age also touched 38 by then. My diabetes was under control. For every challenge, there was a solution offered by Baba. Baba handheld me through a red carpet for the whole of nine months and exactly on the completion of 37th week, to be precise on 12th October 2015 I delivered a beautiful baby girl via C-section. The three doctors who treated me later told that I was one of the most complicated cases and they never expected me to complete full term. The entire period of my pregnancy I sang, listened and prayed to Baba, Dattatreya Guruvayurappan, Durga, Subrmanianswamy, Garbharakshambika and all the deities knowing very well that it is my Guru who is seated in all these Gods and He is guiding me. Now any adversity comes, I keep calm and pray to Baba to show me the right path. I am indebted to Baba and no words or emotions can express my gratitude and love to Him. Just hang on to Baba. He will take us through adversities. Sadguru Sainath maharaj ki jai.

How Baba Fulfilled My Wish

Anonymous Shirdi Sai Devotee from USA says: I am a huge devotee of Baba living in USA. Om Sairam. My mom is a huge devotee of Baba and by seeing her I had become a devotee of Baba since my childhood. I left Baba for few years and during those years I suffered a lot with health issues. On the other hand my husband is also a devotee of Baba and for his sake I used to go to Baba temple (as I said I left Baba for few years). I think Baba pulled me to His lotus feet through my husband and slowly my devotion started increasing.

Now coming to the miracle my husband is working in IT with a good job and a decent pay. But his manager is a dominant person and used to dump other people’s work on my husband which got more stress on him due to loads of work. My husband told his manager few times that he could help other team members but can’t do their whole work as it was causing his own work delay, but his manager was selfish and knew my husband had only option to cope up with him. My husband used to discuss his problem with me and by listening all this I was worried for my husband and I started praying Baba inside of my heart that He was the only One Who could solve this problem.

Meanwhile I started Nava Guruvar vrat regarding my husband’s job and miraculously during the 4th week of my vrat my husband applied for a top company through his friend’s reference and he got a call from the new company’s manager and director for telephonic interview and they were satisfied and called him for the technical interview. Throughout the interview process we saw so many miracles of Baba as first thing my husband’s friend said that usually his manager won’t call for the telephonic interview and by Baba’s grace my husband cleared the technical interview which was done by 10 members for 5 hours and we were happy. At the same time we know that there would be lot of competition for that position. We didn’t get results until my 8th week of Nava Guruvar Vrat. On the 8th week of my vrat just then I finished my 8th week pooja and we got the news as two of them cleared the interview but my husband was the second priority as the first member had a green card and they picked the first person and my husband got disappointed (as I wanted to see him in that position badly). He told me that due to the visa constraints we lost that position and he also said that the first person was in a different location and still hadn’t accepted the position. At this point I was clear that it was a miracle of Baba and told my husband not to get disappointed as still 1 week was left to finish my pooja and I knew that Baba would give positive result. My husband had no hopes as that position was already offered to other person and he asked me not to place anymore hope on that position. I smiled and said Baba will do whatever was good for us, and like I said during the 9th week that offer came to my husband and he was in a shock as nobody could leave that position in that company and at the same time he felt the miracle of Baba. Sorry for posting this late Baba as it has been a month that my husband has joined the new company, please forgive me.

I can say that it was totally a miracle of Baba since from the start to end of the interview. If we trust Baba whole heartedly He will surely show us a solution for every problem. He is the Father and Mother of his devotees. He only needs love towards Him and as a devotee of Baba what I can do is always follow the principles given by Baba that is faith and patience. He will bless us with right things at right time. Sainath Maharaj Ki Jai.

Sai’s Prediction And Favour

Let us continue to do these and spread His teachings, stories, leelas and live by His teachings in this world and beyond.

Coming to my experience, I was to travel to a different location for a work related meeting. Sai had already blessed me prior to my travels and told me “Baba’s blessings are with you. You will travel. Few days back He said “Religious function will take place. You will remember the past. You will travel towards South. A child will be born.” I know His words can never be untrue. I did travel South. Throughout the journey Sai was with me. Granted the flight journey was turbulent and I was really scared but I kept on chanting Sai Sai and remembered His words. That gave me solace during the journey. Yes one can even count the gallons and gallons of ocean water but His blessings can’t be counted and. Onward journey was ok and the return journey was even more fearful. Even my co-passenger got scared, she opened bible and started reading while I was continuously loudly chanting Sai Sai. He is the biggest bolster. With Sai’s grace the turbulence reduced and the plane landed safely. In another time He said, “Work will be done with the help from western direction. You will be happy on seeing two people. You will succeed. Sister will meet.” Yes again, Sai’s words came true. My sister came from the west to meet us here. It is wonderful to know and be under His full care to see and be carefree that He is there taking care of all minute details in our life be it small or big. While the work I went to was unsuccessful but I know for sure that Sai’s blessings are there and He will continue to protect and do what is best. Devotees, humble request to you all too, Never lose hope, let us keep our faith strong and humbly submit our prayers to Him. Do good and think good, rest Sai will take care. Sai Baba Is Always With Us

Thank you everyone for the great work of building this wonderful site. Sai Baba brought me near Him 8 years ago. From then He has been our sole pillar of support. My day starts and ends with Sai Baba. I had been doing 9 weeks vrat all these years and Sai Baba had blessed us with many things. He is my protector and well-wisher. Baba thank You for being with us throughout our life.

Coming to our experience: My husband had to go for visa stamping and he left to India for stamping leaving me and kids here. Usually when we go for vacation we try to go to Mylapore Sai Baba temple. So my husband went to Baba temple before the visa interview day, when coming out he found that his slippers were missing. The next day he went for interview and was given 221g, Baba indicated that the process would be delayed. We were very much depressed and didn’t know what to do. I was doing 9 weeks vrat that time and it was 7th week. When I heard that visa stamping didn’t go through; immediately I started praying. I cried before Sai Baba and pleaded Him, that we should get approval before the completion of 9th week. On 8th week vrat, I prepared kesari and Sai Baba appeared on it. I was in a total shock and cried out in tears and was very happy that Baba came to our house. Guess what? The next week Thursday my husband’s visa got approved. Thank You so much Baba.

Baba You know that our family is going through a tough phase now. Even though we know it’s because of the bad karma, we are not able to bear the pain Baba. Please be with us and hold our hands always and guide us. Please forgive us for all the mistakes that we have done. Brothers and sisters please pray for us.

Our Sai Maa

Anonymous Shirdi Sai Devotee from India says: This is about how Baba helps you when you need Him. This year has been special for me as I got to visit Shirdi, pay my namaskar to Sai Maa. I never felt this happy going to any place. I was praying to Sai to give my husband an opportunity to have an on-site project. Baba made this possible at this year’s beginning. There were so many hurdles and delays but finally we got our tickets confirmed for on-site. Next issue was getting a house for rent. It is very difficult to get one especially if you are a foreigner. I prayed to Baba to help me get one rented house. Baba made this possible too. I really can’t thank Baba for all the blessings. I always wish He is with me, guiding me and I want His blessings always. Love You Baba.

Got My Lost Phone By Sai’s Grace

Shirdi Sai Devotee Aparna from USA says: Sai is the Elixir of my life. There is so much in my life that I am able to handle all only because of Him. People around us care only so much. When there is joy they stay but only God stands by us through all times. I had a very busy day and just could not find my phone. It was making me very confused and I was in a hurry too. I searched everywhere then I took Sai’s name and promised to post when I found it. Then I immediately found it in the car. I had looked there earlier but did not find it then, not sure why. His ways are unique. So glad I got it back. Om Sai Ram! Do think of Him in times of need and otherwise too, He does listen to every call of ours.
