Experience Of A Handicapped Girl In Shirdi
Anonymous devotee from India says: Om Sai Ram. Thank you Hetalji for maintaining this wonderful website. I am from Tamilnadu. I am Handicapped girl. I became devotee of Baba from the year 2006. After I started worshipping him I had experienced many miracles in my life. Though I am poor in studies I finished my PG degree in 1st class with Baba’s grace. Thank you Baba.
As I am a handicapped girl I wont go to any places except school and college. My father is also very strict so he won’t allow me to go anywhere alone. My aim was to visit Shirdi atleast once in my lifetime before my death. I got that wonderful chance in this year. Yes, Baba called me to Shirdi.
One day I saw an advertisement in the newspaper about special trains to Shirdi for one month. And it was a direct train to Shirdi from my native place. So I planned to go and I asked permission from my father. Surprisingsly he permitted me to go with my friend’s family. I felt very happy. My friend booked tickets for me. My sister booked darshan tickets online. So Baba had made all arrangements for me. Then we boarded the train. When I entered the train I got excited because no one was present in coach except us. All seats were vacant. So I felt very comfortable. I enjoyed those 3 days with my friend by discussing about Baba and I read Sai Satcharitha in the train and I heard Baba’s songs in my ipod.
Then we reached temple early morning at 4’oclock. Actually we booked for Aarthi darshan but train was late. So we missed kakad aarthi. We felt sad and we stood near the gate for 15 minutes by praying Sai to allow us inside. Finally securities allowed us and when I entered into the Samadhi mandir security allowed us to go straight way to Baba’s Samadhi. Other devotees were standing in the queue. But Baba called me straight towards Him without making me to stand in the queue. I felt like standing in heaven because I didn’t expect this. I saw Baba very closely and I got tears in my eyes. Then I eagerly went to touch the Samadhi but unfortunately they closed it with glass. I got disappointed.
Then we came out of the Samadhi mandir. We stood under the neem tree (i.e) Gurusthan. We collected neem tree leaves from the ground. One neem leaf fell on my shoulder. I felt very happy at that moment and I took that neem leaf in my pocket. And I considered it as Baba’ blessings.
Then we entered chawadi and I saw a big portrait of Baba and I touched it and prayed there.
Now we went to Dwarakamai. There was also a big queue. But security called me to go directly to Baba’s Padukas and he gave me a beautiful shawl. It was in orange color. He gave it only for me. Then I placed that shawl in Baba’s feet and I took it with me. Now I put that shawl in Baba’s idol in my home. This is second blessing from my Baba.
Then we saw that black dog (its Baba only). It sat very calmly watching His devotees, in front of Hanuman ji. I was happy when I saw it. Then we returned from Shirdi with full satisfaction.
We stayed only for 3 hrs in the temple but we visited all the places inside the temple. This was my life time achievement. Baba made my journey very easy and comfortable. I thought it was an impossible thing to go for Shirdi. But baba made an impossible thing to possible. I can never forget this in my life time. My friend’s family also helped me in many places. Thank you Babaji for giving us a wonderful darshan. Baba, soon bless me a good job. Om Sai Ram.
Sai Baba’s Blessings
Anonymous devotee from India says: Hi, I am a devotee of Baba from last 4 years, and since Baba entered my life and blessed me to be His devotee, my entire life has changed. Whatever I am today is only because of our beloved Baba. I can never thank Him enough for the blessings He has bestowed on me ever since.
I feel Baba’s presence in everything I do and my life is full of Baba’s blessings. Although I have unlimited experiences i would like to share one which happened today and has touched my heart, and I couldn’t control myself but wanted to share with all the devotees of Baba, which shows that Baba is always there with us, listening to our prayers, and will always bless us. I visited Sai baba temple near to my house, which is very beautiful and I simply love going to that temple, and pray to Baba, whenever i can. Today i had gone since I had successfully completed my Sai Satcharitra parayan. The place where i usually offer the prasad and flowers had a beautiful 2 rose bouquet lying below the painting of Baba. I offered flowers and coconut and inside my heart prayed to Baba to give that bouquet, as i love flowers and receiving roses from Baba would be a blessing. Strangely that day no priest was around to give back the prasad and so I sadly walked away praying in my heart to Baba to please send someone to give me that bouquet of roses. I sat nearby and kept looking at Baba and talking to Him mentally. Suddenly out of nowhere a priest turned up walked straight to the place where the bouquet was lying, picked it up and came towards me and gave it to me! I was totally surprised, he came suddenly and didnt pick up anything but roses and handed them directly to me! I couldn’t believe my eyes till 2 minutes after I was still in amazement. Baba blessed me today by directly giving roses to me. I love Baba so much and for me He is like my father, always there to look after me.
There are many miracles happening with me everyday showing that Baba is always around, today I have a perfect job as i desired, after a 2 year long struggle, only because of Baba’s grace. I was extremely scared of driving but some circumstances forced me to learn driving and with Baba’s blessing now I drive my own car and i am still surprised at myself for being able to that .Its only Baba’s grace that I manage everything. I had the blessing of visiting Shirdi twice and both my Shirdi trips were a miracle in itself everything arranged perfectly by Baba. I want thank Baba from the bottom of my heart for everything. Want to tell all the devotees to never lose faith and pray with full devotion, Baba always listens. Om Sai Ram.

Prayer For My Friend
Anonymous devotee from India says: Sai ram, i am a MBA student from India, I am a devotee of Sai Baba from last 3 years before that i am completely unknown from His miracles.
Here i am not going to share any type of experience because i have already shared it but i want to request all Sai devotees to pray for my best friend. Actually she has a cardiac problem but the particular problem is till now not known to us, doctor hopes that there may be a hole in my friend’s heart. I love my friend a lot and don’t want to loose her and perhaps you all know that there is no solution for this particular disease, so friends please pray for my friend, pray that her report will be good.
The reason for my post is that, it is a true saying that when medicine fails to work then the only way is to pray God (Jab Dawai Kam Nahi Karti Tab Dua Kam Karti Hai).

Before Haribhau Karnick (CH 33, SSS) went to Shirdi in Guru Purnima 1917. In that story He has offered Dakshina to Baba and he thought in his mind that he will offer one more Rupee to Baba but Shama signalled by gesture that As he got Baba’s leave he should go and not return. At Nasik Kalaram temple Narsing Maharaj asked Haribhau “Give me my rupee”. The story illustrates that all saints are one and how they work in unison. Once He faced troubles from his relatives who unlawfully dragged him to court which made him much upset. Hearing of SAI's fame, he visited Shirdi. SAI asked him to take rest in the Wada. two days later, SHRI SAI in his own characteristic way without even being told of the case said every bit of it and finally assured him, "WAIT FOR 6 MONTHS and SEE THE FATE OF THE MISCHIEF MAKERS." True to HIS words, Six months later Haribhau Karnick was acquitted and the trouble makers suffered much for their misdeeds.
At another time Haribhau Karnick's daughter in law became mentally imbalanced hearing which Haribhau boarded a local train for Andheri where she lived to meet her. On the way at Palghar station he saw a fakir wearing a kafni sitting behind who said, "Lord Parmeshwar has created all varieties of trees for their use by man. But he hardly knows the value of each. Mentioning a particular tree, the fakir said, "if the leaves of that tree are ground and its juice given to a madman, he will be alright." The fakir just disappeared but Haribhau got the clue. Reaching Andheri he rushed to his son's house with the leaves of the prescribed tree, ground them and gave the juice to his daughter in-law and wow! She was fully cured but the problem recurred after 2 years and again the same medicine was given and then she was cured permanently. Who was that fakir? you guess. Meantime,

Dreams
Dreams are like shadows of the unconscious. Vedanta says 'When a sadhak does some work for the sake of his worldly life, the success of his work depends on the 'soubhagyavati' darshan in the dream! The great Acharya Shankara has said, "To see black teeth in a dream is to die. To see oneself in a donkey is bad but to see one-self on an elephant is auspicious.”
In Vedic literature it has been written to abolish the bad effects of dreams by reciting this Mantra: "Oh! Dreams, you are not the living, nor the dead, you are far from both the states and you are the Amrith for the pious persons. Varunaji is your mother and Yamaraj is your father. Your name is 'Aruna', Varuna's wife is the sign of light.
It was a period of stress and tension. In December 1994, I was diagnosed to be having a tumor in my uterus and was hospitalized for a surgery on 25th December 1994. Somehow or the other, for one reason or other, the surgery was being postponed. My husband maintained his usual tranquility and used to read our 'Sai Satcharita in the hospital itself. He used to comfort that Sai Baba, Sri Narasimha Swamiji and Sri Radhakrishna Swamiji would certainly take care of us.
Ultimately the Surgeon declared that he would perform the operation on the night of 4th January 1995. We were getting ready and in the afternoon I just dozed off. I had a remarkable dream. I dreamt that some three persons were standing with me and my husband on a plot of land just opposite our present home. One of them was offering a letter asking him to 'come to Bombay'. My husband turned to me and asked whether he should accept it and I told him that he should take it. And then the others faded into the
background. I heard the name 'Sai Baba' 'Sai Baba' 'Sai Baba' resounding all around me and saw Baba standing in front of me. He was dressed in white in his usual long and loose robes. He just looked at me, saying nothing. I thought he looked stern.
"You have come to me, Sai Baba" I said, he remained silent. He continued watching me. "Why do you not speak to me", I cried kneeling before him and gripping his arms. The arms felt thin under the long white sleeves of his garment. But Baba was silent. Very Well", I continued, "If you will not speak, at least smile at me". And then the tips relaxed into a faint smile and the vision faded.
I woke up to find my husband holding me tightly in his arms, for I was trembling violently.
'What is the matter?" he enquired, his voice expressing deep concern.
"I have had a dream" I told him. Even before I could finish, a Sai sister who had gone to Bangalore came inside the ward and told us "Sri D. V. Krishna Murthy has prayed for you and has sent these two roses and theertham'. He has prayed to Swamiji and conveys that all will be well."
The dream vision of the persons asking my husband to come to Bombay was solved next day when he received a telegram with an offer to travel to Bombay on 16th January'95. He was away at Ahmedabad in October 1994 but could not visit Shirdi, as the air timings did not suit his official work. This came as a golden opportunity to visit Shirdi. He was indeed overjoyed.
I underwent the surgery. By Sai Baba's and Swamiji's grace all went on well. The tumor was also not cancerous. My husband paid a visit to Shirdi on 19th January 1995 and stayed there till 21st January 1995. His Shirdi trip was totally 'ex-gratin' as a company took care of his travel arrangements and Sai Brother Madhava Rao of Bombay took him in his car to Shirdi and looked after him in the same way Sai Baba takes care of his children.
Sai Baba, Sri Narashimha Swamiji and Sri Radhakrishna Swamiji are inseparable part of our lives, through which we receive strength and courage, not by shirking dangers and trials but by facing and conquering them.
baba came in to my dreams many times..some times i foget them as soon as i get up nd some times iam unable to understand the meaning of it. and i have a doubt it is said that we get dreams of the persons or the things of whome/which we think about mostly through out the day.so is this the reason for getting baba in to dreams as i keeps on remembering him everytime?

*****Deliverance of the Brahmin’s Ghost*****
There was an ancient holy fig tree on the path going from the confluence of
Krishna – Panchganga River to Ganagapur. A Brahma-rakshas80 resided on this tree.
This ghost was known to slay people and so none would go near the tree. No one even
had the courage to walk along the path, which went by the tree. When Sriguru’s
palanquin came near the tree, the ghost came down from the tree, prostrated at the
lotus feet of Sriguru, and prayed “Oh, Lord! I am a great sinner. I have slayed a
number of people; therefore I have been born as a ghost. It is my great fortune that I
have been blessed by your visit. Please bless me for my deliverance from this ghost
life”. Then Sriguru told that ghost “By chanting gods name go and take bath at the
confluence of Krishna-Panchganga Rivers. Then you shall get the deliverance”. With the
blessings of Sriguru and chanting Gods name, the ghost ran towards the confluence.
After taking bath at the confluence the ghost got deliverance.
A grand welcome awaited Sriguru in Ganagapur. People honoured him by
washing and worshipping his lotus feet. The village was decorated with festoon of
flowers and green leaves. Flags were hoisted everywhere. With the abode of Sriguru,
Ganagapur became a holy place. Within few days a Temple-Shrine was raised in the
honour of Sriguru. In the Temple-Shrine, celebrations of festivals, Namsmaran81,
kirtan82 and other religious ceremonies were being carried out. Here too people started
to witness the miraculous works of Sriguru.

*****Trivikram Bharati*****
Ganagapur exhibited great pomp and show in honour of Sriguru. In a nearby
village Kumasi stayed a learned Brahmin named Trivikram Bharati. He was very well
versed in the Vedas. He was also a great devotee of Lord Narsinha. He would meditate
on Lord Narsinha on a daily basis. When he heard about the royal pomp and show being
put up in honour of Sriguru, he started criticising Sriguru in a slanderous way. He would
say, “What is the necessity of this royal pomp and show for an ascetic? An ascetic has
to go on foot and only a Sadguru should take a palanquin. Musical instruments and
servants do not grace an ascetic”.
Sriguru by intuition came to know everything uttered by Trivikram Bharati. So
one day Sriguru told the king “I desire to visit the village Kumasi”. Then the King
accompanied Sriguru to the village Kumasi along with the Royal entourage of elephants,
horses, and soldiers.
The same day Trivikram was trying to meditate on Lord Narsinha, but Lord
Narsinha’s figure did not manifest in his meditation. Lord Narsinha was also the
household deity of his family. Trivikram Bharati became restless, as he did not get his
usual blessings by way of Lord Narsinha’s vision . He started praying to Lord Narsinha
in an afflicted tone “Oh! Lord! Please favour me with your Darshan in my meditation”.
He tried again and again to meditate. Eventually in place of Lord Narsinha he could see
the luminous personality of an ascetic. A bit later when he came out of his house he saw a big procession coming his way. He saw the King seated in a palanquin and Lord
Narsinha seated in the second palanquin. He prostrated in front of the palanquin and
offered salutation to his family deity Lord Narasinha. When he looked up he saw Sriguru
adorning the seat of Lord Narsinha! Even the people in the procession appeared in the
form of Sriguru. He was spellbound. He clung on to the lotus feet of Sriguru and with
folded hands prayed, “Oh! Lord, please reconcile all these forms and grace me with
your ‘Darshan’ in your original form”. Then Sriguru reconciled all his forms and
manifested in the form of Lord Narsinha. With tears of joy in his eyes Trivikram Bharati
washed the lotus feet of Lord Narsinha.
Then Sriguru spoke “You are slandering me as a hypocrite. Do you think that all
this pomp is for me? For me, soil and gold are the same. For me, to live in a King’s
palace or in the shade of a tree at the confluence are both equally good. I am thirsty for
devotion. All this pomp is for the sake of the devotees and only their happiness”.
Hearing these words Trivikram Bharati prayed to Sriguru for forgiveness. He also
prayed to Sriguru for his deliverance from this world. Sriguru was very much pleased
with his devotion. He said, “I am pleased with your devotion. You shall definitely get
deliverance”. Trivikram Bharati desired to go to Ganagapur along with Sriguru to offer
his devotional service but Sriguru ordered him to stay in Kumasi village and offer his
devotional service.

Dear Sai devotee, This is the first step you already have taken where you want to improve. It is but natural to feel jealousy when we come to know somebody else got that we wanted so desperately. The best thing is to close eyes and think what we HAVE that others do not have! And try to remember "Idamapi Gamishyati" — Sanskrit words, meaning "this (thing) will also go". Once we start thinking in this manner, you will understand that whatever is destined in your life is going to happen and no one can take that away, and the same applies for others…whatever destined in their lives, one can not take away.
Try to express LOVE towards BABA's creation that you notice around you. (like flowers, colors in natural things, patterns in each flower, leaf, trees, arrangement of seeds in various fruits, the upper skin of each item in BABA's world! Have you noticed the skin of an orange has the same dots that we have on our skin on face! (I just noticed yesterday! 😀 )
Express your kind love with a sweet smile even when you feel frustrated , say while you are waiting in a queue for a check out at the cash register and the customer ahead of you is taking too long to have that transaction completed by not giving correct amount of cash, taking too much time to find exact cash, or is adding some item almost after the transaction is over, or changes mind and asks the cashier to take out the added item from her/his ticket and that procedure takes too long! I hope I have explained what I mean by this.
