Baba Cured My Mom

Shirdi Sai Devotee Arti Sood from Canada says: Jai Sai Ram everyone! I am a Sai bhakt from the past 3 years. I am from Toronto Ontario a 21 year old. My mom has always had faith in Baba and near our house there is a Sai mandir which is how I met Baba.

In January 2016 my mom started experiencing bleeding in her rectal area after using the washroom. She thought nothing of it and she thought it was haemorrhoids(Piles). She did not go to the doctor thinking it was normal. In April 2017 she was still experiencing this. My older sister told her to get a check-up done. On May 9th 2017 the doctors told her that she had rectal cancer. Our world spun upside down. The first thing I did was cry and asked Baba why He did this? We were shattered but Baba was with us the whole time. Every time I went to the temple, Baba would give a sign that everything was going to be ok. I had then thought to myself in my heart that I really want to go to Shirdi to do Baba’s darshan. My mom would be fine and I can ask Baba to give her His blessings. I have very little family in India, so going to Shirdi was very hard as I am only 21 and knew no one there.

Now I will tell you of Baba’s leela. I kept thinking that I have no one to go with. In August 2017 my sister got married in 5 days to her fiancé even though the wedding was supposed to be in 2018. My sister and my brother-in-law decided to go to India in August to visit his side of the family and he asked me if I too wanted to go. I agreed. He then said that we would also go to Shirdi. So then on August 26th 2017, I stepped foot on Baba’s holy land and tears were flowing uncontrollably and I knew my mom was going to be ok. Baba had called me to Him to tell me that she would be ok. In September she had her surgery and started Chemo in November 2017. She went through lots of pain but Baba was with her. She has a colostomy bag for 7 months and in 2018 May she had a reversal surgery. I used to read everyone’s experiences on this page to give me strength that Baba will fix everything. And He did. My mom is now ok because of Baba’s leela. He cured my mom. In this one year I learned Baba’s leela comes in different forms, you just need to recognize it. I want to thank Hetalji for this wonderful hope giving and faith building platform. I also want to just pray to Baba that going forward, all my mom’s reports come fine. Bolo Jai Sai Ram.

Thank you Hetalji for this wonderful site. I have many experiences in my life and I have shared one of them in my previous experience. I would like to share few more experiences. Sorry Baba for posting it so late. Please forgive me.

Experience 1: Last year during December month when it was very, very cold, my daughter who is now 3 years old got cold and fever. Fever was always 101 or 102. We took her to an urgent care and they gave antibiotics and said if fever didn’t reduce in 2 days then asked us to please bring her back. After two days her fever was the same and we took her back to urgent care and they said she got pneumonia. One thing here is I was continuously reading Sai Satcharitra. I was holding Baba’s book in my hand. So the urgent care doctors told that we should better take her to emergency because she was dehydrated as well. I was very scared and worried. So they gave all the required documents with X-ray report. My husband was holding my daughter and I was holding Baba’s book in one hand and her jacket, bags in another hand. When doctor gave me all documents she didn’t know where to keep and she said let me keep these documents in this book (Baba’s book). Moment she kept in Baba’s hand my worries just vanished away. Then we took her to the emergency department and doctors again checked her and did X-ray, they said it was not pneumonia. I was so happy and said it was just normal infection due to cold. I was so, so happy to hear that. It is all because of Baba. Then she was fine within 3 days and after two months we went to Shirdi and had Baba’s Darshan.

Coming to my next experience: After few months she got viral infection due to season change. She got cold fever and cough. Fever got reduced within 2 days. But her cough wasn’t going even after 2 weeks. I started to get worried. But I knew Baba would help us. The moment she sleeps she used to cough. I was begging Baba to please stop her cough and telling Baba that she is so small why are You doing this to her? Then I read Sai Satcharitra once. Her frequency in cough was getting reduced and I started to apply Udi and gave her in mouth and then it gradually started to decrease and finally she is not coughing now. Thank You very much Baba. There are many other experiences I would like to share which with Baba’s blessings I will share in my other experiences.

How Baba Drew Us To Shirdi

Experiences:
My parents were planning to build a house in India. They had found a contractor in their area and he had begun the design and estimation work on the house. However, as the planning progressed, the contractor continuously increased the cost of the project. And when my mother confronted him about this, he would get very rude and aggressive. This went on for about 6 months, and I asked my parents to put the project on hold, until I went to India on vacation. When I got to India, my parents and I discussed the contractor’s attitude in detail and decided that we didn’t want him to build the house, as it would be very difficult for my elderly parents to deal with him. We called him in for a brief meeting and informed him that we would not be proceeding with him. He got enraged and threatened to harm and kill me and then left vowing revenge. My parents were terrified by this and they worried for my safety and my ability to return to the US.

I considered cutting my vacation short and returning to the US earlier than planned. However, my parents were upset that they would not be able to spend a few more days with me. Since we weren’t able to come to a decision, we decided to cast lots. We placed two pieces of paper before Baba and requested Him to decide. One piece of paper said, “Leave”, while the other said, “Stay”. I picked a piece with my eyes closed and found that it was the one that said, “Stay”. We were overjoyed. Overwhelmed with emotion, we all suddenly had the idea that we should travel together to Shirdi. However, I wasn’t sure if I would be able to find flight tickets, hotels and a car from Bombay to Shirdi, on such a short notice. As with everything Baba orchestrates, things worked out unusually smoothly: I found reasonable tickets to Bombay, a very nice hotel in Shirdi and a relative was unexpectedly able to arrange for a car from Bombay airport to Shirdi and back. Thus, Baba seamlessly arranged our entire Shirdi trip. He took us to Shirdi safely, blessed us with His darshan and brought us back without the slightest inconvenience. As the Sai Satcharitra rightly points out, “Baba never made a fuss about the things He wanted to accomplish. Rather, He skilfully arranged the circumstances and surroundings such that people were surprised at the slow but sure results attained. ” Om Sai Ram Om Sai Ram Om Sai Ram.

My Baba’s Love And Blessings

This is my second experience that I am posting here. Thanks Hetalji for having created such a wonderful place where devotees can mention their experiences about Baba’s love and blessings for them. I have been reading almost everyday and find so relaxed when I see devotees sharing their experiences. Let our beloved Lord bless us as always. I would like to share my experience of how Baba helped in getting the payment from an agency which was not remitting even after committing a specific timeline. I was under great stress as the monies involved were quite high in amount. And the most difficult situation came when the COO of the company quit. I got more tensed as I am in a different city and the agency is in a different city. I was regularly praying Baba to help me in recovering my monies. Even after the COO quitting the job and moving to a different company I went on following up with him to help in getting my monies recovered. My whole hearted prayers to Baba were answered and blessed by the beloved Baba. I received my cheques and I had promised to post my experience. I am so happy that Baba loves us all. Bow to Sri Sai peace be to all.

Baba’s Grace

I am a small devotee of Sainath. Miracle one: Today I couldn’t find my wallet. I searched frantically as we were getting late for our trip. My husband was getting mad at me. I prayed to Baba that I will post this experience if I find it soon. I found it in the same very spot that I had searched earlier the very next minute. Thank You so much Baba. Please help me through my tough time.

Miracle 2: I was having difficulty selling my home. I kept praying to Him and had lost all hopes. I had a dream one day that I will have an offer and lo we got an offer. Please help us through this tough situation Baba. Please give me strength to face the adversities. We all know that You give adversities just to make us strong. We all know that You are always there to protect us.

Baba Listens To All Of My Prayers

May be I did not get at the time I wished for, but He always gave me the best thing than I expected at the right time. I prayed for Baba to help me in getting my state ID card based on the documents. I provided and my card was approved. It was so important for me at that moment and I didn’t want the card to be delayed or rejected. Thank You so much Baba for everything. Keep unshakable faith on Baba, leave all the burdens on Baba, as Baba Himself told to put all the burdens on Him. Remember Baba and always say the truth.
