Experiences With Sri Shirdi Sai Baba

I don’t know how to deal with so much love…. It’s Surreal. What is an Anubhuti? Mere humans as we are, we like the sakaar roop of the supreme power. He is there everywhere, in every atom of the matter, and manifests Himself as and when we call for Him and sometimes on His own accord. The experiences that manifest His presence in the life of devotees are anubhutis.

Baba’s locket in Gold 23rd August 2007, London: My husband Shirish’s birthday is on 24th August and son Aran’s just two days later on 26th August. A three day trip to Paris and Disneyland was planned for these occasions. Let us see now how Baba helped and made the occasion memorable. My husband had lost his gold chain in 2004 that he had got in our wedding from my parents. I too had gifted him a Sri Sai locket on our wedding night on March 8, 1996, which too was lost along with the chain. It was a half body locket of Baba. Since then, there was no chain and locket in his neck. In 2007, I bought a gold chain from Heerji Lakha at Ealing Road, London. But they did not have a Sai Baba locket. Though I was very excited at the prospect of giving the chain to my husband at 12:00 am and gave one last look to the box before keeping it safe. It was 7:00pm on the evening of 23rd August. A fleeting thought crosses through my mind, how lovely it would be if Baba’s locket could also be added to the gift box. Since we had to travel the next morning, the suitcase was to be packed. It was a big suitcase which we usually carried to travel to India.

Here I would mention to my beloved readers that since childhood, I had this habit of keeping Baba’s pocket size photo in my travel bag, wherever I went. So this time too, I tried to look for a pocket size photo of Baba in the house before filling in the suitcase. I could not find one. Another thought, which I believe Baba only inspired, to check the zipper pocket of the suitcase if a photo was already there from the previous trip. Behold your breath, my most wonderful Sai Bhaktas! I saw a metal shining at the bottom of the huge zipper of the big suitcase. I reached for it and Lo ! Next moment I found a gold locket, this time a full sized sitting posture of Baba in my suitcase. My eyes were filled with tears of joy, surprise, wonder and the room was filled with an aura that is unforgettable even today. I ran to the gift box and kept the locket next to the chain. It looked so perfect! Just the way I wanted.

My mind was so engrossed with happiness of having found this locket so timely that I never gave a thought as to how it could be there in the zipper. Who gave us? When did we buy? A loving wife was happy that she found what she wanted to perfect her husband’s birthday gift. And best part was that the locket had the same new shine that effortlessly matched with the shine of the new chain that was bought just a few hours before. At 12:00 am, as the gift was given, and the locket story was told to the birthday boy, the first question he asked was from where did the locket reach there? We did not know. Any science can never know. In the next few weeks, we enquired with all our friends and family members of family who possibly could have gifted us that locket which incidentally I could have found in the suitcase. None could recollect giving us a gold locket of Baba. We could not remember buying one. I felt so proud of my Baba’s precise timing, precisely precise gift and the love that He showered through the locket. Till today, the locket shines in my husband’s neck though the chains have been changing over the years.

Baba Is Omniscient

Dear Hetalji and team, My heartiest congratulations for maintaining such a wonderful site which is nothing but a modern day Satcharitra. I have been reading various experiences of devotees since 2018 and my life has never been the same. I have several experiences to share. Below are some:
1) My marriage: Baba helped me in every process of my marriage right from selecting the partner in an arranged marriage set up to completing every ritual in the most wonderful way than we had ever imagined despite a number of hurdles.

2) Supporting Partner and in-laws: He even made sure that I continue worshipping Him even at the house of my in-laws, my mother-in-law is a great devotee of Baba and my husband is a very caring one. We have completed a month of togetherness after our marriage.

3) My sister’s engagement: Like mine, He also took care of my sister’s engagement which went peacefully. All of us were very happy about it.

4) Train journey: Baba helped us from missing the train when the train was leaving the platform. I, with my hubby, was running to catch it with heavy luggage in our hands. Luckily, we got into it.

5) Lockdown: Soon after my marriage, I relocated with my husband to a new city just a few days before the lockdown was declared. He made sure that we reached our destination safely despite the cancellation of the flight. We were able to purchase all necessary household items and grocery before lockdown.

6) Precious moments with my hubby: Mine was an arranged marriage. Deep down in my heart, I had always wanted to spend a courtship period with my partner which didn’t happen in my case as my marriage was fixed within a month of my engagement. We couldn’t meet each other before our marriage as we were living in different cities and got busy in the process of preparation for marriage. This lockdown phase has given me enough time to spend with my partner and explore different possibilities of our new life. Baba listens to everything that runs in the mind of His devotees as written in Shri Sai Satcharitra.

I have a prayer to make. Oh! Baba, make this world free from Corona. Already many have died and suffered. Satchidanand Sadguru Sainath Maharaj ki Jai!

Baba Saved Me In Difficult Situation

Coming to my experience: Currently, I am working from home. Last week I was totally stressed because one customer issue came which we needed to resolve as soon as possible. We tried our best to make it happen. I was also working late at night to finish my part assigned by my senior. Being a fresher this work was challenging for me. Since I worked before and partially knew the process still I was not fully acquainted. I was in anxiety, continuously thinking if anything goes wrong then I will be responsible for everything. On the other side simultaneously I had to handle other issues also. Somehow Baba managed by His grace.

Likewise, Friday reached which was the last day as we had given words to the client. After all, many difficult situations were coming my way, sometimes network issues or sometimes resources issues, etc. But suddenly everything got resolved and the customer said that they had changed their plan and that they were not going to use that old complicated setup. They made their mind to use a fresh setup and so there was no need to proceed further. That time onwards I felt relaxed and all my worries were gone by Baba’s blessings. As always Baba says by Baba’s blessings nothing is impossible. Baba only knows how and why the customer changed their plan. I am an ignorant child of Baba, how will I understand His precious unique leela?

The Second experience is related to my father’s health problem. One evening suddenly my father felt a lot of pain in the back. He used some medicine but it didn’t work for him. Then I applied Udi on the forehead and also gave Udi mixed water. Now he is feeling better than earlier. Baba, please cure him fully and be with Your children always.

Baba Comes Even For Small Helps

Anonymous Shirdi Sai Devotee from India says: Om Sairam, Hi all. I wanted to be anonymous and I am from India. I wanted to share two experiences here.

I was very new to cooking and learned to cook basic dal subji and rice. I started learning from YouTube and prepared biryani and it was tasty. One day my husband’s friends were about to visit us and my husband asked me to prepare biryani again. I readily accepted and started preparing. It took so much time as they had reached and it was about to be dinner time. The rice was not cooked properly and I was trying to cover it and came to know finally that it was a big failure. I prayed Baba and put a pinch of Udi on the dish and served them with hesitation that how it would be. They were very happy with the dish and my husband also liked it. Thanks Baba for the timely help.

I was travelling from the UK to India. A day before the trip my one year kid started feeling sick and we took her to the hospital. The doctor said that was mild ear infection along with the temperature rise and asked us to postpone the journey as the ear condition may get worse, even a rupture would happen sometimes that we could not handle the baby crying with pain due to the air pressure while landing and boarding of the flight. We took the second opinion in the evening with another friend who is a doctor and she suggested that we need not postpone and it was ok. I was very much worried about it and prayed to Baba that if everything goes well then I will share Your leela with all. And we travelled safely without any problem. Thanks Baba for everything.

Sai Baba Cured My Husband’s Cough

Anonymous Shirdi Sai Devotee from USA says: I want to share my experience from 17th April. I am a Sai Devotee. My husband and I had been living in a shared apartment with three more people. On 12th April one of our house mates got tested positive for Covid. The affected person left the house right away. My husband and I were out of our mind with worry and stress. I prayed to Baba like never before and was crying all the time in front of Him.

Baba miraculously arranged for us to move out of that house which we were not able to move out because of financial problems. Finally when we had a small place to move to on Thursday 16th April, my husband started coughing slightly and on Friday 17th April I was very scared. That is when I read a story on the blog of how Baba miracles cured one girl’s cough. I prayed to Baba that if my husband’s cough was stopped then I would publish this story on the blog. I kept crying and praying to Baba. Today morning by Baba’s grace my husband stopped coughing. Sai Baba miraculously blessed us. We have a 14 days period where we are still at risk. But I know by Baba’s grace we will be very healthy and no disease will affect us till Sai Baba is protecting us. I bow and surrender to Sai Baba to bless everyone and protect the world.

Need You Sai

My Sai saved my mother from a drastic fall from steps with a small pain. I cannot even think what major fracture it would have been if not for our Baba’s hand. Thank You Sai.

Sai will this darkness ever end in my life? My insecurities, fears, health condition and everything is nothing Sai my future. Baba, my father’s school will it be this year? All my dreams are lost. Sai the only dream is Your hope. There will never be a day that passes by without thinking that Baba will come and change everything but we need patience right Sai?

Cure my father’s leg pain, Sai he is limping very badly Sai. Show some light after this darkness. Sai never leaves me. Sai I can’t live without You.
