Job Offer In My Dream Company

Sairam ways are never understood, after all we are humans yet we question Him, be angry with Him and we ask ourselves why is He testing us so much. Leave all your worries to Sairam and blindly trust Him.

Coming to my story how Baba helped. Om Sairam. Myself and my wife were working in the same city in a very good company, living happily with the kids. One day my assignment was ended and I had to move to another city for job leaving my wife and kids behind. That day I thought I would come back within couple of months to join the same company as a FTE. I never expected that it would take several months as many of my friends who were in similar situation joined back without even leaving the city. I was hoping for the same, but my experience was different.

I moved to a different city and started working there and coming home for every two weeks. This was tough as we got married in early 2000’s, was living happily with wife and two kids. It had become hectic for my wife as she was working full time (Baba blessed her with new job), managing 2 kids, and their pick up/drop off, kid’s extra activities and so on. Likewise, it had become extremely difficult for me to stay alone in another city, food, travelling back and forth to home on weekends and so on. At this point in time, myself and my wife prayed Baba to bless us with a job for me in the same city.

I started applying for the jobs, attending interviews from other companies as well as from my dream company. I was ready to take any job in any company as long as if the job was based out of the city I was looking for. Initially, I was not getting any interviews, but as time passed, I was getting interviews from other companies based out of the same city. We were continuously praying Baba. HR round and Manager round interviews were cleared in several companies. I was also called for final face to face interview. I had cleared 6 rounds of interview in one of the prestigious companies (not my dream company), hiring manager also gave positive indications stating that I could expect to hear the good news soon.

I was eagerly waiting for the good news. All of a sudden, I received a call from the HR stating one of the senior directors wanted to have another round of interview. This disturbed me a lot but still praying Baba and tried my best for the interview. Interview went in a different mode, I clearly understood that senior director had made up his mind to reject me even before the interview. Interview was completed, after few days I got the rejection result. I was devastated, crying like anything and praying Baba why did it happen to me. It was not that, I did not have job but myself and my wife were working from different cities. Like this, it happened many times. I was called till the final face to face interview from several different companies. Either the position got cancelled or someone else was chosen. I was devastated and thought that I could never get the job. This happened with my dream company as well, went till the final interview several times but did not materialize at the end. I also got contract to hire opportunity but this did not work.

Even though I was shattered, I was continuously trying hard and praying Baba. My wife also completed Nav Guruvar vrat for me. I attended several interviews with my dream company for several different positions. I was able to convince interviewers in the 2nd or 3rd round about my capabilities for one of the positions by the grace of Baba. I could sense they were so impressed but again there was no response from the HR/Hiring Manager for weeks together. Then I lost hope and was carrying on with my job search while working hard in my existing job. I decided not to come to any conclusion after the interview. I was preparing sincerely for the interview and leaving rest to Baba. I was waiting for the result for one of the positions for which I had attended the final round. At this time of the year (November/ December) companies don’t hire, more over there were major changes in my dream company (many of the existing employees were becoming available). Considering all this, there was no scope for job at least till next year. But here my Baba came to rescue me as a Father. I was considered for the position where I did not attend final face to face interview. My wife was also scheduled for a surgery; she was in need of me. What a perfect timing? How he crafted everything? I was ready to join a small position yet He offered me with a very good position which most of my friends did not expect.

As we humans have a list with never ending desires, but the journey gave us good experience: kids became responsible doing their own stuff, my wife and myself took few things for granted but now we realized few of our mistakes. Yes, the day had come and my dream was coming true. I received a mail stating my dream company was offering me a senior position. My joy went to leaps and bounds. Baba had blessed me.

Dear Baba devotees, I would not be as much happy as I am today, had I got any of my earlier jobs which came till the final interview and did not work out or the contact to hire position from the dream company. Either the company was not so great or the position was not so great. Today Baba blessed me with a full-time employee for a senior position in my dream company. I can’t ask anything more than this. I request all of you to be patient, have faith on Baba, make sincere prayers and have Shraddha and Saburi. Sairam knows when and what position to offer, we might think that it is going against our favour but it is not. We as human beings can realize this only at the end. Budigere Baba And His Miracles

Thanks to Hetalji for creating such a great platform to share all our experiences to our Sai family. 🕉 Om Sai Sri Sai Jaya Jaya Sai. Today I would like to share few miracles experienced by Budigere Temple manager Muraliji in Budigere temple, Bengaluru. I go to that Temple regularly and have experienced many miracles there. Everyone will definitely experience atleast one or more miracles there.

Before telling this experience, I should explain how that temple was constructed. They had constructed the temple same like in Shirdi. They have Samadhi Mandir, Dwarkamayi, Chavadi, Gurusthan, Nandadeep and Lendibagh.

Coming to the Miracles shared by Muraliji to me. When the construction of Samadhi Mandir and Dwarkamayi was completed, one day Muraliji was adjusting wood planks in Dhuni by bending little inside dhuni and someone came and had hit him on his back and went very fast. He immediately stood and went and saw but no one was there. He didn’t hit so hard but he could feel the touch for 1 week. Then he realised that He was none other than Baba. Om Sai Ram.

Another beautiful experience he experienced was: One day night when he was sleeping in the front side of their house (in Veranda-open Hall). It was very windy and was raining and the power had gone. He woke up because of sounds of wind and couldn’t sleep then as he saw Baba’s face in Jyothi (light) on coconut tree (which is in front of his house). Seeing it he was so surprised that he was waking up his wife to see Baba. To his surprise, She woke up and was asking him why did he disturb her dream as Baba came in her dream and because of him her dream had got disturbed. He was so shocked to hear that and said Baba is here also on our Coconut tree, see – he said. They both saw Him and felt very happy and very blessed- Baba is Omnipresent, really they are very Lucky to get His darshan. Om Sairam.

Another experience happened on one Thursday. There are few devotees and volunteers who come regularly to the temple. One day one elderly man had not come and remaining people were talking about him and discussing why he didn’t come. Then they heard that person voice calling one volunteer name from front side of Samadhi Mandir. That volunteer said, “Come here Kaka we all are here in dining hall”; as they could not see this person as there was a wall in between. They were waiting for this person to come to the dining hall but he didn’t come. Later next week when he came these people asked him where had gone that day, he was called but didn’t turn up. He was so shocked to listen as he didn’t come that day to temple (he had gone to his village). These people were wonderstruck to hear his answer. They all then realised it was none other than Baba Who spoke in the old man’s voice. Baba ways of showing His Presence are very unique. These are Muraliji’s experiences, will share few miracles experienced by me and my friends there in Budigere. How Baba showed His Presence to us in Dhuni, in Temple and all. Sai Baba In My Life

Anonymous Shirdi Sai Devotee from India says: I am a Sai devotee since 2009 about Sai in my childhood. After my marriage I shifted to Chennai and my neighbour gave me a book of Sai. Sai mandhir is near to my home. So I used to visit Sai mandhir and started believing in Sai Baba. After that lot of miracles happened in my life. I am not able to list them all. I want to share few of them. I started 9 week Sai vrata. I successfully completed 8 weeks. But 9th week I needed to go to my home town to attend the function. I am from South Tamil Nadu and there was no Sai temple near to us by that time. I told my mother about my vrata. My mother convinced me that we could go to any other temple and complete my vrat. After I returned back to Chennai, we went to Shiva temple. On the way to our home our driver said that there was a new temple and many people used to visit there. On the way we decided to visit that temple also. I was not able to believe and not able to express it in the words as ‘Yes IT was a Sai temple. Not only me my whole family was surprised. My family has also started believing Sai after that. Now a days lots of Sai temple are there in South India. We went to Shirdi. I got my second baby after I visited to Shirdi. Sai save me from critical situation. Believe Sai. He will be always with you.

My Hearty Thanks To Babaji

My first and the foremost thanking to Baba for being on my side. My first experience is that I was very scared about my exam results. By Baba’s blessings I passed in all subjects. My second experience is during my holidays before my results I went to Baba’s temple. There were many questions running in my mind. Baba gave answers for all through many ways. Thank You so much Baba.

My third experience is I prayed to Baba for making the trip to be successful. He guided me and helped me. During all my exams Baba was always there for me and I believe He will always be there for me in my future too.

Dear devotees don’t misunderstand any superstitious beliefs as bad signs. On the morning of my exam when I was praying to Baba I saw His photo was lying down. I got very scared and started crying. My mom consoled me. Later I asked the pandit and he replied that it was a sign of Baba’s blessings and He would be there for me before I reach. Thank You so much Baba. Dear devotees Baba is never untrue to His words. As Baba says have faith and patience He will take care of everything. Sorry Baba I know I made many mistakes, please forgive me. Om Sairam.

Sai Baba’s Blessings

Coming to my experience I have posted three experiences. My fourth experience: One day My husband was cleaning his ears, while doing so accidentally my younger daughter shook him. Unfortunately it hit his ear drum. He got unbearable pain. Without delay he rushed to the hospital and doctor said that the ear drum had got torn and blood started coming. He scolded him and gave medicines. Doctor said after 5 days only he could say whether surgery was needed or not. Till the time the ear had to be dry and healed. I was totally heartbroken as it’s an important organ for everyone. Though it looked simple the way I explained but at the moment it was very painful. I told Baba that if my husband’s ear got cured, then I would post my experience. Ya, no wonder my God Sai saved him. One more promise I have to do is, that is annadhanam. By Baba’s grace I have to finish it soon. No leaf can move without His grace. So dear devotees completely surrender yourself to Sai, He will take care of your sorrows, wishes and everything. My Million pranams to Sai. Om Sai Namo Namaha, Shri Sai Namo Namaha, Jaya Jaya Sai Namo Namaha, Sadguru Sai Namo Namaha.

One day while having food. I was eating rice and chole curry. While eating I felt as though I swallowed chole accidentally and was not sure if it went into stomach or lungs. I got scared and prayed to Baba to help me and drank Udi mixed in water. I felt relief after that. Thank You Baba. Also when I was first diagnosed with high BP, I was put on medication. I was scared to take it as I felt that if my BP gets low in sleep, I may not know. I prayed to Baba and started the medication and He took care of me that night and every night. Thank You Baba. What to talk of the mercy of my father and His abundant love? Thank You Baba for taking care of all of us. Please shower Your mercy like this always and forgive us for our mistakes and let us walk on Your path. Thank You for blessing my child too. Please help us visit India and all holy places.
