A Couple of Sai Baba Experiences – Part 157

Sharing three more experiences in today’s post describing abundant grace of Lord Sai Baba.

Sai Devotee experience

Sai Sister Rekha Ji from India says: I am Rekha hailing from Bangalore. After a very long time, I visited Shirdi. Last month, I had gone with my father, sister and brothers, but I had only one Darshan and that too in the morning Kakad Arathi.

This time, I went with my friends and had a wonderful experience. I visited the Mandir, where I had only Darshan, but to my notice, I found that the trust people were allowing people to touch the Samadhi. I was on the other side where I could not touch Samadhi. I and my friend were totally disappointed and came out. The moment I came out, an old lady, where she could not even put a step forward, hold mine and my friend’s hands and asked to take to Baba for a Darshan. I knew something strange is happening and I could feel that BABA is walking with me. With great difficulty, the old lady took steps upto Samadhi and had Darshan. And she walked out and we made her sit in a place. She blessed us whole heartedly and I too bowed to her feet seeking her blessings. She blessed us with all the love and care and I was really thrilled. She said somebody is coming to take her as they had gone for Darshan. At this time, I and my friend stood in the line for UDI. And it was not even 5 minutes, I was thrilled again to come and see the old lady. But to my notice, I could not see old lady and was wondering how fast she could go, where she could not even step a little forward. I knew this. Baba was with us and I really wanted to share this experience with.

SAI ‘S Amazing Leela Shows What We Deserve In Our Life

Sai Sister Laxmi Ji from USA says: Dear Hetal Ji, I am from USA and posting my experience second time. I want to share SAI MA Leela, when I was deeply disappointed.

Thanks a lot for your wonderful contribution for this site. I would like to share one of Baba’s Leelas, which I experienced recently.

When I was traveling from New York to Boston by train, I forgot my wallet which has My Debit card, Credit Card, Driver’s license and $300 cash and got down from the train. As I needed to reach office early I didn’t realize that I forgot my wallet in train. I reached office and needed to pay the cab and I noticed that I didn’t have my wallet. By Baba’s grace one of my colleagues helped me to pay the fare. But I was deeply hurt and feeling bad that I lost my card s and $300 cash. Immediately I called Debit and credit card companies and blocked my cards. Still I was hurt that why it was happened to me. I never forgot or lost my money. I asked Baba why it’s happened to me. I couldn’t even apply for a duplicate Driver’s license as I don’t have validity and my visa extension is under progress. That evening, I called my mother and cried to her that I lost my cards and money. Internally I had a thought that probably Baba helped somebody with my money, who might badly need that. But I worried a lot for my Driver’s license that is the one and only one identity proof I had. I asked Baba again that I was deeply hurt and prayed HIM to bring my wallet back to me. Very next day morning, I got a call from Credit Card Company and informed me that one German guy found my wallet in the train and want to send that one to me. I couldn’t believe that and shocked for a while. I requested them to send it to my home address. I thanked Baba for answering my mother and my prayers.

After two days, I received my cards except cash. I was bit disappointed, but my husband said the same what I thought earlier that Baba helped somebody with that money. I got relaxed as it was all Baba’s Leela. Baba knows what to give and what not to give. Hope that money was not misused and was given to the person who needs it. I trust Baba. HE takes care of everything. I am very happy that it’s proved again Baba never leaves HIS devotees and our prayers never go unanswered.

Baba Experience

Sai Sister Mamta Ji from India says: Om Sai Ram Hetal Ji. I am Mamta Batra from Yamuna Nagar, Haryana, India. Thanks for giving us a platform to share our experiences and to be close to Sai more. It definitely increases our faith in Baba. Today Baba wants me to share my feelings. Please amend/edit it wherever necessary. Here it goes.

I thank Baba as He came in my life. I don’t know how Baba came in my life and I started worshiping Him. I remember that in year 2008, I visited Delhi in summer vacation at my parental home and I got a chance to visit Sai Temple situated in Rohini, New Delhi. It is a very beautiful Sai Temple. There I felt peace of mind and I felt that I should not have come back from the temple, when I stood in front of Sai Baba and my eyes were full of tears. From that time onwards, I started believing in Sai Baba. Before that I only bow to Him as other deities.

Every Tuesday, I often visit Jungla Wale Mata Ji’s Mandir situated in Yamuna Nagar. Once, there I saw a small Sai Baba’s picture and I purchased it from a vendor standing outside the temple. I kept that picture in my room and every day I started to worship it with Dhoop and reading Sai Chalisa. It gave me immense pleasure and peace of mind. Then onwards my good time had started that I didn’t realized then that it is only because of Baba. We had able to purchase our own house and build it as well. When we shifted to our new house I joined a job also (after ten years of my marriage). That was only possible with Baba’s grace. Now, every Thursday, I go to Sai Temple situated near my house and if I can’t go there, it seems I have missed something. I want to thank Sai Baba for being in my life and helping me in solving all problems of my family. I love Him more than anything and am sure He is always there to take care of our needs. Baba, You always took care of us in the past and I have faith that You will look after us in future too.

Sai Baba has made impossible things possible for me. He granted my wishes and it’s because of His grace that I got a good job in reputed college of the City. I have utmost faith in Baba. He has done lot of miracles in my life and I request Him to be with us always. Whenever I face a problem I always remember Him, chant His name and He immediately took me out from the problems.

Six months back, I lost my gold earring while sleeping. In the morning, I was shocked, when I did not find it. I prayed to Baba to help me in searching it. I searched everywhere in my room, on my bed, my clothes, but I could not find it. Then I cried before the Sai “Baba, please help me. Why does this happen to me again and again?” My family members often say that gold does not suit me and every time I lose it. I prayed to Baba to help me. Suddenly, after a few seconds, I found my earring, which fell down from my hair on the floor. This was possible only with the blessings of Shri Sai. Please Baba always be with me and my family.

I urge all Sai devotees do not lose your faith in Baba. Keep “Shradha” and “Saburi”, it works. Om Sai Ram

    Rekha-ji I am sure, the old woman was none other than Baba. But, I really surprised how did you get the thought to touch Her feet to take Her blessings. You are really blessed.
    Laxmi-ji, I really liked the way you made up your mind when you lost your money. I think it needs a lot of devotion towards Him. Wish I too get that kind of unshaken devotion/love towards Him.
    Mamta-ji, It's true that we won't realize when our good time started, because the change in life is gradual. Now, I am realizing that my life has taken positive turn from the time when I read the "Sri Sai satcharita" for the first time 2 years ago. Probably that is the turning point in my life.

    can a Muslim person pray sai baba.. cox i have heard Muslim should only pray Allah. other than him none, and is it wrong if saivrat is kept by Muslims?? i have got info from my friends. i know a friend who is in such situation. cant pray sai normally she feels very bad . my friend did love marriage so she had to do convert into Muslim for her marriage… but her husband supports a lot. but she cant pray Our Sai normally , she have to keep the Sai Satchitra book in her draw, she feels bad to keep there cox girls have monthly probs..she no separate place to keep… anything regarding sai she has to do without knowing her inlaws… her co-sister has said that it is wrong to keep vrat of sai, after converting.. she was very much upset…

    What she should do in such case??? just wanted to help my friend in some way

  8. Thanks for sharing your (Rekhaji, Laxmiji and Mamata ji) faith building experiences. Mamata ji, "losing earrings" topic reminded me one of my such extra ordinary happening with me.
    I think I will write in a separate window because it might be too lengthy for the comment section!
    But some amazing thoughts started when I woke up today, that I felt a sense of "being able to breathe the air….and startled with a thought that we don't see the air but yet it is so vital for each living being!! and yet it is FREE !!!!!!!
    In this world , what do we get FREE if it is in a category of "high demand commodity?"
    And the thought moved little farther, WOW…and BABA has created such a breathing mechanism in each of living being that we breathe in and out without even realizing that we are breathing!
    The Oxygen is necessary for us but the composition of other gases in the air is mixed in such a way that we have just the right amount of Oxygen…
    well, thanking BABA for everything I get out of my bed. I am happy to be able to express my thought here.

    Dear Anonymous sister..

    Sai Baba taught us 'God is One' – Religions have nothing to do when you really love God. Sai Baba loves us whomsoever we are. Please ask your friend to do the Sai Vrath as she wished. Baba blesses her.
    Please people come out of the box of religion and think widely and accept God as one and let us establish world peace.

    Jai Sai Ram. Who said muslims can't pray Baba? the information given to you is false. Baba never gave importance to caste, creed and status. Baba only preached that God is one and Allah is mallik. Sainath always tried to unite every one and said worship the method you like and the god you desire but do not fight in the name of religion. Lots of Muslims devotees pray and visit shiridi.

    A very close devotee of Baba was " Abdul Baba" and another muslim devotee in shirdi who was always worshipped and believed Baba was "Pakhe" perhaps he had a full name which i am not aware of. There were lot many muslim devotees to Baba who also worshipped Baba every day during Baba regime.

    Regarding your friends concern on performing " Sai Vrat" please tell her not to worry and Baba will accept her love and devotion even if she reads " Saisatcharita" with complete faith and trust.

  12. Dear Anonymous Sister, It is not mandatory or necessary to worship Sai in Idol form. Sai Himself has said in the Chapter 11 of saisatcharita, Worshipping sagun (GOd in idol or image form) is required only for a shorter period of time. I have pasted those verses below for you please share this with ur friend."The Nirgun is formless, while the Sagun is with form, though both denote the same Brahman. Some prefer to worship the former, some the latter. As stated in the Gita (chapter XII) the worship of the latter is easy and preferable. As man has got a form (body, senses, etc.), it is natural and easy for him to worship the God with form. Our love and devotion do not develop unless we worship Sagun Brahman for a certain period of time, and as we advance; it leads us to the worship (meditation) of Nirgun Brahman. " So ask her not to worry about doing vrats or offerings as baba expects only true devotion, as her to continue reading sai satcharita which has all answers for all her problems. thanks

    But the thing is in her in laws place they quite against .. so she cant even read the satcharitra in a place she has to read when every one is busy with their work, so that none comes to her room.. she has to hide the book. even she goes to temple they ca't be open at home..
    she always dream of having Baba's idol in her home she just loves it. she loves to make her home as small mandir for Baba. she likes this way of worship. she loves Baba a lot. but she is really upset.

    can she just be open with their in laws and co sister that she can't be without Baba?? or she have to maintain as if she does not pray baba much ?

  16. All her dreams of having baba's idol in her home will happen very soon. But ask her to have shraddha and saburi.Baba is always with her, be patience for sometime and when the right time comes Baba himself will come to meet her. As of now ask her to see him in her mind's eye. OM Sai Ram

    Hi I am Veeresh Hiremath SOFTWARE ENGG from Bangalore.
    All my friends used to call ME to go to Shiradi many times,but I dint go My age is 44, I have not visited even one time,but it was there in mind to visit once.
    All of a sudden my wife told, we will go to Shiradi, immediately I reserved the ticket but ticket was not available 120 waiting list.We five members in family ready to go,yesterday was Thursday Saibaba's day.I went out side the office to have a break fast,my mind was full of stress because,all business friend gave me a hand.At the same time as I was planning to go to Shiradi on 25th May today.I was going at the THIS website,I was meditating sai baba's name,in searching of hotel I saw the sai baba's temple,in BTM near to my office only I was shocked,unknowingly I went to temple sat for some time meditating came out.
    Many of them offering snacks,I had snacks and fruits after that I wondered where I have come,had the break fast in the temple had some piece of mind,sat in a park nearby temple relaxed.I received a call from my friend that reservation conformed to Shiradi, thanks BABA,it was wonderful.I CONFORMED BABA YOU ARE THEIR TO SAVE US.
    TONIGHT i AM MAKEING MY FIRST JOURNEY TO SHIRADI.
    I have lot of down fall in my life,I am confident on BABA,he will resolve everything.
    I will back again to share my visit to SHIRADI.
