First Shirdi Trip

Sai Sister Thanaletchumi from Malaysia says: I m a working wife and a mother of two girls. Getting to know Baba just 2 years ago, but His Blessings are always there with my family. Baba gave me and my husband a call to meet Him in Shirdi this year. This planning was done since Dec 2013.

A friend of us who is frequent visitor of Shirdi planned for a trip of 15 persons. Though finances were tight, but we just agreed and did the full payment earlier. The day came nearer but all plans were failing due to missing Malaysian flight. Every one backed off, but i was still strong and confirmed to go no matter what. The trip planner also had some problem to go with us this round and our Visa have yet to be applied till 18th March 2014 when our trip and flight booked for 21 March 2014. We still did not give up and our friend helped us with the Visa. At last only me, my husband and my brother was on the flight all alone to Shirdi with believe that Baba will always be with us.

We reached Shirdi late night on 21 march 2014 and our tour guide was already waiting for us at the Chatrapathi Shivaji Airport, Mumbai. As a first time to India, we were all scared and tensed but Baba was all the way with us as our guide. Mr. Rafiq Patel, from Mumbai treats us as his family member and made us to reach Shirdi safely. He brought us to all places in Shirdi, so that we can feel Baba. We even lost our VIP Darshan passes, but Baba wants us to meet Him following the correct queue and not through easy way. We received His Darshan on the first day there and last day for Kakad Aarti. So close and being near to Baba itself was a great blessing. We even got our Sai Satcharitra blessing by His Feet as we went along the queue during the Kakad Aarti. Such a great Blessing. We will never forget this trip and hope to go every year with His blessing. We came home safely with Baba’s Blessings. Jai Sai Ram

Answer To My Prayers

Sai Sister Roopa from India says: I am from Bangalore. I was first introduced to worship Sai through my best friend who told me about the miracle she experienced. I have been a devotee since then and have always felt the blessings of Sai throughout in good times and bad times.

I would like to share my experience about my son’s results which was a miraculous experience. My son was taking his entrance exam for admission to engineering college and he had finished writing two papers physics and chemistry in which he had performed well. His favourite subject was maths but after he wrote the exam he was very upset because the paper was very difficult and he could not complete the paper in time. I had already started the Sai Nav Guruvar Vrat and i was really praying to God to do a miracle for him to get into the top engineering college. He was expecting 26 marks out of 50 in the entrance exam in the subject. The rest he was not confident. But when the results were declared he scored 34 out 50 which got him a very good rank and he got an entrance into the college he desired to go. It was really a miracle because every mark counts for the entrance exam and only through Sai Baba’s grace he got a very good rank. Sai Baba’s Blessings have always been on our family in good times and bad times. He has given us the strength to overcome all problems. Love You Baba.

Baba Listens To Us

I was looking for a new job and the company’s recruitment process was slow. They gave me an offer letter and start date was getting close but there was no information on starting on the proposed date. As they mentioned I have to clear my background check before my start date. I was worried because they were not lifting my calls or responding to my emails. I waited and my waiting was making me go mad, moody, sad, frustrated, tired. I kept crying and thinking that something went wrong and remembering Baba in my mind. Two days before the start date, I lost my patience and cried to Baba loudly and thought that He misguided me into taking up this job as I refused offer already from a much bigger company. But I called the company after becoming stable one more time. To my utter surprise they picked the phone and told me that due to a small error my background work is still pending and it will be cleared by end of the week and gave further details on what to do. After talking to them tears started rolling down my cheek and i felt like huge weight on me was taken away. Till then I was suffering moment by moment, day by day. Due to Sai Baba, listening to my crying, I got a response from the company as they were not even responding for many days. This is all because of Sai Baba. I know He may not be visible but He is with us, who surrenders to Him, talk to Him, and keeps Him in our minds and hearts. He is listening to all of us, keep your trust at His feet.   2. Sai Baba – The Financier

    (Shri Sai Leela January 1984)

    It was in the month of July 1980 tthat I first met Pujya Shri Acharya E. Bharadwaja, who is doing yeoman service for the spread of Sai devotion, at Chivatam village. It was a ''Mandalaradhana Day” after the Mahasamadhi. On that auspicious occasion and in the presence of so many "Mahatmas", I got an inspiration to start Sai Satsang at Kovvur. Accordingly we started Satsang with the children of our surroundings, who belong to the age group of 5 to 15 years. It is now going on every -day with increasing faith and devotion and the participants of the Satsang are enjoying the blessings of Baba as well as the appreciation of the society. It is clearly evident from our experience that it is His Power alone that enables us to conduct the Satsang every day without fail. I wish to narrate here a great miracle which happened at our Sai Kuteer.

    It was in the month of July 1983 that my sister-in-law. Smt. Lakshmi Kamamurthy, who is the chief organiser of our Satsang, was worried a lot regarding how to celebrate the coming Guru Poornima Day. As all the members of our Satsang are only children, we do not have any patrons to raise funds for special offerings on that day. So, Smt Lakshmi had decided to celebrate it in a simple way without much expenditure. But the compassionate Baba would not allow His devotees to be disappointed in any matter. On 6th July 1983, the postman handed over a registered cover to Smt Lakshmi. It was from my brother's son, Mr. Satya Prasad, who is working in Hyderabad. Immediately after opening the cover nineteen ten rupee notes (a sum of Rs. 190/-) fell down. In utter astonishment, she unfolded the letter inside, in which she found Rs. 75/- kept separately. Mr. Satya Prasad wrote in the letter that he used to send Rs.25/- to Shirdi every month. But he could not do so since three months for unknown reasons. So, he is sending that amount o( Rs. 75/- for the coming Guru Poornima Celebrations in our Sai Kuteer. But he did not mention any thing about the other 190/-. Smt, Lakshrni thought that they were put in the cover by mistake and so she dropped a letter immediately to Mr. Satya Prasad seeking clarification about this amount. By return post, he confirmed that he did not know anything about those Rs. I90/- and that he sent only Rs. 75/-. Then we understood that it is nothing but a "Sai Leeela". In that way Baba, financing by Himself, got performed Sahasra Nama Puja, Anna Samaradhana; etc., on a grand scale on Guru Poornima Day.

    What can i tell about our beloved Baba?Passing my days wit having Him on my mind makes my life better.Even whn im nt well with His presence i feel bettee.His love,mercy n all,whos can provide us with all tht?His LOVE is free…We can have it anytime.Who calls His name,there He is.We might nt see Him,bt He is there.
    I would like to be near to him till my last breath.

    1. This a story of an old lady who told how Shri Banke Bihari ji helped her. Old lady would offer cold water to devotees in Vrindavan Parikrama. She was often seen crying and singing songs of Krishna..asked about her presence in Braj, she told her story to devotees. My  father had mortgaged house to a cruel money lender for my marriage, my father toiled hard and paid the loan but the wicked money lender had the plans of confiscating house despite the fact that we had repaid the loan. The money lender booked the case in court and refused in front of a court that he received his money back. The lawyer of a money lender threaten my father and my father was dejected as he had no witness. The old lady’s father went to Vrindavan to pray Shri Banke Bihari . My father slept outside the temple after asking god to be a witness in his case. Shri Banke Bihari ji appeared in his dream and said” I will be witness in your case, go to your home and do not worry over it”.
     
    My father came home and said he is confident that he will win the case whereas everybody thought we will loose the case. Next day when Judge asked about presenting his witness. he registered the name “Banke Bihari”. The attendant Shouted three times “Banke Bihari, present yourself to the court “. The voice spoke from out side.” I am here”. One man wrapped up in blanket appeared in court and told the Judge about where the money lender has hidden the file which proved the innocence of my father . The money lender was caught red handed. By seeing the face of a God,  the Judge was awe struck, this was not a human face when the Judge turned around Bihari ji vanished.
     
    Next day the Judge resigned his job and went to Vrindavan. He became permanent devotee of krishna and became famous by name “Judge Baba”. The old lady went to Vrindavan expecting that she would see shri Banke Bihari ji again.

  12. A Short Biography of Shree Swami Samarth
    *****Harivansh Puran*****
    Bhausaheb of Baroda was a wealthy landlord. He had a daughter but no son. He
    prostrated at the lotus feet of Sri Swamiji and offered his prayers unto him for a son.
    Sri Swamiji blessed him “Listen to Harivansh Puran, then you will get a son”.
    Bhausaheb listened to the Harivansh Puran according to the rites and he was blessed
    with a son by the kind grace of Sri Swamiji.

    *****Milk from Tree*****
    This incident took place when Sri Swamiji was in the village Mangalvedha in
    Solapur district, Maharashtra. In this village, a sixty-year-old man with his wife who
    was fifty-two years old stayed. Being childless they were very unhappy. Basappa Teli a
    great devotee advised them “You render devotional service to Sri Swamiji. Without
    ‘Darshan’ of Sri Swamiji never accept any food. Then your wish will be fulfilled”. The
    woman started to take Sri Swamiji’s ‘Darshan’ regularly with great devotion. Sri
    Swamiji was pleased seeing her devotion,. He told her “There is a tree on the other
    side. Take the milk of that tree mixed with sugar, then your wish will be fulfilled”. The
    woman went near the tree, which was giving milk-Sap, collected that, added sugar and
    accepted the same. By the kind grace of Sri Swamiji she was blessed with a son.

  14. Om sai ram, baba I am so worried about my son and the difficult situation he is in. You know about it and as usual I am turning to you for help. Without your blessing I won't be successful. The situation is too complicated and I am so scared as I have to cross 4 big hurdles before I will be successful in my endeavor. So baba I need you right by my side. Without your consent and blessing I won't be able to accomplish anything. Om sai ram.

Nice experiences! 3rd devotee, Baba not only got you the good job and made sure everything worked out, He also showed you to have patience and let Baba's plan unfold at the right time for you. 1st devotee, when Baba calls someone to Shirdi, He arranges everything and made sure everything worked out well and even gave you a good darshan of Baba even though you lost the VIP passes. 2nd devotee, it was Baba who helped your son and made sure that he got good marks in his exam so that he would get good admission and do well in his studies so he can get a good job. When we need Baba's help and cry out for Him, He always comes to help us (even if that help may take some time to occur, it will happen for certain). Om Sai Ram!
