Baba Helped Me Getting My Lost Back Pack

Anonymous Sai Devotee from UAE says: I am a humble Baba’s devotee and loves Baba very much. Baba bestowed His devotion on me in Feb 2013, since then I have been trying to surrender myself at His lotus feet unconditionally. Before narrating how Baba showed His mercy and got my office backpack experience, I first take a bow at His Moh Vinashak and Bhaya Vinashak feet! Whenever I travel for business or pleasure, I always carry my office backpack that includes my office laptop, other office related stuff and Baba’s Picture frame and books. Among all the bags that I would carry, during my travel, it’s the back pack that I am always attentive about it but still I was able to lose it. How Baba helped me getting my lost back pack back to me is my following experience:

We went to London and Paris during the spring break. My Friend and his family were flying to London from Abu Dhabi. We all landed safely at LHR airport, an hour later my friend and his family landed too and we together came outside after collecting all our bags from baggage claim. Since we were 2 families with 3 kids, so there were lots of bags, and we were carrying them in two luggage trollies. Each of, in addition, had their own backpack on their backs, I was carrying my office one. On the way out from LHR airport, we stopped by a cellular SIM kiosk and bought SIM for use in London and Paris. I was carrying a spare cell phone for that purpose and it was in my office backpack. I took off my backpack off my back and placed it on one of the bench near the kiosk to take out the cell phone. After handing over cell phone, I just walked to folks standing around our luggage trolley, while my friend was busy getting SIM at the kiosk. Meanwhile, my friend was also done and he indicated let’s go, we collected our stuff, I also picked up one of the backpacks from the trolley without realizing that it wasn’t mine but one of the rest of us, and headed towards metro station.

We took metro from LHR airport and came to our hotel near Hyde Park, it took like 40 minutes metro ride to get there. When we were checking-in into the hotel and that was when I realised that backpack I had been carrying was not mine but my little daughter’s. I freaked out and started looking for my backpack with a feeling that I’ve lost it. I checked with other folks in the group and looked into the remaining luggage but couldn’t find it. My Backpack, along with my office stuff, also contained Baba’s picture, Sai Satcharitra and my daily Naam Jaap book. Obviously, every one got upset, my wife was upset too but she mentioned you will find as it contains Baba’s picture frame and books. She and my friend suggested may be I left it either on the metro or at the airport. Every one recalled that I was carrying it on my backpack when we came out of the baggage claim area at the airport. After recalling the events, we all concluded that we left it near by the SIM kiosk while buying UK SIM for our cell phone. Now, we all started praying to Baba and His miracle to keep it safe and get it back to me. After check-in, me and my friend went back to the Airport, this was one of the longest drive back to airport, continuously praying to Baba throughout the ride for keeping it safe.

On reaching the airport, we ran towards the same SIM card kiosk, while I was asking the people at Kiosk, my friend went straight to the Airport Security enquiring about it. People at kiosk didn’t see or recall any orphaned backpack lying around and they suggested me to check with the airport security. I started looking for my friend and security personnel, I didn’t see my friend around, and that was when I got a feel that my friend had found it. My friend called me on my other US cell phone and asked me to turn around to locate him. When I turned around he was waving his hand along with a security personnel. I went running towards them and my friend then said it was with security, so “Chill”. I raised my both hands up in air and shouted “thank You Baba”! It was really a great feeling and my heart felt with tears and love towards Baba, thinking how He looks after us day in and day out and always.

It was Baba Who not only had security to attend to an “orphaned” backpack, considering security risks, but also to keep it safe and hold it for me. Typically, at LHR airport any unattended bags are confiscated and destroyed to ensure it doesn’t possess risks to the people at the airport. But, Baba had security personnel examine my backpack so that after examination they wouldn’t have found any reason to destroy it but rather hold it for possible return to its owner as the backpack contained many things that could have lead them to me, eventually. It was Baba Who inspired me to take my friend along with me to the airport because first I decided to go by myself thinking that everyone was tired after a long journey and why bother others but Baba inspired me to take my friend, so I changed my mind and requested my friend to come along and he was more than happy to come along. It was my friend who went straight to security and ensured that they had a backpack, as if he knew exactly where it was? It could be a common sense but when you are in trouble and nervous, the first thing that leaves you is the common sense and knowing my condition Baba inspired me to take my friend along with me. My Dear Baba, Aap Ke Shree Charan Kamal Pe Mera Koti Koti Pranaam!!! Om Sai, Shri Sai, Jai Jai Sai!!!

Baba’s Miracles

A big thank you to Hetalji for providing this beautiful platform to Sai devotees to share their experiences and provide succour during the darkest hours of life. I consider myself and my family incredibly fortunate to have Baba’s presence in our lives. He always answers when we call, with faith, devotion, and love, only sometimes, in ways that are not immediately comprehensible to us. I seek out Baba all the time, in every situation, big and small. There’s a constant dialogue going on in my head with Baba. He is my companion, my parent, and my protector. He is the only reason I survive every day, and go through the movements of life. For every experience I share here, there are many more that happen every minute, every day and I don’t have the ability to understand or narrate all of them.

Most of my experiences in the last one and a half year involves my younger son who currently lives at home. He has faced several challenges in the recent times but I believe even those experiences were sent his way with the purpose of making him a stronger, more resilient person and understand life as it really is. Two weeks ago, my son travelled to the client site to be with his team in a far off state. His review for this cycle was coming up and getting a good review was absolutely necessary to be considered for promotion to the next level. He is an extremely hard and dependable worker and sets very high standards for himself. By Baba’s grace, he was extended on this project two weeks into his knee surgery and again later, when the other analyst was relieved and my son was asked to stay. This was entirely due to the grace of our ever merciful Sai.

During this particular week, my son was asked to make a presentation and he felt that it had not gone well at all and that, he had misunderstood the purpose of the presentation. He was devastated and was certain that this would change the tenor of his review. Of course, I told him several times that reviews are not based on just one presentation or just one aspect. He was inconsolable and worked through the night to create another presentation that had the required information. But he continued to feel terribly pessimistic and miserable. He was away in another place and I was terribly worried about him. The following night, during dinner, he had a chicken bone stuck in his throat. He returned to his room and called me that he was feeling uncomfortable. He still had a lot of work and tried to focus on his work. In the meantime, I googled for urgent care facilities near his hotel and they were all closed at that time. The only option would be to take an Uber to the emergency in a hospital and request a team member to accompany him. This would all entail a lot of inconvenience and embarrass him further during a bad work week.

I checked online what he himself could do to get the bone out. Drinking saline water and eating bread with peanut butter was suggested. He tried to vomit it out without success. He ordered room service, and ate the bread and drank the salt water. Slowly, he began to feel better and the discomfort in his throat started easing out. My prayers to my Sai were continuous and earnest. It would have been so difficult and stressful to go alone to an emergency in an unknown place with no family members around. I checked with my son several times as to how he was doing throughout the night as he worked to complete his work. I am so grateful to my Sai for protecting my son and avoiding a potentially difficult situation.

The next night my son returned home and he was still extremely upset about the bad presentation during an important week. By Sunday night I convinced him to email his manager about the review and make it known to her about its importance during this cycle. I must also mention here that on Sunday morning I took my son to the local Shirdi Sai temple and we prayed and ate the lunch in prasadam. It was peaceful and I felt that everything would be fine. The manager responded saying that she had already written the review and would share it with him soon before she submitted it. It was an exemplary review, stating how crucial my son was for the team’s success with the client. My son and I were speechless. Baba’s miracles and His ways of teaching us are inscrutable. We cannot understand them with our limited human faculties.

Today is my son’s promotion review where a committee will meet to discuss his promotion with his mentor. I am sure Baba will be present in that meeting and take care of everything as He has been doing always. I will post that outcome once we hear about it at the end of May or early June. Thank You Sai. I am praying to Baba about my older son’s marriage. I am sure Baba will take care of it. There are several other challenges at this time and I pray to our ever merciful Sai to guide our path always and help us to make the right choices. Please be with us Baba and allow us to be the best we can. Sai Ram.

Sai Baba Is Great

It was the first semester of the year. As usual we do small assessments at school. By Sai’s blessings I was able to improve and I got very good marks but I was having some difficulty but Baba did not let me fall as His assurances said. Since then I surrendered my result at His lotus feet, and everyday I prayed to God to make me pass my exams and got a very good result. I did Sai Satcharitra parayan and I did Sai Baba pooja. I had full faith in Sai that He will save me and make miracles. Lo I got my result and it was unbelievable. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I got such a very good result that I didn’t even think of. I knew it was Sai miracle for His daughter. Sai Baba is great and I started to believing in Him completely now and I know that He will never leave me alone. I owe my everything to my parents, teachers and to God. Thank You will not be enough for You and I will always be indebted to You the whole life.

Sai please help my parents and bless all of us with good health, success, happiness and prosperity in life. Make me become a good girl, my brother a good boy and make us make our parents proud of us. Make all Your children become good children forever and pass our examinations and get a good job. Help us get rid of our financial problems, bless my teachers and always be with us. Destroy all the evil and I promise You that I will always be a good girl and make my parents proud of me. Cure all the sick people and help the poor. Always guide us, help us and protect us. Dear devotees never lose hope and faith in God. After all, Why Fear When Sai Is Here. I totally surrender at lotus feet and I leave everything in Your hands and I trust in You completely. Sai Saved Our Honor

Sai Devotee Harish from US says: I am a simple devotee of Sai. Om Sairam My sincere Pranams to all Baba devotees of this wonderful website and the entire team that is doing this boundless work which in itself is a manifestation of our Sai. We had invited some guests to our home for lunch on the eve of Tamil new year. We were running late in cooking and the Sambar wasn’t even done. We were expecting their call at any moment and they saying they were on their way. While all this, sambar was being prepared and I decided keeping Udi and Sai in mind and asked Him to take care and save us. Fortunately by Baba’s grace they actually came quite late like 15-20mins after their call. In that time, I even did naivedyam for other food and sambar was done. It came out really well and was ready just in time when they came home. Not only did Sai help us finish cooking it in time but also made the dish so tasty. This shows His promises to His words that He will always stay by His devotees’ side.

2nd experience is that my father developed some pain on his hip. He took medicines but that was of no avail to him. He was suffering even to get up and go to bathroom. I was helpless staying so far away from my parents. At that moment, I prayed to Sai to please cure my father’s pain and envisioned applying Baba’s sacred Udi. In fact when I spoke to my parents before this, my father told me he was going to go to the doctor for his pain. Next morning when I called him and spoke to him he told me he never went to the doctor as the pain had disappeared to a large extent by itself. I can’t explain how I felt on hearing this. Sai cured the intensity of his pain overnight and thus shows that He protects all of us. Oh Sainatha, please take away all our illusions and ignorance completely. Let us have natural love and devotion towards your feet and let your sweet name be always in our hearts. I pray to you that you protect all beings in this world and save them from all calamities. Saima’s Helping Hand

Anonymous Sai Devotee from India says: Om Sai Ram to all the lovely people reading the blog. Thank you to the team for providing this platform. May Sai Ram bless you all. I am a tiny baby of our dearest Baba and would like to share a great miracle that took place yesterday.

Actually my father had to go to Bangalore next day, so he was busy with packing the stuff and also he went to the market to buy necessary items. After he came back home his phone was missing. We got extremely scared and thought he must have dropped it while driving or shopping. We kept on searching but all in vain. The phone was switched off, so we could not even call and trace it and next day he had to leave. After wasting time in searching I started praying to Saima to show some way. I literally begged for the mobile phone and the very next moment something struck my mind and I thought to check the cupboard and just within 2 minutes we found the mobile wrapped with clothes. Thank You so much Saima for always saving us in troubles. Keep guiding us and loving us. We love You Maa. Om Sai Ram.

My mom was suffering from cold and cough and was not able to sleep also. I prayed Sai Baba and promised if my mom would be cured from cold and cough then I will post the experience and Baba listened to my word.
